I’ll give 3 stars for selection because they had a nice variety of products. However, took them quite a while to acknowledge I was even there, and then when I asked a question (if they had anything to work on wrapping your own cigars) they acted like I was asking them to defame government land. Even compared it to acting like you’ve been in the military when you haven’t. Just very rude and dramatic about it in my opinion.

Being new in town with no tour guide can be very intimidating! Especially when youre a female. I was driving towards Cub and saw their sign so I decided to check it out. WOW! this is one of the friendliest places! The staff is kind and knowledgeable! Ive been down on some hard times and come up a couple quarters short...the owner never blinked an eye and helped me out! Ill always be loyal!

More like smokes for more, as far as vaporizers go they up charge pretty much everything by at least 50% bought a vape here for $35 got the same one somewhere else for $20 went to get a coil there and they wanted $17 for one coil ended up buying one somewhere else for $4

Im from another state far far away but happen to work here in Minnesota. I needed a few things and this place had everything I needed. Mike is a great guy! Ive been to quite a few smoke shops but this one is my absolute favorite hands down! Ive been going here for almost 10 years and have never ever been disappointed. The atmosphere is always great and they always have the best recommendations for all of the different products! They are very knowledgable and HONEST about everything! There is a great selection of e-juices for everyones taste preferences and theyre very helpful when trying to find one you like! (Im always indecisive!) They have a huge glass room and nice selection of tobaccos! Super chill place! I highly recommend going here if you havent yet!!

Good selection of cigars in their humidor but not a whole lot of accessories. Had most types of tobacco and a e-liquid. Pretty clean. Would come back.

Great place! I get my e-cigs and everything I need to use them. Very helpful Staff! They spend time helping me with all my questions, and even allowed me to trade in two different batteries for new ones. There were nothing wrong with the batteries, they simply didnt work to my personal specifications. I tried completely different types, but in the long run, I preferred the type that I had been using in the past. They were very helpful when I brought the other ones back the next day with the receipt, and picked out the best of the type that I preferred. Now, nearly a month later, I am extremely happy with that third purchase I made. Kudos to all of the staff at Smokes 4 Less! 💖

Great place to go, I roll my own cigs using an automatic roller and use only Zen tubes which they sell for the same lowest price on eBay. Also a great selection of bagged tobacco.

Ive been to smoke shops and cigar lounges all over the metro, and my local smokes 4 less is one of my favorites. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and fun at the same time. Their humidor has a nice selection of cigars at all price points. Their glass room is huge, they have an extensive selection of vaping accessories, and theyre always happy to help you find what youre looking for. I recommend this smoke shop to anybody i see.

This place is hit or miss with everything except prices. Getting hit on from the worker behind the counter is tacky, being told I shouldnt buy what I came into purchase just because she doesnt like it (I didnt ask her opinion) or having the owner screaming at another worker is unsettling. But prices are good.

Not only do you have an awesome selection of anything smoke related, but everyone in there is welcoming. Mike is exceptionally the best and most knowledgeable one in there. He always goes above and beyond to make sure you walk out happy!

I had just turned 18 so me a an a buddy went there, the employee there, i failed to obtain his name, was excellent. I work in customer service myself and let me tell you if I treated customers half as bad as the workers in the smoke shop I would be out of a job. I walked in and asked for an ecig tank and I felt like I was extremely inconvienceing them. When they didn’t have what I wanted I was told “next time you come in know what you want before you come in” NEVER going there again. Definitely not a way to treat a paying customer

After shopping at numerous other tobacco shops, I won t shop at any other place! Mike is exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable about all the various (and numerous) electronic cigarette products. Each purchase comes not only with a warranty, but with detailed and demonstrated instructions on how to operate your ecig appropriately. The selection of tobacco flavors is absolutely amazing! Plus, you can actually test the flavor prior to purchase! As a bonus, the prices are the lowest I ve found!

I have been going to this smoke shop for about a year. The customer service is outstanding! I Am writing this review because if a visit I had to the smoke shop in the summer of 2015. I had a big weekend planed. I was going out of town with some friends and I realized at the last minute that I didnt have enough tubes to roll smokes. When I got there they had already closed. I went up to the door to check the business hours and Mike came to the door and asked me what was up. I explained and he let me in to purchase my tubes. I was about to check out and reached for my wallet and realized I had given my debit card to my girlfriend. I was already so appreciative for him letting me in after he closed, I said well I will have to pick some up tomorrow some were. He said dont worry about it just take um and hit me up when you get back to town. I was floored. I did not feel comfortable doing that, I felt like I was taking advantage. But he said dude its like3 bucks. If I never see you again. Im only out 3 dollars just take it and hit me up later. I still was unsure, i have never been treated so nice at any business. He saw I was unsure he grabbed the tubes walked around the counter and said here you got a long weekend take an energy drink and handed me a monster!!!!. I was so beside my self. But he made me feel like he was just an old friend helping me out. Needless to say I came back and payed the bill. He wouldnt let me pay for the monster LOL. As long as I am with in 30min of this store I will only come here for my nicotine needs or to just b.s. with the guys. Not only the best smoke shop in the state. But the best business I have ever been to. If only this kind of customer service existed every were. Thank you.... You have a loyal customer here.

Honestly, this place will make you very uncomfortable before you even walk through the door!! The people who work there are, basically, criminals. They hit on every single woman that goes there and seem to bring you down when you dont approve of what theyre doing. (mike is the worst!)As far as service goes, they treat you like they own you, like youre just a piece. I think they seem to forget the fact that YOURE the customer and you should leave satisfied, not like youve just been molested in front of youre family.The other thing that makes this store even worse is the fact that there is constantly kids hanging around the place, like its their hangout spot. This is probably due to the INCENSE / K2 THAT THEY SELL THERE!!! Like I said, they are a bunch of CRIMINALS that treat their product (incense) like a black market.This is, by far, the worst smoke shop Ive ever been to and would strongly urge others not to go here unless you feel like being harassed, several times.
