Would not recommend service due to extremely expensive. Nice staff, no complaints there. $29 for the engine air filters, $91 to pop it in. The brake job was quoted over $3,000 which is over twice as much as reputable shops in the area. Purchased tires there 1 year 1 month to find out my road hazard warranty does not cover repairs, or anything except $50 toward replacement. I had to pay $35 to fix my tire. Oil change was $180. I would not recommend unless you have warranty. There are many local shops who provide service. I understand about certified technicians, for specialties, not oil changes and filter changes.
Nice lot of people. Not TOO much sales pressure, but theyre still salesman I dont think you can avoid it. Car was ready within 20 minutes of arrival. Ordered over the phone so we wouldnt be there all day. Took 2 hours to finish paperwork and go over all the set up and features which wasnt too bad. Overall good experience. And a smokin hot car!
The best way to describe Elk Grove Audi is that its the exact opposite of a used car lot. The staff is professional, the sales people arent pushy, the GM is available and welcomes customers. I was treated very well by everyone, and would recommend them over some of the other lots nearby. Extremely professional feel to the whole process. Hanna in sales, and Eddie in finance made things extremely easy. Love my new A4.

If I could give a 0 I would this place is only good if you don’t know what you are going for, multiple times I have allowed their mistakes to fly under the radar only to speak to that reprehensible service manager, Felipe something irrelevant, Claimed a simple misunderstanding on his own dealerships POV a matter of my own actions. Terriblly vague service tokens and a service manager who thinks he’s the be all and end all of service professionals. In fact his own employee Leon Huang is 100000% a better fit than the 2 bit Ex service assistant of a manager that is employed right now. FELIPE should be sent back to VW and allow someone who actually can deal with customers to run the service desk. Lost my business and my car. After soliciting bids from 5 dealers, Oak Grove gave me (by far) the best offer. I ordered the car at just the beginning of Covid restrictions, including the factory shut down. I purchased a used 2018 Audi A4 at this dealership and it has left me stranded 2 months later. When speaking to the manager, Jerry Sypken, he showed no care or compassion for my situation and basically told me it was an unfortunate circumstance. It is sad how they treat military members at this location. I advise other fellow Marines or anyone for that matter to be cautious, you are dealing with people who only care about a sale.

As the lease on our 2016 Audi Q5 came to an end, it was now time to decide on a new replacement. We decided to open the field and research other similarly equipped/size SUVs which led us to six different lots with a wide range of cars, test drive and sales experiences. In the end, we decide to lease a 2019 Q5 from Audi of Elk Grove. Vince Webb led us through the test drive, pointed out key new features/improvements, and ultimately found a model and trim that was exactly what we were looking for with no pressure to push us to models or trims that exceeded our needs. He was respectful of our time and decision-making process and very responsive without pushing or pressuring us. Vince was extremely communicative, both at the Audi lot and over email/ text as we did our research and deliberated. He was very transparent through the whole process. Having a good sales person makes all the difference in stressful situations like buying a new car. By contrast, there were other dealers with very different experiences to the point that I was ready to walk off the lot after the first couple of minutes. Vince and Audi of Elk Grove got us into a vehicle that had all of our must-haves in just a couple days showing saint-like patience for our questions. Typically weve bought our cars in the Bay Area, but could easily and wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Vince to others shopping for a new car.

Aloof, unprofessional staff who have zero motivation to sell cars.My husband and I went into the dealership yesterday afternoon and we were ready to purchase a car they had listed online. It was the same make/model as the one we currently owned so we knew what we were buying. This would have been an easy, instant sale for the dealership.We arrived, parked our car in the customer area, and walked around a bit looking at the cars, locating the one we were interested in. The lot was an absolute ghost town. There wasnt one other customer there.After 15 minutes of looking, we had still not been approached by a salesperson. We walked towards the sales building and could see through the glass building into an office where 2 sales people were looking at their phones and talking/laughing. No customers were in the sales office, either. Only employees.We entered and asked the receptionist if there was someone who could show us a car. She looked around and said she would send someone out. We went back to the lot and waited.... and waited. After several minutes more we decided that this dealership was not deserving (or interested in) our business.Today, we purchased a car from another area dealer. We would have preferred to keep our business in Elk Grove, but the lack of service we received pushed us to look elsewhere. Good for us... but bad for EG Audis business.
Wasnt really shopping for a car, but once I saw the First Edition e-tron, I was hooked. Visiting Elk Grove Audi this past weekend my wife and started out with the mindset this is gong to be the same old vulture swooping in tactic we felt was going to happen. Either that or judging a book by its cover and not giving us any respect as usual. Well instead, it happened to be THE most stress free car buying experience my wife and I have EVER experienced. Our sales professional Ralph Jackson was a consummate professional and made us feel right at home. He didnt sell us a car he sold us an experience we will never forget. I test drove several cars and the staff was very patient as I made my decision as to which car I wanted to buy. Everything was quick and easy from the financing, through to signing the paperwork, to receiving the keys to my car.
We all sceptical about car sales, but this was an extraordinary experience. Honest and respectful people. No gimmicks, no misleading statements, straight forward. Offered bigger discounts than they quoted on the internet. I will only deal with them from now on.

