If I could give it a -5 I would. I paid $160 for a diagnostic and they didn’t even write a full report. When the auto body shop where I decided to go called them to ask about the labor they had suggested since they didn’t note it in the diagnostic report. They asked if they as done compression check on the spark plugs and they said they had not. So, pretty much they just connected it to the computer and didn’t do the full diagnostic I had paid for. Not only that but they wanted $500 more then surrounding area Chevy dealers. They are rip-off Frauds. I will be doing a report with the Automotive consumer complaints.
