I love Trop Gun Shop! I got my 1st gun there and the personnel there were very patient and knowledgeable! There wasn’t any question that I wasn’t answered. Highly recommend this place to by your firearms and practice at their range!
This is a GREAT GUN SHOP.#1 If you want to learn to shoot, or purchase a weapon for self defense/ home defense, you can come here, use their range and learn a weapon before buying. If youve never shot before, they have a professional staff and classes to teach you.#2 They have FULL AUTO firearms in case you are interested in firing a full auto machine gun for the first time.#2 They have SUPPRESSED firearms in case you want to try a silencer for the first time. The shop is very lovely and the staff is well trained and helpful.I will definitely come here again to shop.
Liked the store and selection, had plenty of rounds. Problem I have is when they have 8 people working behind the counter and they talk to each other for 15 minutes before they ask if you need any help. Then next day come in to pick up purchased firearm, 3 people working behind counter. 1 is helping some people, other to didnt come over to see what I needed just kept taking to themselves laughing. Waited till Bill got done with his customers to then ask what I needed. Insane it happened 2 days in a row.
I’ve made many purchases from Trop but I can’t stand witnessing a manager talk down to an employee in front of us for simply being curious and wanting to learn. This manager was called because our gift card balance was wrong and the employee at the front counter wasn’t sure why. As the manager was looking into it, the employee showed some interest and the manager turned around and barked “I have this under control”, then continued to berate him with “you’re not a manager and you will never need to know this”.Wow! Someone is on a power trip! When our gift card balance came up $200 short, it would have been helpful for the employee to have a little knowledge to reassure us while we waited for a manager, and it seems that’s what he was trying to accomplish by being involved.
My family and I had a wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team and Tyler for helping us. We will definitely be coming back!
Great place to shop. Ive bought 4 guns there in the last year and positive experience every time. Ive recommended them to a cpl people who I know went and bought a gun. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If your looking for a revolver I strongly advise talking to Bill. Hes awesome and he will tell you he is a revolver guy. He helped me with getting my 357 magnum and Im gonna stop back in and get a 45 colt that he helped me with. All the staff is helpful and will spend as much time with you as you need. Awesome shop
They are Definitely price gouging people and using the previous ammo shortage as a excuse still. No excuse when you are charging 22.99 for a box of 20 762x39 when literally every store around them is selling it for less than a dollar a round. Also everyone with a brain knows you dont pay more than a dollar a round for ak steel case ammo. Literally everything they have for ammo is wildly overpriced. Also the staff is super rude and unhelpful. Also they still have horribly low limits for the amount you can buy when nobody else around them does.
Probably one of the best ranges and fun retail spaces on the east coast. Downside is pricing. Their ammo prices are ridiculous. You’re much better off buying online. I kid you not their prices are sometimes 2x what I’m buying it for online. It’s a shame because they used to not price gouge this much. These days it’s gotten worse due to the high demand of guns and Ammo. They know they can charge insane prices and someone will be stupid or desperate enough to pay it. Smh 🤦🏻♂️if you shoot hee cancel your membership, if you buy ammo or accessories here buy online for much cheaper. If you do firearm transfers here do them elsewhere for much cheaper like lanco tactical.
They have an event space over the store and it is beautifully decorated with contemporary Decor! Large event space area with fancy round table booths providing plenty of seating. And a motion activated glass door giving you even more privacy. Large kitchen area and plenty of bar space and seats. The staff was very kind and professional and made our experience there very comfortable.
If I could pick no star I would. I purchased a hand gun for the wife a $850 Kimber. The first time we went to take it to the range it would not load (chamber) jams. Took it back to the store. The guy at the counter takes it to the indoor range side. Brings it back dripping oil that he soaked it with and says it works fine. Tells me it needs cleaned due to factory machining. We then take the firearm home go to chamber it and it jams. I call and speak to the manager and he tells me to drop the gun of to be worked on. I dont feel I should have to take a brand new gun back to make it functional. I will be seeking all avenues available to report this gunshop. I have a feeling that this will wind up going to court because at this point my wife wants nothing to do with this firearm. So I purchased a $850 paper weight.
They have all types of sporting goods. The man on the counter was very helpful
The selection of firearms was great on 1/18/21, with fair prices given the current run on guns due to the incoming administration. Ammo was available for most calibers, with a limit of one box per customer - at greatly inflated prices ($1/Rd of bottom shelf 5.56). My biggest issue was the total lack of firearms safety by a staff member. The staff member was showing us a pistol, when pulling it out of the case he very clearly flagged both my wife and I, then proceeded to drop the mag - and low and behold it was loaded on the shelf. That said, while they may have good stock, I cannot recommend any firearms shop that does not practice general firearms safety.
