Details details and details. Unbelievable the amount of effort they put into making my SUV sparkle and shine. The impossible hard water spots that they were able to fix and make this 20 years old almost brand new again. The full outside detail turned out awesome. We have another car that isn’t as bad but will be bringing it to you for full detail inside and outside.
From start to finish of fixing my Mazda 3s fender bender, Antonio was very professional and upfront about the whole process and how much time things were taking with the repair team. Very responsive to texts. Upon pick up of the vehicle I was impressed with the attention to detail--the car was waxed and the wheels shined. The car hadnt looked this good since the day I bought it. A day after pick up, my battery died completely and I called back. Antonio handled the situation with great care and after speaking with the Mazda dealer down the street, replaced my battery as well, free of charge. Truly great service.
I had to have nearly 4K worth of body work done because of a blind Oregon driver. These guys took what was an awful experience and really made it right. Beautiful work, great service, kept in contact the whole time and even sped up the process a bit when I had to go to a funeral. They even detailed the interior without direction and without cost to me. Super pleased and will be happy to use them again! 👍

During the July 4th weekend I purchased a new 2019 Mazda 3. To help protect the exterior and interior I also purchased the Full Body Clear Bra and LuxCare Interior and Exterior protection. On 7/17 Mazda of Elk Grove took my car and said it will take a few days to complete all the work so they gave me a free Rental. The Clear Bra and Luxcare is done at Elk Grove Custom Detail. I got my car back on 7/20. The car looks amazing. I couldnt be happier with the interior and exterior. I am so happy I got the clear bra, I do a lot of freeway driving and I am constantly getting hit by small rocks. Clear Bra practically pays for itself with the amount of times I get hit with rocks. Now rocks bounce off and dont leave any marks or scratches. I will always insist on getting Clear Bra for future car purchases. I have a leather interior and after Elk Grove Custom used Luxcare on the seats they have become softer and they look 100 times better. I havent spilled anything on them if I do I know to remove what I spilled as soon as possible otherwise the warrant may be voided. My car has a beautiful shine now and I feel very confident it will stay looking new for many years, as long as I take care of it. I cant review any of the people that work there because everything went through Mazda of Elk Grove. When I picked up my car on the inside was some paper work about the Clear Bra, its guaranteed for 10 years and it gave information on how to take care of it. I am very happy with the work that Elk Grove Custom Detail Shop did on my car. The only suggestion I have is I wished Elk Grove Custom gave more information about the LuxCare product and information about how to take care of the interior and exterior. Would I recommend Elk Grove Custom - Yes, I highly recommend them!

I was involved in a major accident and my vehicle was damaged. It took a while to be repaired due to delays in getting parts with the Covid restrictions effecting shipments, etc. EGCC did an incredible job on the body repairs, in fact you cannot even tell it ever had any damages, right down to the details of the body parts alignment, and paint ! Josh kept me appraised of the progress throughout the process. They were gracious enough to provide me with a loaner vehicle as well. The manager, Peter also was so personable and professional and took the time to meet me and thank me for my patience and business.I will recommend this business to my friends for the quality and thoroughness they insure when they repair a vehicle!!

I used Elk Grove Custom Collision and Spa a while back when someone hit my car and they did an excellent job but I just recently scheduled to have the interior or my car detailed and the headlights restored and they did an amazing job! Ruben was extremely helpful and took good care of us. They originally forgot to do the headlight restorations but then Ruben called me a few days later and had me bring it back and did it for FREE! Definitely bringing it back for an exterior detail!
I took my waterstained 2014 Fiat 500L for a detail inside and out. I couldnt be happier. It looks brand new. It sparkles, smells great and boy is it clean. Reubens team did a beautiful job. It shines just like an emerald. Professional, friendly people. Will definitely be back for upkeep.

Friendly and attentive staff. Free soft drink dispenser available while you wait. You can also enjoy coffee and pastries in the morning. There is a big flat screen in the lobby and the bathroom is clean!!. This office took care of my mother very well who is very particular and has lots of questions. The rental rate was pretty awesome as well.

