I am very satisfied with my new countertop. I chose my Organic White slab in the warehouse and has been installed for a week and a half. Beautiful Quartz, beautiful counter. I am completely satisfied.

Came in to view slab, the staff was helpful. They do have a cute showroom and clean warehouse. I did love the organic white and Alaskan White slabs. Both are pretty and it was tough for me to select for either of those.

Incredibly disappointed with my quartz from Raphael Stone.It chips easily (my photos are posted here; there are red arrows on them that show the problems), it stains, and it is not what I expected for my kitchen.After only 3-4 months of use, the area around the sink developed chips due to pots and pans contacting the surface. I had to install rubber guards to surround my sink to prevent further damage (see pics).This quartz replaced 15-year old granite...the latter of which never chipped and was solid as a rock (pun intended).Just this week, a knife slipped out of my hand, and when it landed onto the quartz, it took a chunk out of the surface.The reality is I live in fear of anything contacting this product from Raphael Stone. In fact, Im pretty much convinced Ill need to replace this poor quality quartz within a year.Do not waste your money here.

Great products!! Did my kitchen with them with 2 waterfalls and it’s looks amazing. Also their tile is something I never seen before, we did our both bathrooms and we love it!

As a former employee of this organization, I can tell you that all of your quartz needs will be handled beautifully by Yoav and his team of professionals. Not to mention an excellent selection of quality materials at good prices.

I first met Yoav when I was a customer at his Panini store in Lakeview and when he told me that he was opening a quartz business I didnt really believe him. Then when I moved to my new place I was redoing my kitchen and bathroom so I looked him up, stopped into the Elk Grove Village show room and ended up getting a great price and service from him for my new kitchen and bathroom. These guys are legit.

I had a great experience at Quartz Master. They had the largest variety of marble style quartz of all the distributors me and my wife checked out (about 40 styles!). My wife and I picked out 1 slab of Callacutta Miel for our kitchen and 1 slab of Statuario Classic for our coach house kitchen. We were pleased to learn that every slab from quartz master has lifetime warranty when we picked out our slabs. One of the partners Yoav is a very nice and charismatic guy. He made sure we were taken care of with plenty of samples to take home until we came to a decision. This place is a must to check out if you have ANY interest in quartz!

I had great experience working with Quartz Masters from Elk Grove. Before I found them, I went from one distributor to another - Terrazo, Cosmos, MSI, looking for a particular type of Calacatta quartz. It was very frustrating since nobody had it available and the wait time for the type I needed was from 4 to 8 weeks. And then I came across Quartz Masters showroom on Jarvis street, just down the road from MSI. When I saw the selection, I could not believe my eyes. Several types of Calacatta quartz was available! I could select different colors of veins, different base colors, different patterns etc. I was like a kid in a candy store running from Calacatta Borgini to Calacatta Borgi to Calactta Miel because one stone was better than the other and there was NO WAITING! I came to the showroom on Saturday, on Tuesday morning my fabricator already had two Calacatta slabs. Communication with Ilan and Yoav was a breeze. My emails were answered literally within minutes, information, documentation, phone calls – all were provided or conducted in very professional, constructive and very courteous manner. QM website offers great warranty and their product bears “Made in USA” stamp. These guys did not stop their service even after slabs were out of their showroom. I had issues with measurements and had to change design plans so I asked Yoav and Ilan for help and they really went above and beyond in helping me to resolve the issues and did it in their trademark friendly, professional and courteous way. Without hesitation I recommend Quartz Masters in Elk Grove to anybody who is looking for high in demand type of stone and excellent customer service.