I purchased an A3 from Elk Grove Audi just a few weeks ago, and it was the single most pleasant experience Ive ever had with a dealership. Honestly, before walking into the showroom I would rather have had a root canal than go through the process of finding, selecting, and negotiating a price for a vehicle. Yet the salesperson that worked with me (Daniel Pascual), the sales manager that oversaw the process (Mike Heinrich), and the finance manager who assembled all the relevant documents (Eddie Carrillo) were all incredibly gracious and over-the-top helpful. In a nutshell, the vehicle was awesome, the price was fair, and the dealership personnel was top notch. In the short time I was on premises Elk Grove Audi gained a customer for life., and the finance person were three of the nicest, most helpful people that Ive ever had the pleasure of working with in the process.

When I get my car at car max, everything was fine until I start doing recall and no choice but got to go dealership. My first visit was mad, they are being careless on car and leave minor scratches. This time I go, they can keep calling me on their mistake for missing too like I am a theif and more scratch. If you Don not know how to wash a car, then do not touch it. I like adui car but not the service. Why am I not buying Honda? And spend more on Audi.

Wesley Howell, the Internet Sales Manager, earned my business over the phone and once I was confident that we had a fair deal for both sides in place, I decided to head up there all the way from San Jose.Upon arrival, I was greeted w/ a special blend of warmth and professionalism that is seemingly lacking in many of the car dealerships in San Jose. We worked out everything smoothly and I got a great deal on Q7 that fit my criterion to a T (even had some extras!).Wesley was responsive throughout the entire transaction and I genuinely feel like he took a lot of care to understand who I am and what my needs are for the car I was about to purchase. Faithful customer since Jan 2017Services Department Only:Im going to have to give a very low score on my experience with you guys. I was told my car would be ready mid day, it was barely ready at closing. Top it off, my car was completely filthy on the outside when I picked it up, due to the maintenance area. After being called at 445pm to say it was ready, it hadnt been washed by 6. I immediately took it to a detailer, spending an additional $100. Ive been going to this site since jan 2017, but seems like the professionalism is dying down there. The service members that checked me out had the nerve to joke about me being there at 602pm yet I was waiting behind his own customer. He didnt have the decency to act professional or inform me my car hadnt been cleaned. Departed team members like Jett Wolf and Patrick were so good at their craft and friendly, that I moved to the natomas area & still chose to use elk Grove for my services. But Im done with Lasher... the GM should evaluate his team and fix he weak spots.

Bought a pre-owned Audi A4 that was a part of the Oil Consumption Recall was never fully performed and they would not fix it! Sales Manager Yusef Stewart and Sales Specialist Hanna Petrasunas are very unethical! To top it off they sold an extended warranty that did cover the issue either!

