The Elk Grove Village, IL store refused to deliver the generator when I needed it. Gasoline was spilled into my vehicle when loading the generator. When they tried to adjust the position of the generator with the forklift, the back of the rear seat was torn.

I have been very happy with the equipment and service that we are getting with United. They are very reactive and typically have no issues delivering whatever equipment is needed on just a few hours notice. Literally they have been able to get equipment onsite within a few hours. One of the best things about them is their large network of facilities and equipment. They are able to pull machines from all over the country if needed. Over the past 40 years we have used just about everyone and they are by far the best. If you dont have a Rep i suggest working with mine, Peter Baca.

Sales and service team are excellent. We run into many last minute emergency type situations where we need equipment right away and these guys always manage to get us what we need and when we need it, even during off hours.

The place is too big to provide reliable service. As they say the right hand doesnt know what the left one is doing. Unreasonably expensive with no improvement in service. Had to talk to 3 people and a website to reserve a lift, ended up receiving a phone call on the morning of the delivery telling me that they dont have the unit ive ordered. Unapologetic, overpriced, lost in their own system.

I rented a lift and the battery was dead I had no time to charge it since I was on a job site. I called service and they were there in about an hour and replaced the battery with a charged one
