I have had extremely positive experiences shopping at ABC Warehouse in Elkhart. Great selection and prices. Brian Hubbard actually makes appliance shopping fun! We have purchased a dishwasher in the past, and recently a washer & dryer. A gas grill will be next. I always look around at other stores for pricing and researching options, too, but will continue to come back here every time in the end.

Kent is very knowledgeable about the items they he sells. He has done a great job helping pick things for my home theater. He has picked the best tv for movies and my husbands gaming stuff. Kent help get me some recliners for the room. They were not in stock yet but he got me all set up to have them delivered after they went to the distribution sender. Brian was also very helpful with getting everything completed in the computer system. Great job guys.

I went in to look at couches, refrigerators, computers, and stoves. Every fridge I asked about was back ordered and didnt know when theyd get it, the couch has been back ordered since February and they dont know when it will be in again, they dont sell computers, and the stoves were meh.. I did settle on a fridge and later that night seen it $300 cheaper. So yeah...

I recently purchased a new bed after being very unsure of what I wanted. Brian hollars at the ABC warehouse of elkhart was there to walk me thru the whole process. He came in on his day off to guide me and make sure I got the bed that best fit me. We tested and tried out 5 or more beds and he was very patient and very knowledgeable of the product. I didnt feel forced to have to buy anything that day. I was offered and great deal! He work effortlessly to get me the best deal and get me something that was affordable and fit my budget. If you are looking for new furniture and/or appliances or anything for youre home, I highly recommend going to see Brian. If you want someone that will make you feel comfortable and someone that has youre best interest, ask for Brian! Ill definitely be returning soon for my next in home upgrade!!

Capt Save You Money met me at the door and showed me the freezers. He stayed with me, answered my questions, and didn’t rush me while I decided. Left with the freezer and am pleased with my purchase. He made me feel like I got a great price and if I found a better deal (which I wouldn’t) to come back and see him.

People that work here are very rude. Last two times I have been here the customer service has been terrible.

I have bought a dishwasher, Freezer, Stove, and now 2 recliner’s I love the stuff we have bought everything works still I’ve had my dishwasher for about 7 years and it still works great

He was such a great guy to work with, and helped us as we purchased and bundled items for our new home! We couldn’t have picked a better person to work with! HE’S THE MAN! We are so thankful we stopped in and found exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend!

I guess I would have rated my experience with ABC 5 star 2 weeks ago, during the purchase of our $3000 appliance suite; however, after recent events, I would only give them 1 star now. The salesman seemed knowledgeable at the time and was very helpful with finding a refrigerator and stove within our price range, that would fit into our kitchen. During the time of purchase, we were informed that the refrigerator and stove would be delivered on the same day, the microwave a different day, and the dishwasher was on back order. We were given the name and number of an independent contractor who could install our appliances for us. The day our stove and refrigerator were delivered, we were told a few different time frames, the last of which was between 4-8pm. We were not happy when the delivery men pulled up at 8:40PM. They were loud, waking our sleeping 7 year old up. The refrigerator was damaged (it had a broken shelf) and they tried to take our front door off the hinges. He was not successful in doing this, and instead of putting the door back up correctly, he just left it. The refrigerator shelf being cracked is a minor issue, but we have been given the run-around with trying to have it replaced. (The delivery men told us to take it to ABC and they could take care of it, but the salesmen said no to that, that we have to contact Frigidaire directly to have it replaced.) This is my problem: due to COVID-19, Frigidaire’s customer service line is only open 8-3. I work from 7-5:30, so I cannot contact them (I doubt my 30 minute lunch is long enough, as you are typical on hold for lengthy periods on these type of calls).The second problem I encountered was had was during the microwave install. The way in which my cabinets are set up limits the kind of unit I can put in my kitchen. I have to have a door that flush with the unit (zero clearance). The unit we were sold is not a zero clearance door; I didn’t know this at the time of the sale. So, the guy came out to install it, got it completely in, then had to take it back out in order for us to return it due to the door not opening. I went in to talk to the the salesman we worked with. He was not willing to help correct the situation, even after being informed I have to pay the contractor to come install a different microwave. What I expected going in was a credit for the install so I could get a better unit. I looked at one and I expected to have to pay the difference. I was offered a $50 off. So then I was force to pick the cheapest one they sold that would work. At this point due to it being the cheapest microwave they sell in a zero clearance microwave I asked them to just swap the microwaves for the same price and still have to pay to re install the microwave, wrong again the salesman told me I would still have to pay $50 more dollar plus install fee again which is frustrating because these things should have been hashed out when I purchased in the first place. The reason for all this was he didn’t want to lose commission on the sale he had by dropping the price down any further. I even ask to talk to a manager and was told the manager could do no better than he could. It was not till I said I’ll pay the $50 but I never come back that he got his manager involved and he manager told him him to give me the microwave at the cost of the one I paid for before. Though once this happen the salesman start getting short and not want to be as friendly as in the first part of the sale.Overall my experience for such a large sale was poor at best. After all this unless I have a warranty issue I’ll take my business elsewhere.