After buying custom seat covers for my new truck the service team installed them for me free of charge! I am disabled yet I dont believe that was a factor. The customer service was outstanding, everyone was extremely professional and produced a warm and welcoming environment. Brought my Nissan SUV 2015 for a COMPLETE detailing on a weekend. I was disappointed. The exterior detail was a bit OK, a couple of Pine sap was still on the passenger doors, though. The interior detailing was what really disappointed me, it looks like I could have done it myself at home and saved $325. Sure it was vacuumed, waxed and wiped down, but there are places that they missed. I was in a hurry and they were closing when I got in to retrieve my car, I got to inspect it when I arrived home, and found that I have to clean the over head part myself and am considering to buy a fabric cleaner or whatever that will take the smudges/stain out, hot water extraction on the overhead/ceiling fabrics/upholstery was not done, I have to wipe down the headliners, I have to use a toothbrush and vaccuum seams like the gear shift console myself. Not happy with the service, it looks like the interior detail was rushed and the Interior of my car was not bad at all to begin with. I could have just vacuumed it myself, bought fabric/carpet cleaner spray, and interior vinyl wax /cleaner from the store, and get the same results.I see that the companys upper management team replies to these kind of reviews, and would write down their information and asks to call them back so disappointed customers can have a discussion with them on how to fix the issues. I have a few questions for the managment team: Do you think disappointed customers like me will check back this site to see if someone responded to our review? and we have to call, instead of you calling us to initiate a discussion? You have our phone numbers and email address, right? Isnt it better customer service if your upper management team reach out first to the customers after seeing the reviews instead of responding to us with please call me at my number or email me so we can better our service and provide you with the gold standard that you all deserve ?
Ive dealt with this business twice before. They did a great job then and today was no exception. I met Ruben today, after he agreed to inspect my vehicle without an appointment, 30 minutes prior to closing time. My vehicle was inspected and issue resolved by 5 pm. Thank you. I hired Elk Grove Custom Detail to detail my Lexus ES350. Its a 2013 in very good condition but was filthy inside and out. I bought the interior and exterior detail package along with the engine compartment detail.The office staff is very welcoming, respectful, and treats you like a valued customer.The detail manager Ruben Casillas meets with you personally to go over the process and your vehicle, so he understands your expectations.The vehicle was done the same day and they exceeded my expectations.It was the best detail the car has ever received and at a great value.Flawless work. I could not find anything at all that was missed, and I am very picky. They in fact far exceeded my expectations.I will return to Elk Grove Custom Detail and recommend them to friends and family.

I was fairly nervous about the situation, as I feared potential permanent damage to the paint. I couldnt get the cement off even with a power wash, and so I called up Elk Grove Custom Collision Detail Spa to see if they could help. This place is amazing. I recently went in for a complete auto detail. My car is eight years old and has never had an interior detail. I was contemplating getting my interior reupholstered but it was too costly. I took my car to Elk Grove Collision and Detail Spa and now my car looks brand new. I recommended my sister to them and her car too looks brand new and our mother is going to get hers detailed as well. Took in my 2015 wrx for rear bumper damage, they always updated me on the car and what was happening. Car came out near perfect, even installed my aftermarket parts back. My emblem overlays did have a little wear when they took it off but that is to be expected. When i got the car back they did clean the interior that was a plus, it even had that new car smell which was surprising. The only thing bad I would say is it took a little longer than expected because of parts and other issues but other than that I was really happy with the work they have done.

