Matthew was very helpful! Even came out to my car when they were closing to fix my blinker for me because I didnt know how. 10/10 will be spending more money here because of it.

Broke down at a work site today, which is over 150 miles away from home. Called autozone on a Saturday Not only was it a Saturday but I was short on tools Matthew G from the Elk City Oklahoma store not only sold me the proper Parts brought them to me loan me the tools to get the job done so myself my wife and four children can make it home his actions were above and beyond any manager that Ive dealt with Im a regional manager for a multimillion-dollar company I manage people for most of my life if every employee I had was as good as Mathew my company would be a multibillion-dollar outfit I hope hes appreciated I hope hes taking care of everybody at the store was very very helpful it was clean friendly everybody was wearing their mess it was a pleasure to do business here thank you AutoZone its all right there man

Trash service !! Sent my wife in to get battery looked at and hook car up to see what was causing a battery light to appear and they talked down about the vehicle and talked down to her about the problem instead of offering solutions. Didn’t tell her if it was alternator or battery, never changed the batter for her. Never even offered to help !! BAD SERVICE !! Never send your family to Elk city Auto Zone

Prices are a bit high. Friend needed a battery for his car and found the same battery at Walmart for $70 cheaper

Amazingly friendly staff very helpful! We were stuck with a dead alternator because we went to Pep Boys which is only a good place to go for gas! The people and staff at AutoZone for very friendly and took care of us and our family so that we could find another Pep Boys who messed up a second time! Go to AutoZone dont ever go to Pep Boys!

We were 90 miles from home when our battery light went on the Interstate, but we were able to make to the Elk City, Auto Zone. There, the assistant manager, Barney, saved the day. He solved our battery problem. Thank you to Barney and to Auto Zone for hiring good people.

Ive been doing business with auto zone for over 20 yrs and Ive never had a bad experience with them the store manager Chris is second to none I cant say enough good things about him or the way he runs the store hes very knowledgeable pleasant and kind just to name a few I will definitely be doing business there for years to come

AutoZone always has all the parts you need with the cheapest price and the quickest and fastest Service Plus if I need to rent any tools theyll let me use some tools and wont charge me for them and any kind of parts I need for my vehicle there quick to help me get it and if they dont have them to know order them for me and then I can come and pick them up later so I recommend AutoZone over OReillys anytime plus they have plus they have public restrooms and I have Wi-Fi if I need it
