Went thru drive thru for a rare treat...was wonderfully surprised that the person ahead of me paid for my mocha...in turn my money was then a tip for the folks who chose to go to work today...my heart it full!!

Ive gone to this Caribou several times the last month or so and I am genuinely impressed with the level of customer service. I was behind a customer who was giving off major Karen vibes and the cashier handled her very well. I do not have the same patience.

I’m always doing ordering ahead and picking it up before work, they always have it ready for me so fast! All the staff are so friendly and amazing. Definitely my favorite caribou to go to!

I dont have caribou often but I bought a latte and this happened last time I bought a latte. The cup was only half full of latte, the foam takes up the entire cup. A small caramel latte cost me $4.74. It was in total a little less than 1/2 cup of liquid for this amount of money. I honestly think the cup only had 1/4 amount of actual liquid and the rest was froth. I know its first world problems but I would expect more for a $5 small latte. Sorry to be negative.

Im a little high maintenance when it comes to my coffee. These people didnt bat an eye at my persnickety requests & were cheerful from start to delightful finish!My beverage was so perfect it set a light & skippy tone for my whole day!

No outdoor seating. Smoothie was more like a slushy

I use to come here all the time, but not anymore because I got food poisoning! I ordered an iced caramel high rise and got sick within 30 minutes. I’ve been sick the ENTIRE DAY

Coming to this caribou changed mine and my sisters moods completely, we were so crabby bc of our long hot day at work and we ran out of water an hour before we finished. On our way home we were so crabby and complaining about everything and just so angry. Then we saw this caribou. My sister instantly changed lanes and drove to caribou. We got our waters and we also got a drink for ourselves, and also the people were really nice and patient with us. Now we are so happy and laughing about everything. Thank you so much!

New staff being trained on registers today, and I was patient and understanding for that, however the trainee entered my iced green tea drink in as an Earl Grey ice tea. The manager was pleasant enough, but made me feel like I was the one who ordered the wrong drink. 5 years of Caribou perks should show I order mostly the same iced tea drink on every visit. Not very happy with her attitude and may start making the effort the use the other Caribous in town, or become a Starbucks valued customer!

Amazing coffee and service

I use to come to this caribou all the time. Now, I wont be coming here again. After I left my laptop charger there one of the employees said they had it there for me. I came in the next day to grab it and they said they couldnt find it. How do you misplace that? $70 later I had to buy a universal one bc I had to get an assignment done for school. Thanks caribou... NOT!

Very poor service. Ordered some food with my coffee. Got my coffee right away but after watching several other people (orders much bigger then mine) go by.... Dont think I would STOP here again unless its through the Drive-through. God Bless...

Understand they were kind of busy but wrong coffee served. Understand this happens but when one is in a hurry could not go back. The coffee was good just not my favorite flavor.

Yummy Einstein bagels! Happy for this addition. Could we get potato bagels? That would make it even better. Perfect compliment to my favorite coffee.

I stop at Caribou Coffee every morning for the exact same coffee every morning. The staff here seem very impatient and more busy with getting drinks out rather than the quality of them. If You dont want to deal with the attitude before getting your coffee in the morning I would recommend the Anoka, Blaine or Rodgers location.P.S: This was not a one time thing this has been every time I have been there, except twice.

By far the best Caribou I have been to. I thought all Caribous were the same, I was wrong. Julie knows how to make the best espresso cooler! She adds plenty of coffee beans! All of the staff is extremely friendly as well.

Everyone is so sweet here and they always greet you with hows your day going. Super sweet and kind individuals !

I came in last night to order two kids hot cocoa and 1 large hot cocoa. it took 10 minutes to get those drinks and for the kids cups to be maybe 1/3 full in a small cup. My sister grabbed the kids drinks so i wasn’t aware until we were in the car driving away. My 3 year old finished hers before we got out of the parking lot. Pretty disappointed in the kids cocoas. The large cocoa was very good though.

ReMax was promoting. Pick up a card... Free cup of coffee on ReMax. What a deal.. As always the coffee was fresh, strong and hot.

If you want a place that follows rules to the letter and the minute of their 30 minute dine in limit because of covid, this is the place to go.

Horrible customer service! I ordered 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. I got my coffee in 3 min which is great but waited an extra 15 min for sandwiches. There was 5 employees working and no one was concerned I was waiting for almost 20 min. When I asked the lady making coffee she snapped at me saying it was coming later! Finally someone of asked me what I was waiting for and then at that time they put my sandwiches in the toast oven. Its just sad and pathetic and I will start going to Starbucks with better customer service.

I went to buy 2 coffees here today, I gave them my order at the drivethrough, and told them I have perks. They said okay we will ring it up at the window. When I pulled up to the window they asked me for my perks and took my order again. I asked if I could use my free coffee and they said yeah thats not going to work, you wouldve needed to givethat to us at the drivethrough. To top it off they would not give me my receipt. Dont go to this Caribou. The moment they feel busy customer service goes out the window. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Worst service ever. Expect to be trapped in the drive through for 20 min, then to the window and they do not even know your order. Once you give it to them again, they still get it wrong at the final product. Caribou is better than this....

Ive always had good service. I dont like to go anywhere else. I also buy their products for a Keurig and a French press. Very happy with Caribou Coffee

2 people on Friday..... 35 mins for 2 cups off coffee. Then drop my sandwich. No discount or anything. Really bad service.... never come here again.

Has become my neighborhood coffee shop. Always great service. Now if the could just brew La Minita everyday Id give a sixth star.

Id give it a zero but thats not am option. Walked in with a family of 2 with 6 staff. No one greeted us and after waiting almost 2 minutes we left. Apparently the cars in the drive thru are more important. We left without anyone saying a word. Terrible.

Prepare to wait for a minimum of 10-15 minutes in the drive through, every single time. The slowest Caribou drive through in central Minnesota.

The bubble teas isnt as good as I thought it would be. But everything else I move. They have a big menue. Tons of everything

I love caribou - its my daily routine. But I hate being disrespected and made out to be a fool. Dana from the Elk River location was very rude. Id have to say probably the worst experience Ive had there. Try being a little less rude next time, Dana.

Never again will I pay $7 for a cupper and leave a tip to find out my coffee was watery!

Cold coffee ☕ 😒

I was told today after well over a year of posting flyers for my small business on their bulletin board that Im no longer allowed to put them up unless Im a non-profit. Is Caribou Coffee now a non-profit organization? Luckily the other Caribous in the area still allow local businesses to advertise on their bulletin boards, so this appears to be a decision by a manager with a God complex.

One person making coffee, four others taking orders. It took 20 minutes to get a coffee and it wasn’t good.

Had the worst service! The young women making the drinks did not put covers on the drinks, threw the coffee carrier on the counter and did not label the 4 drinks. When I asked which drink was what they said they didn’t know and acted like they didn’t care. Very disappointed!
