I’m a current customer of Ability Fasteners. John, the owner, has always been very unresponsive but he has hit a new low. I emailed him 3 weeks ago for pricing for 4 standard screws. I then called when he didn’t respond for days and he said he would send the quote that day. Another couple weeks have gone by since then. I’ve emailed him 2 more times since then. If he won’t even quote a repeat customer in a professional manner, how much worse will he treat a new customer? I’ve found another source. Very unprofessional. It’s shocking.
