I had a safety issue on my 2021 Honda Goldwing DCT tour.I showed up, when they opened at 9am on a Monday. I explained that I was 500+ miles from home and they were VERY helpful. My motorcycle was quickly evaluated and repaired within an hour.I may never be in this area again, but if I am, I would not hesitate to stop by the GREAT dealership again.I highly recommend this dealer.

I needed two aftermarket turn signal bulbs. They graciously took the time to figure out what I needed, ordered them and had them to me in two days. All that for a $2.00 purchase. I call that exceptional customer service!

Bought my Yamaha jet ski and lift from Bob a little while back, awesome experience- just a good dude to hang with & the process was a breeze. Certainly not a place I would recommend to go buy parts from. When you look parts up online through there business and then go in theres a certain markup you ask them about they say its manufacturer OEM well if that is the case then you should post that price not something else and then change it when they get to the store I have looked online and found the same part Im looking for for $47 they were going to charge me $115 if I can help it I will never return to that store

Does oil changes, but will leave you with a leaky bike. Then, they will charge you to fix it... but they definitely don’t have any service receipts saved in their files showing that they’ve done the oil change. Ha.. these guys are jokes

I have tried to contact five to ten times trying to setup a time to have work done leaving messages with no luck. Honda Rebel with low compression. I even tried the online scheduling which has a statement stating “a representative will be in contact with you to set up an appointment” and still didn’t get a call.

In and out had no issues love my yfz 450 I got today super fast thanks to Bob their was a great person showed me everything walked me through the performances and everything of how much power it has been looking for one best prices around I seen so far so stop in and talk with Bob or anyone they sell parts and equipment for all your out door fun going back here n few pick up some more items

Diggin the new abstract/artsy styles of helmets & got one. Didnt understand how to swap out the visor but they handled it smoothly and now i have a gnarly helmet & i love it💯

Good machines and gear. We had some questions and they answer them all. There stock was a little low and didnt have some sizes I needed but very good selection.

Ordered parts here and got them in a timely manner. Their parts team was able to answer some unique questions I had about a Polaris Hi-Lifter. Decent folks, and a very nice showroom.

Husband needed new tires and brakes on his ride

Extremely helpful helping me find the right size and color helmet for my 8 year old daughter. Had to order one and they went the extra mile to call Fox Inc and get us on the list for the new colors coming out. Even after a few decision changes they were very patient and helpful.

Called today about a price on a Polaris 110 outlaw youth atv. The msrp is $3399 and I was given a price out the door of $4271.67?!?! I was told there was no hidden fees. Called loose moose motor sports in Pierceton. The price they gave me out the door is $3529.93. Looks like loose moose has my business.

Called in the morning to see if the tires i was looking for were in stock, and they were. Had new tires on my bike in a little less than 2 hours. Awesome!

I spent a good amount of time walking through the showroom, sitting on bikes, looking them over and was never offered any help. The only time I was approached during my time in the shop was to ask if I was waiting for my husband to finish shopping. I was also informed that they dont allow test rides until after youve signed the papers to purchase the bike. I would not recommend wasting your time at this dealership.

As a customer of this company for the past 20 years, my experiences in buying new and used product have always been really good. The service department was professional and fixed my issues on time for a reasonable cost. Those few times I needed parts, everything ordered came in on time with no surprises. Its tough to ask for more than that from anyone.

I called to see about a price on a new tire she answers phone and says oh no and hangs up on me. Wow what a joke. Calling Action Cycle in the morning. Get someone thats knows how to answer a phone. Called back and of course no answer.

Everyone Ive met here is always so helpful and friendly. My most recent visit my daughter and I went in with questions about new tires for her Harley. The gentleman answered our questions, was patient and had us in and out of there with new tires on the bike in about an hour.

My wife was treated very courteously when she talked to a sales person on the phone. They were able to get what I wanted. I drove 2 1/2 hours to meet them and pick up my new sled. Was very impressed with the staff and I also learned they have a sales person there who seems to be a guru of Arctic Cat information, and is very willing to help. I learned more in the first 15 minutes about issues with my old sled that could be repaired then I did in three years with my old dealer. I had them make repairs to my sled and I am extremely happy they went out of their way to take care of us. I will be very happy to continue to do business with them.

I usually come here once a month to pick up little odds and ends. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Product is easy to find and well stocked. The only negative is that their prices are pretty damn high. You could easily just come here to look at the product and then buy it elsewhere like Amazon or wherever for 10-30% less.Still a nice and clean shop just wish they would come down a little on pricing.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I told the person right up front that we were there to find a bike that would fit my friend (shes short) and that we were not buying today. I figured that he would just leave us alone after that and let us go to sit on bikes by ourselves; to my surprise he stayed with us the entire time and explained each bike, the pros and cons of each for a short new driver. I was impressed!

Long wait to be served but honest salesman

So I bought a new one tire that was $180.I was shocked when I dropped my bike to get the tire mounted. No one told me there was an extra fee to mount the new tire, turns out there was $75 anywhere else this would have been half of that. They should have at least told me how much it was gonna coast! Bad business! I probably wont be back!!

