Myron and his assistant were incredible! We had some pretty specific dimensions in order to make our shower accessible for our son. The glass is beautiful and finishes off the space perfectly. The guys were courteous and professional. We will definitely use them again!

I had an old window glass pane that broke from my my home due to the old window glazing crumbling. I took it in and the nice lady up front pointed out that there was bowing that likely contributed to the window break. Anyway, job well done to all the staff; from my telephone call, to the nice office ladies who helped me load my window, and the workmanship done on the window. I had the tall thin window next to the front door with a million cracks in it, my fault. I called Glass Doctor for an estimate. The receptionist was very polite and friendly on the phone. She set up an appointment for the same week. Two guys showed up at my door, on time, very polite and professional. They measured the glass, suggested a cheaper option (window faces north, never in the sun so I didnt need the UV protection) I gave them a deposit and they left. Took a couple of weeks to get the glass, takes time to do the treatment for tempering, and Covid. I received a call and the glass was ready, and they scheduled me for the next morning. Myron showed up on time (actually a bit early) got to work right a way. I like how Myron was concerned with the possible mess, he taped the shattered glass so it would not explode all over the place, and covered the tile in the foyer with a tarp. Of course the old glass fought him all the way, but he got it out without any damage what so ever to the wooden frame. He put in the new glass which was the perfect size, fit really snug. Myron replaced all the wood holding in the glass and caulked the window. He did such a good job, I will not even have to do any paint touch up, looks fine like it is. You cannot tell the window was replaced (other than the million cracks are gone), he cleaned his work area, cleaned the glass, cleaned all the marks from the sealer from the old window. I am extremely happy with Myron and Glass Doctor. I highly recommend you give them a call.

The customer service staff are great (Jennifer), their techs, not so much.... Had windows installed in a newly built custom jeep, it was down hill from there. Chris their tech didnt use my oem molding that I supplied. He used a cheap one that came with the window even though I specifically stated to use mine. On top of that, he took mine.... Also, instead of using a step stool, he stood on the inner door rails (scuff gaurds) and trim. The (scuff gaurds) were a custom made part that you cant typically buy. He damaged them. He actually bent one and scratched up both. Chris stated I dont like using step stools when I asked him why.... Hed rather damage your vehicle so hes not inconvenienced into using a tool made for that specific purpose.......

Myron from Glass Doctors came to my house to look at some windows that I thought needed the panes reset or replaced. He identified my issue right away. They got us in fast and replaced the windshield in our RV while we waited. Very friendly employees that made us feel comfortable. They even offered to let our cat stay inside and wait although we chose to go to the park right across the street.

Had a tiny chipped in windshield. They fixed it without replacing the whole windshield and it only took about 10 min.

My sliding glass storm door on the exterior of my sliding glass door was knocked out by my dogs going outdoors in mass passing it out of the mounting frame falling on my patio making a huge mess. Called The Glass Doctor who came out, and took frame and glass back to shop for repair. Was back installing it in two days!!! Very happy.

Myron was very professional he made the time when he first got here to introduce himself with our 2 dogs, to help keep them calm with him being at our house. He was early. Installation went well, we are happy with the outcome, and will look to doing more window repairs in the future!!!!

Glass Doctor went above and beyond to help my family after an object struck our windshield while we were traveling on the highway. We were 4 hours from home and, since it was a Sunday, the part needed was not immediately available. the person we spoke to took the time to look at the window and suggest a temporary fix that would allow us to drive home safely and have the repair done at home, even knowing that meant we would not be able to use the services of the Elkhart location. More impressively, we received a call the next day to make sure we made it home safely. I am beyond impressed with this company and its employees.

I took a broken window in there to get the glass replaced. It took a few weeks for them to get the glass in but then we set up an appointment and within 30 minutes they called me and said it was done! The price was reasonable and the service was awesome! I will definitely be going back for any of my glass needs. (I will say that I also got a quote for them to come out and do it and it was quite a bit more so if you can take it in it definitely helps the pocket book.) Thank you glass doctor!

This place is awesome! I had a shattered back window and they had it replaced in under two hours! They even vaccumed my backseat out. That part could be improved since I found glass when I picked up my niece and nephew from school. But I am very happy with their job!
