I stop in to the Tykables store the other day, I was just wanting to look around. When I got in the store Brian was very helpful, he told me all about their products even help me get the right sizes. I bought a play shirt, the snap shorts, and a set of pajamas. Brian even help me by telling me if I needed a different size. I also bought Overnights, Camelot, Pink and Blue Cammies all in the 7000 ml. I am extremely happy with the diapers I bought, I will definitely be buying more online or in store.Thank y’all

Wonderful place! Staff very knowledgeable and personable! Helped me pick out a few items. Store is very clean and welcoming. It also has private changing rooms. Couldn’t ask for a better experience I will definitely come back! It was also nice to visit where the brick and mortar ABDL stores started.

The only reason why youre getting 3 stars. Is because Ive been ordering from you for a while now and Im getting extremely tired of FedEx how they hang onto my package for an extra three and four days before shipping it out. It would be nice if you guys would fixYour website options for shipping and having a few more instead of just one free one that is getting old and I hate FedEx shipping UPS is more reliable

Staff was friendly and welcoming for our first time at the store. They were happy to answer any questions my boyfriend and I had about the products and were very knowledgable. We love the snappies tshirts. they are so soft and durable! Looking foward to trying the diaper samples we got, thank for the help! Also they are wheelchair accessible 😁 👍 it was definitly worth the trip.

I want to let you know that some products are shipped from China which take over a month to arrive. This includes the changing mat and bedding dont order these items on this website

Tykables is awesome! Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very well versed in their products. The area is industrial and has room for a big rig to park along the street long enough for you to get your items. Anytime Im near Chicago I stop in to resupply. Thank you tykables!

Decided to finally stop by and pick up some of their products. The staff was friendly and explained a lot about the product, and also helped me pick out some samples that I liked! Will be returning shortly to pick up more!

Went to Chicago just to see Tykables and I will tell you it was worth the trip. Wish they had a location closer to Pittsburgh but definitely a place I would revisit! Thank you to the helpful staff for making the trip amazing!

Excellent store. The owner and staff are very nice and helpful. I have bought onesies, padded briefs and pants. The sizes are larger than normal so I wear a small as I am 6 foot and 200 pounds. The snaps are very well designed. The clothes are professionally made with easy access for changing or if mommy needs to unsnap them for any reason.The cost is not expensive so I do not over spend my allowance (makes mommy happy). A females touch would help.Great place

Be nice if they honored there end of an agreement. You wont receive items listed and shown. As they will send you what they want not sure why they even bother posting item to receive on a subscription.

Awesome place! My wife and I went in here on a Tuesday. Our first time in Chicago, they told us all the fun stuff to do. The people in that store were vet nice!! We will be back

So Ive been recently wetting the bed. I decided to go here because I heard good things about their diapers. Also my boyfriend wanted me to wear something cute if I have to wet the bed. So we did some research, and I decided to go to the store. I got there and I was really nervous. The owner talked to me and calmed me down. He explained all the diapers, the hold capacity, the styles, and what he thought I might like. He even showed me what they have in clothing. A little pricy but worth it. I had a very pleasant experience. Go buy some diapers or a onesie. He is a good man and sells a good product.

Since people who have never set foot in the store are leaving negative reviews, Ill leave a positive one having never set foot in the store.Let the man do his business. I came here Easter last year and was excited that they were even open. As a trucker its expensive to drive the semi from south of Joliet to their location and back but I wanted to get some stuff. I wasnt impressed. The owner was very standoffish and not personable. I guess you expect a more friendly atmosphere when going into a niche shop such as this. He seemed put off and I dont think Ill be back...I certainly wont buy any of his products. Why not be like helena at diaper depot or robert and his wife at changing times or the slew of other similar shops nationwide who understand that this is a lifestyle where your customers make or break you. Every other place Ive been to was kind and friendly and very personable. This guy is all business and in it for a buck.

Hands down the most interesting store Ive been too. I walked in and they were doing a photoshoot for the new diaper they were launching. A Random grindr hook up took me to this store and i helped him pick some stuff out. Staff were friendly place was clean giant teddy bear in dressing room. I wouldnt go back because its not my thing but if your an adult and in need of snap off pants, diapers, and onesies this is the best place to go.

While Tykables provides a wonderful product, they provide absolutely no customer service. E-mails regarding orders go unanswered. Phone rings and goes to a generic voicemail. They use Twitter, but very rarely respond, almost only if they will reply to anything positive or questions about new products. Any free shipping is very misleading, during the order placement, it will only indicate Ground. You know know the shipper until you place the order. My package is now lost in USPS red tape. This company was doing well, but then when they suddenly expanded into a brick and mortar store, and multiple shipping locations, they lost their customer service. They grew faster than they could walk. What a shame.

On there Web page its says you can get photos by appointment and get interesting experience childhood going on. I really like his diapers theyre made with velcro tabs seems like the future of diapers to me. Way to go tykables.

Not very good answering comments, and stuff....but they actually beat me to the punch on opening this store up. THIS IS NOT A FETISH STORE, please get that through your heads, to the people who want to judge. This is a special needs store for adult children, and infantilism needs. Its a well known syndrome for trauma victims as well. The products sold here, are medical devices for special needs IE: infantilism

I needed a number to call the store and called this store months ago and the call was answered by the owner it sounded like . I had a question about my tykables diapers shipment two days later they arrived. I sell them on ebay However now Im nearly out of stock and there website is saying out of stock on these, also googled the store for Mount prospect Illions and there hours say closed for the whole week! So i did a st current st view of the place and its for lease again no more Tykables at this location . They seem to be nearly out of money. Im really saddend by this and so will my customers, as for me i liked this diaper .