I will be telling all my friends to go trop gun shop best place ever
No price gouging! HUGE selection of firearms and ammo. Friendly staff, clean, pleasant atmosphere 👌🏻 A MUST go to for 2nd amendment enthusiast!!!
I just took a class at Trop Gun Shop. Buying the right handgun. Very informative, worth every penny. Tim was an excellent instructor.Very professional and knowledgeable.
The club room is a great place to rent for our company party. It is a large, modern, well-equipped space and we have enjoyed using for at least of three of our annual company parties so far. The gun lane rental is also a favorite of several of our employees.
Great place to relieve some stress and practice unloading clips on your enemies or those that try to bring you down.
Out of all the gun stores/ranges in the general area this my favorite. I have shopped at and shot at most of the others around but not only has this shop had the best service Ive had this is also one of the only shops that I havent had some weird racial comment with from an employee to me. I love my country and I like to shoot guns and enjoy my second amendment rights. But even outside of basic human decency their staff has always been super friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and their prices are usually pretty reasonable which can be tough to find especially these days. Im not really a big talks to strangers about politics guy so the worst Ive had was the one time an employee tried to make political jokes and comments I didnt feel like continuing but they didnt push it but they moved the conversation on and it felt more like an attempt at sales talk so it was passable. Their building and range is very modern, clean, organized, with a nice variety of products which is nice and Ive had a good time bringing my friends here too. I look forward to continuing to give my business here.
10 day layaway, are you kidding me! Plus no warranty at all on used guns.
Nice facility with friendly staff.
This is one of my favorite gun stores! They always have a good selection even during the pandemic and the workers are helpful and polite. I drive and hour and a half just to shop at Trop Gun Shop
Been here many times before and purchased multiple firearms, ammo, and accessories here. Always had a good experience. Called in looking for a Shield EZ in a any caliber. Phone says press 1 for gun store so I did. It says we would be happy to review store inventory and pricing with you; the next available associate will take your call. They advised they were currently out but to check in daily as it may come in. I asked what the price was and the gentleman said I’m not really sure. I asked if he can check and he said no not really right now. Called another store 3 miles away and one about 14 miles way and both provided prices as well as one having one in stock and were happy to add me to their waiting list If I wanted a different caliber. Appreciate the service, purchasing elsewhere.
Went to look for a gun for my wife. She wanted a concealed gun to protect herself. Staff member was polite and assisted us. We saw a Ruger she was interested in and the associate said he had the ale gun. My wife asked if she could shoot the same gun in their range before purchase. The associate said that’s fine and my wife asked if he could hold it for us to purchase while she shoots a similar gun (same gun wasn’t available but something similar recommended by them was). The associate said that was fine and would hold it as she was using their range. Not 10 minutes goes by while she shoots to get a feel. We go back to guy the gun and that same associate said it was sold. All the associate had to say is we can’t hold it. However, he took the gun to the back to hold it. We came back and he informed us it was sold. Will never buy from this place again. Very dishonest!!!
I have purchased many guns from Trop. During these times you must show up in person. I have looked at many guns here and had them put them back and go back 5 min later to look at it again and it’s gone. Everything moves fast today. So the idea of calling and seeing what’s in stock is out of question. I have seen there innovatory completely decimated bc of panic buying. I am impressed with how fast they can restock. People must be more understanding in these times.
Always fun to explore this large gun shop. The employees are always willing to help and are very patient when they do. Of course there are a couple that I prefer to deal with more than the others. They are especially easy to get along with and very helpful, friendly and courteous. I have purchased several guns as well as parts and ammo and always feel I am getting a decent price (although with current pandemic it is harder to barter due to a thinned out inventory and higher consumer interest).Their range is very convenient and at times you can be the only shooter which is real nice. One of my favorites and only 1/2 hour from Mechanicsburg. Keep up the good work guys.
Always a great experience. They closely monitor the range behavior for safety, so dont get upset if range master corrects what you do. Keep space clean and maintain firearm safety. Also I personally believe they have great pricing, so buying online from outlets doesnt necessarily mean a better deal. Ammunition is a different story, but thats everywhere.
This store has been around a long time and is well-known. Though small, there is a fairly good stock of handguns and related supplies; as well as a sprinkling of various other things. There is a range there also. Its all about the guns.