I took my dads Honda CB250 and told service it runs rough after 15 minuets and give it a good look over and make sure it is safe to ride. They recommended several maintenance items like tires and fork seals and told them to do it, Just make sure it is safe. When I went to pick it up I noticed the turn and brake light are burnt out. I asked the service writer if that was part of the safety inspection and she said that they just looked at the mechanical parts. I paid and sure enough after 15 minuets of running the bike ran like crap. Turns out it had a bad coil. If they cant even inspect an old school Honda I wouldnt trust them with any bike and feel comfortable riding it on the road.You would think I would have learned my lesson with North End Cycle but no. I went back yesterday and told the sales staff I wanted two Honda Generators. After 20 Minuets waiting on the sales staff to stop arguing over who is going to help me I picked out two generators for a total of $2600. Thats when the salesmen informed me that they would charge me 2% more for using my credit card. I told them that was ridiculous and as a business owner of a very successful automotive repair shop I know that when you sing up with a credit card processing company you agree not to mark up a sale just because of the type of payment. They did not care and would not take the 2% fee off so I walked out and went to Home Depot and bought a generator.I can not express enough my disappointment in the Service and Sales Staff at North End Cycle and urge everyone to hold them accountable in service and do not let North End Cycle take advantage of you if you choose to use a credit card. Call your credit card company and let them know.

Have spent alot of money there over the years. Bike was there for new tires and clutch cable. Got it back noticed deap scratches in the rear faring. After closer inspection scratches in the tank to. About a week later I noticed loose lock nuts on the rear swing arm after a ride. I wouldnt take a lawnmower to there service department. They have lost my business.

Awesome shop with a great bunch of hoodlums that have been together for years.Need to sell helmets that are true to size Biltwell but otherwise its the kind of place you can hang around and feel welcome even after the purchase.I find it cool that when you walk in the door the smell, the fragrance of motorcycles hits your senses and it takes you to what you love about the adventure of riding.If they could bottle that or have it on the pine tree car freshener beneath your rearview wed all meet more ladies.Men want women who can cook and women want real men who smell like North End when they walk in the joint.:)Leroy Brown

This place is a total joke! I bought a youth helmet @ $129.99 plus taxe on 5/31/2019, I called on 6/3/2019 to see if I could bring it back for a refund with receipt and bag it came in. I was told they couldnt do a refund or return because I didnt have the box that it came in that I left at THEIR store. Id almost bet the helmet on it that they still have the box and stickers that ho with it.

Terrible customer service and everything is overpriced. Mechanics think they know it all. Would recommend trying a different shop. Look at an item online before purchasing and youll see a near 30% mark up.

Jason and Bob got us the 2015 1300 Deluxe we were looking for at the price we wanted. Having to locate and get the bike in (as they were out of stock) was very fast. Parts department helped with getting some accessories ordered and service answered some questions for us as well. This is the third bike we have bought from them and have always walked away happy and satisfied.

More friendly than any dealership I have been to. I bought a snowmobile here and everyone made me feel like I was more than just a customer. Highly recommended you guys to all my friends.

Called from out of town checking on prices of a old stock YXZ and was told they dont give prices over the phone??? With internet sales these days how do you except people to come to your business without giving a price. I would have happily traveled the 4 hours to come buy from them but not now since I cant even get a price.

Great staff only issue is sticker price should reflect the out the door price ie. frieght, assembly, and taxes, there was almost a 25% difference between the two. As an addition last time we took the dirt bike back there for service they returned the bike to us with absolutely no oil in it. Major fail if my son hadn’t checked the oil we probably would have had a seized up motor that they would have said was our fault took it back to them and that is the last time they will touch my bikes period

I took my Apex GT snowmobile in to be serviced for the winter. It was backfiring when you let off the gas. They quotes me $1,400+ to replace the entire exhaust because it was cracked in 3 places. Not wanting to completely waste their time I had them do a smaller things but not the exhaust. $600 dollars later I picked the sled up.The next day I spent 1.5 hours to disassembling the sled and exposed the exhaust. It was painfully obvious they had not even taken the time to truly inspect the problem. At the end of the day there were 4 metal gaskets that had worn at the manifold. They could be obtained online for around $40 but I needed them the same day, so I reluctantly went to North End to buy them for ~$80. 1.5 hours later it was back together and good as new. I inspect the exhaust just to be sure and was nearly new.Bottom line, I would be wary of what they recommend you service.I will service my own equipment from here forward.

We having been going to North End Cycle for years. But we wont use their services anymore. Use to buy parts from them and they where quite good. The sales people have never be that friendly. They price gouged us on a snowmobile carburetor clean. We told the shop that if repairs went over 200$ to call us, never heard a word from them. They call us up later when its done and the repair cost was over 400$. Complained to them about it and it fell on def ears.

I went in there once with my son to try to see if he could get a moped. But they did not have anything he liked. We really do not have to say much. We did not take long enough to look around the store. That is why I am giving this review 3 stars.

First off there prices are REALLY expensive. But of course all the stuff in there is really nice so I cant really say anything because I got my dad a snowmobile helmet for Christmas and he loved it.

Love looking in this shop. Husband got a great leather coat, and was a great deal.

I didnt make a purchase at this time, but the parts guy sure tried like hell to find what I was looking for. Thats service worth a return visit when I need something in the future.
