Jon was an amazing help with deciding the type of paint to use in which areas of the house. He made us feel appreciated and that he genuinely wanted to help with our massive painting project. I gave him the room measurements and he was able to estimate that amount if product needed which was exactly correct; I was personally overestimating and would have bought far too much. Overall great experience and will return specifically due to his customer service.

I have been with Sherwin Williams since 1991. I have used Valspar, Behr and many other brand along the way. By far, Sherwin Williams offers the highest quality products. John at the Elizabeth Town store is amazing! A true Customer Service guy. Again, can not say enough good thing about their paint!

Elizabethtown store - sales guys are very knowledgeable, patient, willing to help in any way, even carry your paint to your vehicle.

The employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.The assistance I got was far superior (and faster) than previous experiences at Lowes or Home Depot paint counters. I was concerned about the prices being significantly higher than those other places when I checked online, but they actually gave me a discount without my even asking, so the difference wasnt as much as I expected. All in all a positive experience.

Quality paint I purchased the sample size to see which one is the going to be the one I paint the front door, garage and mailbox with, they did explain the difference between the sample and the final paint. I will purchase one of the three samples.