They are either price gouging ammo or dont have good buying connections. Like a major chain store.
Amazing costumer service which is a must when people are spending lots of hard earned money on things in the store will definitely be returning !!
Great selection of firearms, but horrible pricing. Charging $800 minimum for a Glock, staff that fear mongers to customers to buy their overpriced stock before its all banned, ammo is insanely overpriced compared to other places, staff seems undertrained and uneducated when it comes to some of the products theyre trying to sell (i.e. I watched a clerk try to sell a horribly unreliable Taurus Spectrum handgun to a female first time owner because look at all of the amazing colors it comes in is apparently more important than reliability). This shop used to be fairly trustworthy, but seeing them take advantage of a horrible situation to make a quick buck off of panic stricken customers by jacking up prices is just immoral in my opinion. There are several other shops within a relatively close distance who are not ridiculously inflating prices and are still, for example, selling Glock handguns for the $600 mark and sometimes below. Do yourself a favor and support the trustworthy local businesses instead.
I went here to buy a shotgun. I bought a used tri stare 12 ga. I was asking a lot of questions on why this semiauto shotgun was so cheap. his final selling point was he wouldnt sell me a gun that didnt work. well it didnt work. i took it back they cleaned the gas ports and it still didnt work . took it back again they said sorry about your luck. well buy it from you for 50$.then my house was broken into and had guns stolen and they were the only gun shop in pa that would not help me. I will not step foot in this place ever again.
Great store, its got some good variety, employees were friendly, indoor range, and both times we had our background checks were relatively fast, took under an hour. The only negative thing I could say is that its a long drive there for me, but thats it.
I spent $700.00 in this store yesterday but was refused ammo because I didn’t purchase “a firearm” just a $700 50% of a firearm. I will take my business elsewhere!
Bought a used .22 Ranger long rifle here yesterday and was able to shoot a groundhog with it today. Very pleased with the purchase obviously; I think the price was reasonable as well. Didnt really have any issues with the staff; they seemed friendly enough; would recommend.
Best Gun Shop in Pa... l will be returning...
Was in the store on Veterans day. No one ever asked if we needed help. No one at the registers. Just a sign saying go to the gun range register. Went there and the guy at the register ignored us while waiting on range customers. We waited patiently until he took care of the few people in line on that side but then other people walked in and we were left standing there.Put everything back on the rack/shelves and left.I used to spend a LOT of money at their store at the old location but this is not the first time I have received terrible service. will NEVER go back. I would rather pay higher prices than waste my time.
Great 😊 customer service.
Great store/training. They have it all
Just left and I’m a little salty. There was a sweet USED muddy girl hi-point for sale. I know this is a cheap gun, but I want it for giggles. I make an offer of $15 less then the sticker price. I was denied by the manager with a quick, “the price on the tag is the price.” Not even a counter offer. Not even a conversation with me.I expected better.
Good guns ya get what ya came ofr!
I always preferred the old location....the one that looked like a trailer home.I felt they got too big too fast and we all know what’s next when that happens.I hope they weren’t too nasty to the people they passed during their quick growth because they’ll soon be seeing them again on their descent.Hopefully Avery and Jim will be back when they buy the next trailer.
They had a 1 star rating for the last 6 months from me by accident, when I was at their location both times the people we super polite and helpful, a paperwork issue caused a delay and cancel of a weapon of mine and they were very informative and understanding the whole way. They also have an amazing shooting range! Were going for a date night there soon!!
Went there to buy a handgun, never owned a gun before and they were not helpful at all. It was like pulling teeth to get any good info out of the man helping me. It’s like they didn’t even want to make a sale
Always a great experience coming here with my friends. Whats better than guns and cigars!?! Rent the MP5, you wont regret it!
Great place and good staff but I walked in one day and talked to an employee named Conner. Nice guy and great salesman. I wanted a specific firearm and he took down all of the information so he could pass it along to the guy who could find one. Its been close to two months and havent heard anything. I live almost an hour away and dont want to call or drive back to do the same process all over again. I went to this place because they are friendly and knowledgeable but Im sure I can find what I want and cheaper online.
Very professional team, and a very organized shopping experience. Everyone was willing to help and offer advice. They have a great selection in the indoor range, and I made my purchase based off of what I tried there. Ignore the comments about people having to wait for the range. Lines are a thing, people. Plenty of parking and easy to get to.
