Still my favorite place to find beautiful granite and marble. They have so many selections and no pressure. Some of their pieces are literally works of art! Plan to take your time as if you were going to a gallery. Dont settle for something because of the price, fall in love with the stone because you will look at it every day for the foreseeable future. That in itself is worth a few extra dollars if there is a difference.

One more time reviewing MSI. We kept in touch for another slab availability, and ended up locking in the slab we love! Vlada again proved excellent in customer service especially for such picky customers like us. The entire warehouse, starting from aesthetics, cleanliness, display, safety, team effort to customer service is run well! High marks! Other companies should follow their example. Thank you!

I visited to select a slab of Granite for my kitchen remodel. Perla assisted me throughout the entire process. She was extremely helpful in explaining differences in materials. I was blown away with the beauty of all the slabs on hand. It was like being in an art gallery. On top of the product was the detail to customer service and safety. You were met by a service member/representative at each step of the process. They answered questions and walked you through the process. I also appreciate the low sale pressure. We viewed product on our own. The sale happened when we were ready and picked out a slab. Thank you for your customer service!

I just left MSI after my third visit and with the help of the amazing Beatrice I left with confidence I have made the right choice for a quartz countertop. She has great taste and was so knowledgeable and patient. Definitely the reason I was able to finally make a decision. Pro tip for your visit- click off a cabinet door to bring with you if you are matching, bring your hardware, etc.

We came to MSI to look for a granite slab for our new kitchen. The warehouse was organized very well and even though it seemed very busy there was no delay and having us go through the warehouse and view the slabs. The warehouse is well-lit and organized and the slabs are presented in an orderly way. Vlada was very helpful and went above and beyond to show us labs to choose from. We did not find the slab we liked but we hope to come back and find the perfect one with the new shipment. Were a picky customer and were happy with how this place received us. Thank you!

We have been purchasing products directly & indirectly from this vendor for years. They have a huge selection of tile counters etc. Being one of the largest suppliers in the Chicago area they offer great turn around times & pricing.Selecting a unique slab can be a highlight of every clients project. Their employees are efficient & friendly, I highly recommend MS international!

Your staff was excellent In explaining the products and helping my wife and I find the kitchen tops we always wanted.If I could offer a suggestion given the current times with COVID, there were WAY to many people in the warehouse. Very organized and well maintained facility, and they really understand customer service. I had a problem with my installers (The Countertop Factory), and Vlada (who works at MSI) jumped into action and helped me resolve it. Id definitely use MSI again. TCF...not so much.

Wrong slab!Very bad experience with MSI! MSI changed their quartz supplier between the time I ordered my slab and slab pickup. Slabs with same name looked very different. They didnt let me view the slab at the time of ordering saying all quartz slab look EXACTLY the same. Guess what? Changing supplier means same name quartz look different. They didnt inform me of their supplier change. I ended up with something that I didnt like at all! Worst of all, MSI refused to make the situation right for me!

Staff is very accommodating even when things get busy here and you have to wait for them to pull out a slab of granite for you.

I have to say their customer service met my expectations. I was greeted with the most friendly customer by Juan and Perla. She gave us the tour of what and where their material was located as well as their samples. She gave us her input in the material we were looking for and gave us other options such as quartzite and marble. Her charismatic behavior and good sense of humor made the process a lot more smoother for my husband I. As a customer and homeowner, I noticed how she multitask her attention with us and other customers. That is excellent customer service! She gave me some tips on what to install in my kitchen backsplash and what kind of grout would go with our countertop, which I certainly was grateful for. Perla was also able to give me her input on other material for our new second home. Such as what material is a current trend and also gave me some designing tips. We have never experienced this type of customer service before in any other distribution companies expect for MSI. Their warehouse is a little overwhelming with the amount of material they have but I definitely will be coming back and thank you for making the process a lot easier Perla, you’re a doll!!!