Very bad purchasing experience at this Audi dealership, with some shady sales practices that everyone should be aware of. I was looking for a CPO 2018 Audi A7 Competition at Elk Grove Audi in Sacramento. I live in LA, so had to made this deal over email and phone. Initial email communications with Noel (salesperson) was normal, although not very professional. After several ineffective email communications with Noel, I called the sales manager (Yusuf S) and able to agree on a deal for this car over the phone for just over $53K. I told him that I will be flying over on Saturday to purchase it, assuming the car is as clean as advertised. I put down $1K down payment and handed over the sales process back to Noel. Come Saturday, we flew to Sacramento and arrived at the dealership on time at 3pm with my wife and kids. I met Noel and she brought the car out for me to inspect it. To my disappointment, the car has not been washed yet and full of dirt as if the car been sitting for over a month without being washed. When I asked why its not yet washed, Noels response was that theyre waiting for me to approve the car, finish paperwork, then theyll wash it. Not the kind of answer I was expecting and since they know that Ill be coming over that day to inspect and buy the car, isnt it common courtesy to wash the car that I will be paying over $50K first? This of course upset me and makes me think that they are trying to hide something from me by not washing the car first, so it will be hard to see scratches, blemishes and dents. This just leaves a bad taste that an Audi dealership would do such a thing. So I went around to look at each the car super careful with my wife (also fuming), found some minor scratches and no major issues. I test drove it and I found no issue. So I then told her that Ill take the car and she said shell fill up the gas and wash it. Then come the finance paperwork and this is where it gets even uglier. Went to the finance office and met with the finance guy there to sign the paperwork. It started with signing the basic DMV, privacy stuff, and a few more where he explained each in some detail before I signed it. Then come this one paperwork he wants me to sign without saying too much about it. I was about to sign it, when I saw that its for a Theft code for $289!! I was surprised to see this, as I never asked for this and the $289 for a theft code that he said gets me some sort of warranty in case it gets stolen, bla, bla. I said I didnt ask for this, but then he responded with Its included as part of the negotiated priced that you agreed with the sales manager he said. So I was like, ok then. If its included, sure, Ill take it and I signed it. Then comes the long retails installment sale contract paperwork that breaks down all the numbers, price of car, dp, fees, etc. So he explained a few areas where I have to sign or initial, which I started doing while at the same time looking at the numbers again and to my shock, he listed the $289 as an additional cost instead of it being included per what he told me earlier. So I asked him about why this charge is there, where I couldve easily missed it, if I didnt take my time as he went straight to the total that I have to pay. And it gets awkward of course and he said that he will call the sales manager again to confirm (I dont know what is it to confirm, as he said earlier that its included as part of the negotiated price). He called someone, explained how I didnt want this theft code included. The call lasted less than 10 seconds, he hung up and tear up the sale contract and printed a new one. I kept quiet, but was fuming inside. So after he printed another one, I looked through it carefully, signed it and left. Noel came back with my now washed car. We looked through the car again and sure enough, we found several more obvious scratches in bunches that we couldnt possibly see when its dirty. We drove off with our car upset and couldnt believe an Audi dealership could go this low to try and cheat a customer. Sleazy practice!

I had been searching for a vehicle for over six months from Rocklin to Palo Alto to find the right Audi that fit exactly what I was looking for. I had a very positive experience working with Daniel Pascual, Audi brand specialist at Elk Grove Audi. I (Troy Bradley) pulled up to Elk Grove Audi in my A4 Ultrasport and had the warmest reception I have ever had at a dealership as a new Audi owner. Jet in service greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed i.e. changing wipers, taillights, and installing a new battery. Honestly, I would give a half star to the service department and this is not an assessment of the sales staff, which as I recall was exceptional when purchasing the Q5. The first few scheduled maintenance services were fine. There was a recall performed- water pump issues covered. However, the last two times have been sub par both of which included recalls, scheduled maintenance. In February 2017, I Was charged for labor on diagnosiis of an issue that was found to be under warranty. The repair was made with no charges but the $160 for diagnosis stayed on the invoice. Then this last time in August 2017, I was charged labor to diagnose an issue that should have been found when inspecting the brake system as part of the scheduled maintenance. Then the part that was found to be the issue was the brake sensor wire which was replaced for which I was charged an amount that is $30 more than any Audi dealer that I can find online would charge for the exact part. No qualms with the labor to replace that, but the $80 charge to diagnose when if the visual brake system inspection under the scheduled maintenance details would have found is an inflated charge. I understand accept the dealer service to be pricey but the attention to detail is lacking and costly at Elk Grove Audi. as stated already the sales team at this place was exceptional and I have a VW from the same companies VW dealership, but as for the service dept. at this Audi dealership the case is not the same.
Very very very poor customer service. when ever we call they always like we are so busy and they are pretty rude lady at the front always say give us your number and we will call u back but they never call back. i will prefer to go somewhere else than this. They should change the dealers.
I had a really bad experience with this Audi dealership they wanted to charge me 165 just to charge the battery so they can reprogram my key that I got had ordered and that’s after I got the battery for them and then told me I can’t change the battery here that I have to take the car off there lot to do it and I called Audi in Sacramento and they told me it’s completely out of line for them to do that so I’m taking it to them because of their honesty and great service nilli Audi
