So happy we found this place. We were looking for very specific pieces of furniture and Trevor helped us find just what we had in mind. We got some great deals and cant wait for our furniture to arrive. He really went out of his way for us.

They were selling a sectional for $1,000 less than Becker Furniture for the same SKUs, and were able to ship it much faster than any of the big outlets during COVID-19. We paid for it to be shipped, and since we could open our front double doors and keep it on the main level, they happily donned masks and brought the furniture right inside. Appreciate your attention to safety, and the product was in perfect shape! Thanks much!

I bought a loveseat / recliner / charging port.I bought it in September. Thanksgiving it quit working. So I flipped her over and thought I found a problem I replaced the fuse. Nope nada, still broke. I called, somebody said theyd order me parts still waiting. I sent a message see how things are going I never hear anything back. Very disappointing.

A MUST to check out if buying furniture. Wide selection. The customer service was top notch from every staff member. No gimmicks, pressure, pitches, etc. After looking for weeks and weeks at other places with zero luck, we bought a new giant couch and rug here on the spot, and couldnt be happier with the quality, and most of all the service. Tremendous value for the money. Was able to deal directly with the owner and it could not have gone smoother. Delivery and take away was simple and quick. Wish all purchases in life were conducted this way. Kudos Ben on a well staffed and courteous operation! Its becoming a lost art and dealing with you all was a sight for sore eyes. I bought a couch online after visiting the store. I couldnt be happier with the experience. I was expecting it to be a few weeks and it was only a matter of days. They were great about setting up a time frame for delivery and keeping me updated. Color and condition was exactly as expected, will definitely be shopping here again.

Bought a bed frame here. I asked how much they were and the sales clerk said, Fifty dollars. Since they are $60 next door I said Ill take it When he rang it up it was $64.13. Examining the receipt revealed Fifty dollars, means $59. Strike one.The frame was not new, it seemed to be one removed from a show room, wrapped in cling wrap and sold for the same price as new ones elsewhere.When I got it home and tried to put it up the two pieces where both left sides without a right side. It was also missing a plastic foot. Strike two.Took it back the next day and, after verifying it was indeed two left rails without a right, the same rep replaced it with another show room variety and claimed this one will work.Got it home and, you guessed it, this one didnt work either. The left and right were mismatched and would only form a trapezoid instead of square. And it was missing a plastic protector on the end that covers the sharp metal corner. Strike threeTook it back the next day and asked for a refund, which they balked at several times before begrudgingly returning my money.Never. Again.BTW, brand new, in the box frames are sold just two doors down for the exact same price. New, not removed with rubbed paint and missing feet and covers, and mismatched.

They have a lot of different sets at different price points. To be honest, we were expecting cheap furniture but there were some name brands and the pieces were well made. We also went to Maple Grove but I like the Elk River store better. Very nice salespeople. Its a hidden gem for good deals.

Fabulous store! The furniture is high quality at a great low price. They answer any and all questions. Very knowledgeable about the competition to make the prices affordable. Excellent customer service, we chatted like we had been friends for years! Definately will be going back for more furniture in the future! This is a great place to get college dorm items as well!

The staff, service and most of all prices at Dream Home are all superb. I had searched at HOM prior to visiting Dream Home and was pretty set on a selection. Thankfully, I popped into Dream Home last minute and found almost an identical couch for about $300 less. The staff was incredibly helpful and even delivered, which was a life saver. We purchased a King size Serta mattress & boxspring prior to the closing on our new home. They held the mattress for us, as we were moving from 3 hours a way. Upon closing, we hurried to empty a large trailer but knew we were running behind. We called & they stayed open until we could get there. Even helped my husband load it all in the trailer. They went above and beyond. Great price & bed is very comfortable, much better than our previous, very expensive Tempurpedic. Will be going back to buy a queen size for our guest bedroom.

Large furniture and mattress selection at great prices! The sales reps are knowledgeable and not pushy. A refreshing shopping experience after being hasseled and followed around at all the other furniture stores out there. Very happy with the quality and style of my sofa and loveseat!

Such great prices. I got free bamboo sheets with my mattress and they are so soft. The guys that own the place are very personable. Ill be buying more furniture here soon.

We were in the market for a new mattress and thought we would like to keep our purchase local. Not only did they stay open late for us, move half the mattresses in the store for us to try EVERYONE we wanted, AND delivered it locally for us. Obviously, we went ahead a purchased our new bed from them. We saved money and were given ALOT of information we werent aware of regarding mattresses. I cant remember the owners name, but he is THE NICEST guy and has certainly earned our business for future purchases.

Went to look at a couch and they were closed but according to the sign on the door they should have been open. Was very sad and disappointed. Was hoping to get a couch today.