I have been debating on whether or not to give a review on this place. My husband and I were greeted very well at the entrance. They gave us a lot of information in regards to the screening we have to complete for COVID. We were sent directly to the countertop office and I need to say this place is amazing. It looked very well organized the gentleman under the name of David explained to me the material of quartz which I was pleased. When we arrived to be given the tour of MSI nobody was there at all to greet us and point us into the right direction. My husband and I were confused as to the help that we were told we were going to be given. We both looked into the office and everyone was in the office just sitting down and having laughs. One of them was on her phone. As we looked into the showroom there were about 3 people in the on floor who where helping other people and I did not want to impose them. So my husband and I just helped ourselves and walked down the aisles. I still did not know what I was looking at due to having many options for my kitchen and not be given the appropriate tour of the place. Which I find quite rude. A young woman under the name of Perla was down the aisle helping two customers at once and I asked her for guidance. She apologized for the inconvenience of not being giving the tour and explained to me the “overview” as she called it. She went into detail with the samples and the process of obtaining a slab. I was very pleased with her customer service skills. As we browse my husband asked a young man who’s named I believe was Juan regarding information about a particular slab and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. As we were about to leave another young woman named Rochio I believe took me as to where the samples where. As a first time customer there should be other people out on the floor not just her and the other two people who were helping customers. People need to helped all the time not sitting around having laughs and specially be on your phone. It is truly unacceptable! I give credit where credit is due to the two young girl’s and the other young man who helped my husband and I. It is a very well organized place but needles to say the customer service needs improvement big time.

I met a very polite employee named Josh who was very knowledgeable about the slabs of granite. He even knew their country of origin. This a perfect place to go if you want to redo your kitchen or bath. Tours are as lengthy as you wish. You cant go there and not feel INSPIRED to rebuild your home. On a personal note I think they should start charging for their samples... One lady told me she used the granite samples to decorate her home and even for coasters for her wine glasses. Lol

Open to the public, but you have to have a fabricator to get pricing. Wow, what a lot of stone slabs. I posted two pictures of my favorites. Waiting on a sample so I can decide which one will Grace the tops of my beautiful new cabinets. They are very helpful when looking through the stones, just wish they could give a ball park figure on stones, other wise you have to get few fabricators to quote you to see who is marking up prices way too much. Always best to get multiple quotes with anything.

This place is a joke.. first time I was waiting 2hrs for my pick up the second time was 3hrs on both times everything should be ready for me, but it wasn’t.

I did not care for my visit to MSI. I got the feeling that most of the employees saw me as more of an inconvenience that they had to deal with -- that they had better things to do than to offer any kind of customer service. No one showed me around the granite slab area. The whole place just seemed like a big production that doesnt care about business from individual homeowners. Their loss as I was ready to tag some granite. I will not return there and cannot recommend MSI to others.

When I arrived to the facility I was greeted and informed of health safety precautions. I was directed in a courteous and professional manner. After completing their protocols I was directed to area I need to go. Upon leaving I was acknowledged and asked if I had any additional questions. It was a pleasure I would recommend them to a friend.

This is a five-star facility unlike many others I visited. They take proper safety precautions, their organization is amazing, and the space is clean and air-conditioned (til you get to the full slabs at least). Even the front desk workers were sweet, professional and knowledgeable!

I really liked the sign-in process, but it wasnt exactly clear what to do next after signing in (where to go). I was there to pick out some granite slabs and made my way to the slab area where Brenda was an amazing help. She was professional and attentive to what I needed to accomplish. I would have given 5 stars if the electronic sign in would have told me where to go next. I heard someone ask the front desk where they should go for looking at granite slabs and followed them. There was signage, but it was around a corner, not easily visible unless you walked into the tile showroom.

I just can’t say enough positive things about my experience with MS International. Although I wasn’t enthusiastic about the hour plus commute from NWI, having not been able to find a granite slab I was excited about at my local granite dealers, I decided to make the trip. I am so glad I did.The facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois is beautiful. The selection of granite, marble, and quartz is almost overwhelming. The showrooms are welcoming, clean, and easy to navigate. The staff are polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. I love that everything is indoors; you don’t have to deal with inclement weather or try to pick from dirty slabs.I encourage anyone looking for counter tops, or flooring to take a ride out to MS International. It’s hard to believe you will find a better selection anywhere else.

Great selection for countertops and even though their tile selection isnt huge, I found the tile I had been looking for! My only issue is that the pricing is not available for countertops. So I spent more time looking for options in different price categories because I wasnt sure about a range even. If youve done the work to categorize (0-7 with 7 being the most $$) the stone then include a price range just to give people an idea of the high/low of that category.

We came across MSI through a reference, visited the showroom and liked the choices and quality of material so decided to move ahead and got our contractor registered with MSI. Unfortunately while placing orders, he ordered everything almost 40% extra of what was needed. As per him he was told we can return any unopened boxes. Since we ran into a family emergency situation we could not follow up earlier but now they are refusing and now we are left with couple of unopened boxes. Can someone help? please.