I probably drive past about 20 gun store on my way to Trop. Best gun store around and amazing staff. Staff does not talk down to you like many other stores if youre new to gun owning.
This is in my opinion one of the best gun stores in the area! Indoor gun range and gun rentals. Great selection of guns and accessories. Staff is normally friendly to work with. However... the lack of professionalism and knowledge from the newer employees in the past few years have led me to not go in as often. Still the best selection in the area... but customer service and knowledge sure have slipped in more recent years.
Wide selection awesome knowledgeable staff and a beautiful gun range
Felt a little condescending and demeaning. While waiting for my paperwork to go through i heard several staff members laughing and talking bad about a customer who was acquiring about the rifle he had just purchased. It mad me feel stupid for not knowing as much. And the staff members catch an attitude if you ask them for help they always act like their so busy
This place has it all in the retail shop. I went several months ago to try their state of the art range, and it was awesome! They seemed to have a large selection of ammo and firearms to rent, though I brought in my own. It was reasonably priced, and the learning curve for the programmable targets wasnt too steep. You can use them in simple manual mode, also. Well lit, ventilated, and bright. Great range.
Bought my first firearm here. The clerk was very patient explaining the different types of ammo and how different guns may react ect. I walked in expecting to buy a Glock 17 which they didnt have. The clerk suggested a bunch of guns. I really liked the iwi Masada. So I bought that instead. Great place I will be buying my next fire arm here really soon. Hopefully its for my wife! She hates guns. Lol
Knife I was given as a gift had a chip in it and they actually replaced it with a more expensive model as they didnt have the one I was given in stock. Will be coming back
Ive been a Trop customer for years. If its any indication how much I like Trop, I travel over an hour to shop there. Ive NEVER been dissatisfied and Ive seen them go out of the way to make customers happy. They have a large selection of new and used guns, and one of the biggest collection of accessories and parts. Their service and knowledge is Tier One
This place is wonderful, I cant wait to go back! Aaron was very helpful to me, especially being nervous to shoot for my first time. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He even gave me some 1-on-1 attention on the range, making me feel much safer. I plan to go back for some training classes and will definitely be going back to purchase thanks to the wonderful staff.
Have a pistol needing fix took it in and they said will have the armor look at it went in two weeks later not done no phone call nothing they said they are busy with the virus said ok give us two weeks ok left in the mean time try to call good luck they just let the phone ring.went in in about 2 weeks later found out that parts had to be order good but no phone call or nothing never will.i take something to them for repairs
The guy who works the range has got to be one of the most unimpressive people Ive ever come in contact with. Every single thing you ask for or need is like a project for him. There was no draft or gun to his head to work there, he should be far removed from the public. He makes going there a miserable experience. Other than him, the rest of the shop seems well put together and I have never had a bad time shopping there for guns and or ammo. I mean this from the bottom of my heart, the guy at the range should not be subjected to the public, I feel bad for his friends and family.
What a great experience! I was a little concerned after reading all the negative reviews about poor customer service. The service I received was excellent and I made a point to observe the service others customers were getting. What I saw was friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. I would not hesitate going back or recommending Trop gun for your shooting needs.
Two thumbs up. Great customer service. I knew they were honest when the rep suggested some online ammo pricing was cheaper. Their indoor range looks cool.
Bought a lot of ammo, quite a few guns, some accessories, and also took some classes. Every visit was as pleasant and easy as the previous. Never mistreated, always waited on ASAP, staff is always respectful and courteous. Theres always some kind of sale going on, so deals are easy to come by. Great place to buy from.
Awesome hand gun selection, and great range selection. I havent looked at rifles or shotguns here. Also a good place to get holsters, ammo is cheaper online but Ive never found a place not like that. Great selection for guns, used guns, accessories and holsters,
Cleanest, quietest, most polite and professional gun store ever. Ive been to dozens of gun stores and ranges in NV, PA, VA, and WV. Trop Gun Shop is so far ahead of everyone else in customer service... they arent even in the same league. Clean & welcoming range, club, shops, bathrooms, training rooms. Membership + open case rental = best day ever. Knowledgeable and helpful staff will get you everything you want and more. Firearms, ammo crafting, silencers, and all kinds of fun.
Gun shop is fine and staff was nice enough but forget the gun range. The staff there is rude and arrogant, acting is if we were bothering them to the point that we were ready to tell them to go to hell and leave. We will not be back to the range and will likely going elsewhere. Also, it wasnt that busy so there was no excuse for that kind of behavior and attitude.
