They have alot of things to offer here. Not another place around that area like this store. Customer service is always spot on. If you are looking for something in particular, dont hesitate to ask. They are very helpful and friendly here.

I LOVE this hardware store! They are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It is such a great alternative to a superstore. Parking is easy, there is always somebody to help you, and they even have local delivery ( I bought a tool chest and a grill, and they brought it right over to my house in a flash). Jeff Hardin is my hero... ask for him!

The poor clerk looked lost when I asked about a cotter pin. I pretty much had to find my own hardware. The store is clean and well stocked. Appreciate that they were open on a Sunday.

Great hardware store with much to offer where the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Its also a good place to find hardware not found or available at Lowes and Home Depot. If I could improve anything it would be to have a more convenient location closer to 31W and Ring Road.

Went there to look for an air compressor gasket to replace a broken one. The gentleman there was very helpful. He showed me a solution and asked if there was anything else I may need. When I said no he told me of a heck of a tool sale that they had going. I will keep in mind and may purchase it myself.

Ask for help to find what I need was told where to go to possibly find it couldnt find it then I here the same guy ask somebody if they need help so I went back up to the counter and he said find what you need I said no I need one of you to help the woman ignored me to talk to her friend he came back to try to help me but they didnt have what I need he apologize and I say thank you for your time it was like I was a inconvenience so I put the item they did have I needed also back and left

This store is FANTASTIC! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! The store is super clean, well organized and I can easily get in and out without having to walk a mile like I would in big box stores. They have great sales every months that I always take advantage of. They carry great brands too. Such as Yeti, Kamado Joe, and Craftsman. They also carry STIHL. I bought my trimmer from them and they informed me of the machines workings where they also started the machine for me. Very thankful to have them in town!