Several weeks ago my Tacoma and I were rear ended on the freeway. I took it in to EG Custom Collision to be repaired. I wanted to have an after market bumper put on so I purchased it myself and gave it to them to install along with fixing the other damage. I have used several body shops over the years and I was pleasantly surprised at the great job that was done putting my truck back together. Matt the body tech did an outstanding job on the bumper install and did a great job on the wiring of the LED lights that came with the new bumper they also cleaned the interior of my vehicle which was an unexpected surprise.The only thing I think they can improve on and this really goes for all automotive shops is their communication with the customer. I had many times to keep the on top of issues with the shop and insurance company as well as updates on progress. I believe I could have had my truck back sooner if they would have stayed on top of the insurance people. This is common as I said with most body shops I have dealt with.Over all they did good work and I would recommend them.

Forgotten and lied to. On my day off of work I decided to accompany my 17 year old niece on getting estimates for her car. We filled out a form and handed it to Jordan, who was standing at the desk. He acknowledged we were there for an estimate, then told us to have a seat and someone will call us up. After 20-30 minutes waiting, not ONE person came to ask us if weve been helped. After half an hour of waiting, a customer walks in for the SAME EXACT service and was taken care of right away. Thats when I realized, they werent busy, they FORGOT about us! The kicker was, we had to wait until the estimator, Anthony was done with that customer who came in after us before he took care of us. That customer was in and out of there in 25 minutes, while we were there for over hour! Unacceptable to have customers wait that long for a service you obviously could provide in well under that amount of time. Our estimator apologized and told us he didnt know the situation but my niece and I already heard the front desk girl tell him we were first before he started working on the estimate for the other customer. So yes, he lied to our faces and chose not to care or rectify the situation when he found out.This review is a shout out to Anthony: please dont lie to your customers, your desk is right there man. To Jordan: Next time a customer hands you something that you choose not to take responsibility for, please tell them to wait until that person comes back. Very simple.

We had the unfortunate experience of getting rear-ended coming home from a Big Sur Vacation while towing our tent trailer. On the positive side, we got the vehicle checked out at Elk Grove Custom Detail Collision and even though the trailer was totaled, the car only had minor damage to the hitch ball receiver.The rental service and the attention to detail to make sure our car was not damaged was impressive and appreciated. We would absolutely bring our car back here if we needed body work and we fully intend to get our all our cars detailed here in the future. We were helped by Brandon and Miriama and they were both very professional and did everything to keep us updated through the process.

They lied to my face as I shook their hand and said thank you.I had the option of repairing my factory bumper cover, or having it replaced. I told them I wanted it repaired because I didnt want an aftermarket bumper cover. They told me they could use an OEM cover because it was only $50 more, so I approved the replacement, said thank you and shook his hand. Last night after getting home I looked at the paperwork and it shows they used an aftermarket bumper cover. Sure, it took them 4 days to wash and check my car, and they never called me when they said they would, but being lied to is definitely the worst of it all.If you do business here, get everything they agree to in writing, immediately. Better yet, just go somewhere else.
Called twice to try to get a simple quote and no one there answers the phone. Asked to be transferred to a manager and he doesnt answer. What a ridiculous way to lose money.

This place is garbage.. my brother and I came to this place 6 times after his car was in a Collison, told the guy that the front end had some off edge installations and the bumper wasnt put on right. Though they took additional 5 days. They finally got it right.Theres other shops who do the work right I suggest you take your vehicles to other shops. You will get the run around. Those techs these guys have need to go back to school and get recertified in the mechanic industry.

