Ive already bought some machines with the seller Mr. Jesse Zamora, a perfect attention, from the sale to the monitoring of loading with help regardless of the day or time.
Buyer beware. Run as fast as you can. If there was an option for 0 stars thats what I would give..They claim machines sold are in good working order....The machine we bought had the following problems.....Bad Lube Pump / Bad Lube Lines Machine Packed with rusted cast iron chips EVERYWHERE under covers in ATC and under APCATC- missing tool pots / sheet metal bent / Needed New air cylinder and slide / Weld Repairs / No hardware!APC – Would not rotate due to rusted chips / Rust everywhere / Leaking Hydraulic Oil (All new seals and cones)Operators door not secured during shipment / Had to climb thru the roof of the machine to unbolt to gain access /Door Interlock and Door Major Damage Spindle Chiller Completely Shot / Had to buy a new oneZ-Axis Cover / Had to weld and repairY-Axis Cover Complete replacementX-Axis Cover Missing BracketsThru the spindle coolant Chip Blaster 1000 PSI unit is on its way to a scrap yard. Completely UselessMany other issues with the machineSpindle is OK for now but I wont hold my breath.Yea if this is working order I can only imagine what non working order is. Complete misrepresentation.
Advertised 18% premium, charged 20% but only made clear after purchase is complete. Payment process is very convoluted. Email for invoice received from a different website than invoice was to be sent back to. No way to enter a card and pay online, must email/fax card info.Only way to avoid the extra 2% is to get them a cashiers check in hand(nearly impossible unless you are in driving distance) or wire transfer within 2 days of purchase. So if you want to pay by card or send a check there is not way to avoid it, which again is not advertised till after purchase.Just seems like a lot of hoops and jumping for a company thats clearing a 6 figure commission on their auctions. Also, that extra 2% thats not advertised can really start to add up when you are buying $100K equipment. Seems like a cheap way to make a buck.
Great company to work with! Professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I would highly recommend doing business with them and will be taking my business to them again.
Staff was very knowledgeable and showed that they want the best for me
They may be slick auctioneers but their terms are misleading --- you may find yourself paying more to them than they said you would for terms they make up and cant refer to.
