Folks in there are AOK! Ive bought several Stihl products there and BOTH are great. Any problems Ive had they fixed me up...quick!

I am extremely happy with the deal I got on my Grasshopper 226V 61 inch Zero-Turn mower. I have been mowing grass for 43 years and the Grasshopper is the best mower I have ever owned. I am sorry I waited so long to buy one. The staff and manager treated me with courtesy and professionalism. I did not have a trailer big enough to handle this mower so they delivered it right to my house for free. I have nothing but good things to say about them, they are First Class.

Bought a Stihl trimmer. Great service and friendly people. I like the head where you feed pre-cut line into slots and not the bump feed heads. They switched the heads, put 2 pieces of string in the head, filled it with gas, and started it to make sure it would run. I would recommend Outdoor Power Source for Stihl and Kubota products and services.

Always great going here, except for it always cost money, lol.Hope I earn enough frequent shopper points for a fancy new mower soon 1😅.Seriously though, great group of people here!

Great people. did not have a trailer heavy enough to bring my tractor to them so they came and got it. In and out in only a day or two both times. Excellent prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I would have given them a 5 star but that lady in front has charged me more than she should twice. Today the second time i called her out and told her I just got a quote which was $7 and she tried to charge me $21. I will never deal with her again. If she is part owner then I will stop shopping here period. That is uncalled for.

Highest quality service money can buy. The best mechanic Ive ever seen in my life. The younger one in the back humbled me with the amount of professionalism and dedication. I truly admire someone that sets me straight when I am wrong and dont know what I am talking about and I trust them to make the right decision for me. I understand that they are the professionals and that is why I trust them to fix my tractors and equipment i tear up by using it the wrong way.

Very very nice men that work here! We didn’t buy anything but our truck simply broke down in front of there store, 3 or 4 guys came out and moved us off the road and helped us fix the truck. So thank you outdoor power for your hospitality. Very kind employees.

BEWARE! This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with !They let sensitive equipment sit outside in the elements totally exposed. I asked them not to they still did. The manager is the most rude and hateful, disrespectful manager I have ever delt with. She did not tell me the truth on several occasions. They OVERCHARGE you!!!!upon any opportunity!!! It’s the management not the guys In the garage.If you take your equipment here be prepared be overcharged! Taking advantage of! Lied to!!!Etown small engine is way better night and day!!!

Bought mower there 5 years ago hustler, great mower,tractors too high chose a different brand

We had a tractor that was checked out by another local company in town and told there were several major problems which would cost thousands of dollars. The guys at outdoor power came picked up the tractor, diagnosed the problem (which was not what the other company had said was wrong), and cost way less!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

The people who run this store are real hardworking people who dont have time to kiss someones butt. Their service ALWAYS exceeds expectations, they never have a problem with picking up my mower and RTV. Drove from Breckenridge County to Power Source to have my Hustler Servced. I have always been loyal to anyone who gives me good service and usually stay with mechanics and such for years. As a Pastor, I also use my equipment for church. When I arrived and asked for them to do service work, they actually reused me because the mower was bought at Lowes over a year ago, before I knew this company even existed. I have never been discriminated against because I bought a mower somewhere else, especially when I didnt live here at the time or know these people. My money isnt good enough. Strange way to do business. Maybe I would have bought future mowers from them. Now I will stay way.

They went above and beyond helping me with my repair. I really appreciate it.

We have taken our Zero Turn to Outdoor Power Source for over 5 years. Called them two weeks ago for them to come and pick up my Zero Turn for yearly maintenance. I had knee surgery and was unable to transport the Zero Turn. Called after week one and they stated that they would come out the 2nd week. They never showed or called. Contacted them after two weeks of no response and owner was very rude. Called back and Sales Parts Manager was rude and told me to take my Zero Turn somewhere else. In the past, the owner failed to sell us the proper parts, i.e. a proper front tire, thermostat seal, and fan belts. AVOID Outdoor Power Source at all costs.

I purchased a 2013 B3200 and started having problems with noise in driveline early on, I took it in to have it repaired as it is under warranty. turns out I had taken it in 4 times for the same problem and was never diagnosed nor repaired. I spoke to 2 representatives from Kubota corporation and they only made excuses. I was patient with resolving the issues with this tractor, but after almost 1 year enough is enough! The only diagnosis I got was Drive it til it breaks down I was a long time customer of Kubota, (Shellman Implement, Outdoor Power Source) for over 20 years. Yea the dealer was nice when I bought this machine for $17,500 and when I brought it in for maintenance, but when there was a problem, I got the run around and the tractor was never repaired. this has destroyed my confidence in Kubota and this Selling dealer. Im Fed up! I traded this Lemon tractor for a New Holland. Poor customer service! Terrible getting warranty work done.