We came home from a trip to discover that our refrigerator had died. The store manager, Brian, in Dunlap was very helpful. He was able to find the size and color of refrigerator that we were looking for and was able to have it delivered the next day. The guys that delivered were great they took the time to clean the wheels on the dolly so nothing was tracked in the house. Thank you so much.

I had a positive experience at this store. I have been shopping around for laptops. I am going to need a new one soon. A nice lady named crystal helped me. She was very knowledgeable and was able to really help me understand what laptop would best meet my needs.

Went in looking for a bed because of chronic back pain. Brian, the store manager took the time to lay me on their sensor bed and explain all the readings to me to help find me the best matteress for me, in my price range. I was shown several available options without being pressured into the most expenive option.I love my new mattress and havent slept better in years.

I was upset making a big move from a different state having to buy a new dryer after I just purchased a dryer just 2 months prior. I found the dryer I wanted at Lowe’s . However I went into ABC warehouse and received the most amazing service I’ve encountered in my life. The store manager took time to see what I wanted and needed. He not only price matched but made an even better offer than what I could ever have imagine from Lowe’s . Just had Matt install my second car with Sirius XM Satellite Radio!!! Hes the best installer Ive ever had for this. Hes quick and cleans up any debris following the installation in my cars.

Washer broke. I have a 5 year warranty. I had to make 6 different phone calls, waited for a week and a half to get washer fix, still waiting.. Only one person in ABC store was nice and helpful, everybody else was rude, they dont let you explain anything. Horrible costume service. Last time I buy something from them

We originally went to the Kentwood, MI location and they sold us a dryer that was completely crushed when we got it. My parents spent the weekend driving it down to us and upon opening it was smashed and box was in perfect condition? The sales person had a new one ordered to this location and to be delivered.I had to call a few times and finally someone answered and told me the dryer had been in for a few days. They were supposed to call when it was in to schedule delivery.Finally they show up for delivery, the guys come in the house smelling TERRIBLY of marijuana. To the point of I’m wondering if they were smoking in the truck on our property it was so strong and the smell stayed inside our house for a while even after they left. I had my son, an infant, in the house at this time.They scratched our floor and ripped up pieces while “installing” it. I took pictures immediately upon them leaving when I went in there to finally use it and noticed.When they were done they left the box and all the pieces of trash from the dryer packaging scattered all over our yard.My dad called and left a voicemail and a couple days to a week went by and nothing. I finally called and they told me it’s “not their responsibility and I needed to call the person that sold us the dryer.” Whoever I talked to on the phone was rude to me as well and still to this day there has been no resolution. This happened on April 13th and it’s now July 5th.We rent our house and will be responsible for paying for that floor to be replaced or fixed.I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Very displeased.

This place is a joke. Brian the store manager hung up on me told me he was cancelling my order after he cussed me out. I ordered a living room set a year ago and it was delivered broken. When i called them about it they refused to fix it. It took them over 2 months to deliver it all bc they kept forgetting about it. This was the first time working with Brian and i would rather go to the Mishawaka one than deal with him again