I cant recommend MSI products enough! Amazing quality and pricing - such a large selection and carried the perfect products to bring my dream kitchen to life! I fell in love with their Stile product and used it as the focal point of our kitchen! Products used: Statuario Stile for back splash and Fossil Gray for counter tops.

The showroom is beautiful and well laid out. The employee who helped me took me directly to the granite material that I was looking for. I found what I needed quickly and was able to make a purchase decision in short order. The experience was very favorable.

Great selection but they staff member I talked to was incredibly rude. I was trying to figure out the process since we have been doing a renovation ourselves. The employee treated me like I was the dumbest person she had ever worked with instead of actually helping me. She was very short with me and treated me like I was the biggest waste of her time.

1st time there. We were sent there by our guy to look. The lady at the front desk was approachable and helped us get there. The people there were also friendly and good at guiding us. The warehouse is big. There are so many rows of slabs you wouldnt believe it. Their show room when you walk in is also awesome it looks like a palace

We drove 4 hours to come here based on our fabricators recommendation. Selection was ample and everyone was friendly--especially Brenda, who got all our slabs pulled. We arrived prepared with a list of specific slabs we wanted to see. Process went smoothly. Id recommend coming at a non-peak time and calling ahead to verify quanitites.

I drove nearly an hour to MSI in Elk Grove Village. When I finally arrived, I met with Kat. She was courteous and her assistance was fantastic. However the slab I originally picked out was not on the floor. Kat said she would have a few slabs pulled from their warehouse and the process would take about 30 minutes. She later returned to say all 5 slabs in the warehouse were damaged. After driving a distance to reach MSI I was disappointed and upset that another trip was in store for me.Arianna, another consultant at MSI overheard my conversation with Kat. She mentioned to Kat she was holding the same style slab but delivery was not scheduled yet. Arianna told Kat I could have the slab and she would wait for a new shipment!!Kat and Arianna could tell I was frustrated and together they found a solution for me! I truly appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond to help with a solution! They are greatrepresentatives of MSI. Thanks ladies!

Best selection for new stlyle of tile and granite for contractors . Not for general public.

One of the worst places I have ever loaded almost 5 hours

Absolutely horrible customer service. Unorganized, unprofessional staff. The staff complained consistently about their work to us.When I asked if we could take a look through a couple selections of granite. We were told we had to decide on one specific style before we could look through available slabs. Very difficult to select a style when every slab is different. The customer service department was snarky and not helpful. Our questions did not get answered, it did not seem as if they knew what they were doing. I found the overall experience unprofessional and I would not recommend doing business with MSI.We drove over two hours for nothing. When spending several thousand dollars on material, it would be nice to see what you are buying instead of being told theyre all the same, when quite frankly they are not. What if you look at, let alone test drive, a car before buying it? Very unprofessional way of running a business. Beware, dont waste your time.

Best Selection for your countertop needs. plan on visiting MSI during week days, not on a Saturday. Overall experience is great .

We purchased quartz countertops from MSI. They looked great, however, an 8 hairline crack developed on the quartz in under 6 months (which is extremely odd for quartz). Our installer and we the buyers tried to connect with MSI to get them to remediate the issue given their lifetime warranty, however, they wouldnt even respond. Its been months of us trying to contact their team.

My husband and I had a very good experience. It was great seeing all the different granite stones in super size! Everyone at M S International was helpful and interested in answering any questions that we had. There were no samples left for the granite that we were interested in, but that was okay. Rafael greeted us immediately. He was fantastic - explained the process to us and was so patient and gave us as much time as we needed. He was very knowledgeable about granite counter tops. Rafael offered his expertise on back splashes which really helped us make a good selection. We would definitely return there in the future and will highly recommend it to our family and friends.

Contacted them 3 weeks ago to schedule a FaceTime. Nobody called. Waited a week and called again. Receptionist said I would get a call from a rep in a day. Nothing. Called again today and they said the same thing. No call back. My fabricator told me that they receive complaints about them all the time so they are no longer recommending them. Too many other places MSI that care about customer service!

The person I wanted to ride review about is Beata .I do not ride many reviews, but Beata definitely deserves one . She is absolutely stunning very helpful, Response from her its a hundred percent . It never even cross my mind that she is not a salesperson in MSI, shes in accounting .I remember the first time I was transferred to her, and she was so helpful, that from that day I always want for her to help me, without realizing thats not her job .One day I did mention to her, that she is such a good helpful salesperson, and she mentioned to me that she works in accounting, but she is trying to help as much as she can . Wow that girl definitely deserves a lot of credit . She is much better than actual sales people working there, especially the one that was assigned to us previously .Beata thank you .