I experienced horrrible customer service in the rental department. Kaci in their rental department had rented to me twice. During the past 2 rentals, I had used a debit card, insurance verification, and a utility bill only to rent a car. I had rented cars twice for nearly 60 days total from their company. The other woman (I think her name was Esperanza)that works with Kaci was very rude. She walked up to me with her hand out and stated in a rude tone I need the keys so I can check the car in. She didnt have the professionalism to greet me with a mere hello.Once she checked the car in, she came back to to me and (again without a greeting) asked if I planned to rent again. I confirmed that I did and then she statedwe require a paystub and utility bill to rent on every contract. I asked if the policy was new and she stated it was not. I told her I had been renting for 2 months using a debit card (since October)and Kaci had never asked me to provide a paystub. She said Kaci was new and was not aware. I stated that was not my fault.I have never provided a paystub to rent a car from any company even when using a debit card. She stated that was the policy. I then proceeded to locate a payment stub for my state disability payments and Kaci stated I needed a paystub from a job. I advised that I was employed but was on disability due to illness so I only had a paystub from disability. She said she didnt think that was acceptable. However, she stated that she needed to ask her manager if that was ok. She also said the monthly rental fee increased by $200 a month. I was ok with that. She tried to call her manager a few times but was unable to reach her because the manager was off work.In the meantime, my husband overheard Esperanza discussing the issue negatively (very immature)with co workers at the front desk. Upon hearing that, I proceeded to reserve a car with a different company. The process the other company was quick and professional. I have been a customer service consultant for many years. This company needs to invest in customer service training for their workers. Moreover, they need to ensure all workers provide consistent information. I would not use this company again for rentals.

Do not go here for glass work. I went here for tinting in the past and it was a great experience, but when I went to have my two windows replaced, no one seemed able to get it together. Everything took way too long, no one seemed to know what was going on, and then to add insult to injury I was told that my insurance would not cover any of the cost because they had over charged me by $400! Everyone here was friendly, and they tried, they really tried, but they still screwed up at every turn. It was a terrible experience overall, and even worse considering I was only getting my windows replaced because my car had been broken into. They should have just told me to go somewhere else.This is the first review I have ever posted for a business, but it was such a terrible experience I felt like I needed to warn others.

Just dropped my husbands car off very nice store and girls at front desk are always very nice and welcoming. However the rental agent was very rude. Never once greeted me I just heard “ma’am you can follow me” I looked up and asked was she talking to me and another girl said yes, so I asked where I was going because agent was out of sight. Went into her office sat down and not one word was said except “I need a card to put on file” gave her card and she kept typing away still with nothing to say. (Horrible customer service) she got up and said we could go to car and I grabbed my things and followed her out to do walk around and sign papers. I get we all have bad days BUT don’t make mine bad because you can’t seem to work through yours!!!!The two stars are only because of rental agent the rest I would give 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

HIT & MISSI walked in this location on a Saturday without any appointment after leaving the Nissan Dealership for a service appointment. The dealership service department was an excellent experience! So when I was talking with them and telling them about the decal and wraps I wanted done; they referred me to this location because its owned by the same owner.I was excited and as soon as I left I went over there.Upon arrival I was told the person who can help me was on break and I asked if I could wait 10 minutes. I said sure no problem and I did.Jordan the manager came to help, I literally told him everything I wanted done (im not a car guru, so I do not know all the technical terms) but I know what I want. He didnt bother look at my car, which is fine, and gave me his card and said to text him exactly what I want and that hell send back pricing and we can go from there. At this point, I feel like I shouldnt have came because this ended being like a 8 minute conversation and I left feeling the services were a small job, but then I figured it was just me and then got excited because I want my first car (that I worked so hard for) to truly be everything I want. I texted him about 3 days later with a list of names I googled myself. he texted back a day later saying he will get pricing and then that was it. I dont know about you but Im not going to beg someone to take my money. Hope this helps you.
Poor customer service in detail lux coating shop. Left a new car there to be coated and cured for 2 days and when I was told it would be ready for pick up 2 days later the car wasnt even touched! Only 1 star to comment. Otherwise 0 star.

