No issues with the softener so far but the installation process was awful. Water left on my basement floor; the water caused an electric cord to our freezer to short which resulted in a loss of power to a chest freezer. We didn’t discover it in time to save any food. Calling to discuss this with the owner went NO Where. He tried to say it was a coincidence! FYI getting salt stains up from this situation has not been easy either. When this company says they do more, they cause more aggravation and cost you more!

Had Dumor water specialists come out to my mother-in-laws house for a routine inspection and they were wonderful! Robert was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us out. Great customer service! I would highly recommend them for all of you water softener needs.

We have been with DuMor for 13 years. Love the convenience of having delivery and having the salt carried downstairs what a blessing we are elderly and can’t lift that much. Yesterday I had two bags of salt delivered to my house. The pre-filter was also changed. I asked if the drinking water cartridges needed replaced and was told no. I was shown how to tell by looking at the top side of the case. There’s a blue line and it was half-way. The technician was friendly and very helpful. I am very pleased with DuMor.

Never show up when they are supposed to. Terrible communicating internally since I have to call multiple times to get water delivered.

Wanted to buy a kinetico softener. Went to the office and since the salesmen were gone I talked to the owner Brian. Above and beyond from explaining what I needed to the proper installation by his crew. Even checked in on me a couple days after to make sure everything is well. Dad has had a kinetico for years and I will do the same. Well worth the money and they go above and beyond. If ur looking for a ma and pa company that does you right then head to this place.