This warehouse was very impressive. The Quartz slab showroom and Tile showroom was like something out of an art show. Safety is one of their concerns if you want to grab a slab to take home with you, or if youre just browsing the warehouse for some of the larger pieces of granite countertop slabs. Very cool experience.

My experience with MSI has not been a good one. Id probably be preferring to take my business elsewhere but no one else has the quantity and variety of stone in the area.Several weeks ago, I visited MSI on a Saturday morning. I had my children and husband with me. Note to future customers: children arent allowed in the warehouse area. They do have a nice play area set up with table/chairs/tv/crayons but you and your spouse will be trading places looking at stones & watching the kids. Saturday at MSI was a madhouse, which I understand. The folks behind the desk were flustered, terse, and all around not very friendly. They seemed frustrated at dealing with so many people who were there for the first time and didnt know the process. We knew what kind of stone we wanted and so got a beeper to wait for our stone to be pulled for selection, but after waiting nearly 1 hour we gave up and left.I called back about a week and a half later, to check on current inventory and plan a new day to come for slab selection. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and I requested an appointment time where the slabs were already pulled and waiting for me. He said he understood and we made an appointment for noon the following day, and he informed me that there were 3 slabs of both of my types of stone available to pick from. I arranged to miss a day of work so that I could attend this appointment, hoping that it would be a quick and efficient way to select my stone outside of the hustle and bustle of Saturdays at MSI.So I show up at MSI at noon on my appointment day, and I get blank stares from everyone behind the desk. They claim they dont do appointments at all (then what did the gentleman set up for me?). They want to know who my appointment is with, what is the person’s name? I don’t know, the gentleman on the phone didn’t give me one. They had completely different quantities of the slabs available than the gentleman gave me over the phone less than 24 hours earlier. And when I said that I had taken off of work to come to this appointment and I wanted to do my slab selection now, I was informed it would take 45 minutes for EACH SLAB to be pulled for me to view. After waiting for one, it had a giant scratch down the middle that they said wouldnt be able to come out... a complete waste of my time.How does MSI not have an agreed upon policy of whether you honor appointments or not? Why are the people answering the phone setting up completely bogus appointments and working with completely inaccurate details on slabs available for customers? Why does MSI not have notes on each slab so that customers don’t wait 45 minutes for a slab that’s already visibly damaged to be shown to me? Not impressed. The customer experience was absolutely disappointing and I wont be recommending anyone I know to come here. Unfortunately, I think MSI is successful because of their quantity of stone and the fact that the showroom/warehouse is open for part of the day on Saturdays when others arent. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired and Im left with a very unfavorable opinion of this company.

Rating is based on selection and receptionist.Went there yesterday to look for countertops. You are required to sign in at the desk. I found the receptionist robotic as she rattled off the instructions and location to view slabs. Not very friendly in greeting potential customers. Once in the slab area I believe his name was Dave who was very helpful explaining selections, the process and offered samples. I drove 45 minutes to view quartz samples. Most selections are so similar with say a light vein or solid color without much variations and lots of duplicated samples. For me it was a waste of time but, if your looking for that it may serve you. They do have some interesting granite and polished stone not what I was looking for. The place is large but not a hugh selection in either say about 10 of each and many are duplicated. I also didn’t find their tile much different than HD. Would not return or purchase there.

Visited MSI today, to pick out a slab for my kitchen. Was greeted quickly upon arrival. Given simple instructions on where to go to sign in. Then waslooking at slabs within a few mins. Someone goes with you, they know exactly where to go for specific slabs, so you arent just wandering around aimlessly wasting time. I was only there like 20 mins. It was quick, and they were very helpful. Would definitely use MSI again.

This place is AMAZING. Been on the search for countertops for months. Fabricator sent me here yesterday and Ariel took me to the exact slab I was interested in, and within less than 30 minutes I had the most beautiful slab of quartzite on hold! Love love love. Couldve walked around for hours, selection is huge. I highly recommend MSI, its worth the trip

MSI is cold, uninviting and feels like you are in a wholesalers warehouse, where no one knows what’s going on. How about starting off with a greeting “ Hello welcome to MSI, how can I help you today” as opposed to “sign in over there!” “Go over there!”Would not return

Incredible selection, staff very knowledgeable and helpful, easy ordering process. Only complaint was that they did not tell us up front that only certain slabs were available for selection for Home Depot customers, even though indicated that we were buying through Home Depot on the initial computer log in. Wasted about an hour of our time looking at rock we could not get unless we paid over double the price.