Have to start this off by saying Thank you to Eduardo (Eddie) for taking charge of my claim. He really stepped up and saved this reference from being a 1. I will start off by saying that this is one of the only collision centers open on the weekend. My son was in a collision on Saturday SEPTEMBER 1st and was able to have his car towed to this shop and get the claim process started before they closed. The advisor Joshua gave me an estimated repair completion of 1-2weeks I knew that might be a little unrealistic but I loved the idea of that type of turn around time. Then we met with Desiree in the rental car department she was really attentive and accommodating. Although they offer rental cars for some reason AAA does not offer reimbursement through them. She promised to escalate the issue and in the meantime she provided us a rental with a low daily cost. For the first two weeks Joshua called and followed up with my son on the progress. The 3rd week he received an email stating the repair was estimated to be completed on September 28th. With no follow up call received stating otherwise we went to pick the car up and to our surprise it was not ready. After the 28th there was no follow-up from the shop at all any communication was initiated from us. On October 4th we called and Joshua advised the car would be ready a week from that day and they would call the morning of the 11th with a pick up time. The 11th came and passed. On Friday October 12th at store opening, I went in and asked for a manager. I was advised that all managers were at a meeting, I advised the receptionist I would wait and in the meantime I asked to go see the car. The car was sitting in the same spot it was in 2 weeks prior Covered in dust, everything that was in the car and trunk was on the ground beside it covered in even more dust, including a child car seat and stroller. The car looked like it was all put together except for a door handle. In steps Eddie! I expressed my frustration at this whole process and he listened intently didn’t give me excuses he just promised he would do what he had to do to get the car finished. He advised me he would send me pictures when it was done being detailed. I waited until about 4 and went back without calling and asked to see the car again. That’s when I met the General manager Nancy. She was standing by the car when I got back there. She was trying to figure out why this car was still there. She advised me the delay was parts related at that point I didn’t want excuses, I wanted my car. Eddie was out getting a part to complete the repair so I left. About 8:30 pm I got the pictures he promised and a call to explain everything that had been done since we met that morning and advised we can come get it in the morning. As promised he had our car ready on the 13th. He delivered as promised, he knocked off 1/2 of the deductible and asked us to let the paint cure and bring it back in 3 weeks to a month so he can detail and wax the whole car. I waited to do the review after the follow-up detail and to see if any issues arise. I am really big on supporting local businesses and I wish I knew what really delayed the repair of our vehicle or why communication broke down but It really seemed that the returning our car to us was not a priority until Eddie Stepped in. Eddie and Desiree I give you 5 stars!!! It seems the collision side needs to try and match the quality the Detail side provides and Communicate!!!! Thank God for the lifetime warranty on the repair

Wow! Customer service was the best!We bought a new Mazda CX-5 from Elk Grove Mazda (best experience ever buying a car) for my wife for retirement. With less than 2k miles on it the car was devastated by a hail storm in Tahoe over the summer resulting in over a hundred dents. We got bids in Tahoe and from Elk Grove and decided on Elk Grove Custom Collision for the repair. This is where the fun starts! When I took the car down for a price on repairs, James Price worked the bid 3 or 4 different ways for me because my wife wasnt sure of the degree of repair she wanted to do. He was very patient and professional. While there I talked with Justin Sharma the accessories manager regarding a dash cover for the car, said he couldnt confirm the price until Monday as the business they order from wasnt open on weekends, told him it wasnt a rush. Justin called like he said he would on Monday and gave me the price which I told him Id order when we brought the car down for repair which I did. Justin was easy to work with and had the cover delivered and installed when I went to pick up the car. Every time I talked with James price regarding the repair he had the information I needed or would find out the answers to my questions from somebody who did. He lined me up with a loaner car from I believe EJ Delano the service manager who I met. EJ answered some questions I had regarding the loaner and my car, very helpful and friendly. After dropping the car off there was still a question on price which James had to get back with me on because a paint-less dent repair specialist needed to look at the car for some of the repairs. James called me back with news that all the repairs could be done by the paint-less repair method and would take less time and cost less. Even though they could have made more money on doing the repairs in house James was more interested in doing what was in my best interest and what was best for the car. My wife and I both think the car looks better than the day we bought it. They waxed it and buff it so maybe that was it, regardless, we cant find any evidence that it was ever damaged. I highly, highly, recommend you let James and the crew at Elk Grove Custom manage your car repair and detailing. BTW, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful also.