Ive been a patron of Trop for many years now; they set the bar for which other gun stores should (and to my knowledge DO) strive. Good people, great inventory, and Ive always been treated fairly. They are as Pro 2A as it gets, and show heavy support for Military and Law Enforcement. Be sure to stop in, theyve got something for everyone.
Indoor range is clean, affordable, well managed, and the target system works well and is easy to use. It can get busy in the late afternoon and early evening, though. If you plan on renting a gun to shoot, keep in mind the cost of ammo, usually thats the majority of the cost whenever I go. The store has a great selection of guns, ammo, accessories, and apparel.
Don’t bother. This place is a shell of its former self. Selection is poor, prices high & the place looks more like a swap meet than a business. This is now the type of shop that preys on the less experienced firearms owners or those looking to buy for the first time. They used to charge $20 for transfers. Today it was $42!!! This is the last time I’ll be making the drive.
I love my new gun! The people where very nice to us, and nice to my daughter who wanted to run all over the store! Definitely would go here again to buy a gun thank you !!
If I could leave zero stars I would.. I no joke used to be at this place once a week spending money on ammo and a normally bought a gun around once a month. It has gone way downhill.. The “know it all” attitude of the whole staff is a joke, they talk down to you because they think they know more. Their trade in is a rip off, but that is nothing new with these guys. I won’t spend a dime at this place again & I hear from a bunch of people the same exact thing st the sportsmen club. It’s a shame, place used to be great.. Those days are long gone.
They absolutely lied to me about my firearm trade in. Salesman told me We would buy your gun for $400 but only sell it in here for $600. Came back later they had it out for $750. Liars. Ill never do business here again.
Half the people in there today, including a few emplyees, were not wearing masks, Many of the unmasked customers walked past or near me less than a foot away. If you cant follow rules, you shouldnt be allowed to buy a gun.
These are by far the most informative employees when it comes to guns. I have brought several guns from here and they have given me more knowledge of the guns then I thought I had before coming in for one. Great prices and sales as well
Waited a long time for help to see an item. Looked past me to help others.
Ive been to Trop Gun Shop about 5 times now over the past several months. I must say overall I couldnt be more pleased with their service and knowledge. My wife and two of my daughters bought concealed carry handguns this past week and are thrilled with their purchase. I was amazed with the amount of inventory that they had to choose from. They actually had several handguns of the type they wanted to select from. Trop prices arent the best that Ive found, but they are fair and they actually have an inventory. Other shops had none at all. Great service, especially from Chuck Fields, and super friendly cashiers made this experience a good one. They have surely become my go to first gun shop from now on. Cant wait for them to move into their new larger location with the gun range.
Amazing facility! My wife and I purchased our first gun there for home protection. Everyone was very polite and professional. I would especially like thank Phillip Groff for the training session and the guidance in choosing the best gun for the two of us. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The firearms range is great (if there is no wait). The staff is very friendly and they know their stuff. You pay a premium on the gear here. It might be worth it to shop around.
Excellent range and very friendly helpful staff. Range is top notch and they will let you stay longer than an hour if it is not busy. Good firearm selection for sale but prices are mediocre.
Great inventory and staff!
Over the weekend a couple of friends and I wanted to go shooting and were close to trop. I knew that they are typically busy so I called before we left... 7 times... no one would answer. When I finally got a real phone instead of automated stuff, it just rang non stop. So, we decided to drive over and see if there were any lanes open. The guy at the range was VERY snobby with me when I asked if there were any lanes available. After multiple mean and snobby remarks to my questions we left. Absolutely horrible service and will likely never go back. I used to really like trop but they have definitely gotten too big for their britches. Very disappointed...
From what I hear by word of mouth, this is the place to go. Remember, if you feel that your not getting the 5 star treatment at this facility, ask to speak to the manager. My friend said that some people complain on the site and bash them, but never speak to manager to correct an issue on the spot. Thanks to my niece Desiree, Nick and Bernie my coworkers - I will be visiting this place soon to get the 5 star treatment that any customer deserves. REMEMBER, your experience is what you make it. Happy gunning fellow Americans.
Went here to shoot guns for the first time in my life and I’m very satisfied with this range. The retail store and range in pretty big. They have a good variety of guns to choose from and the price to rent the guns and range is very fair. I was helped by Garet who was very professional and informative. Even though it was very busy, he explained everything thoroughly and multiple times if we didn’t understand it. I had a blast at the range, almost ended up spending $300 shooting various guns! Enjoyed a lot will be coming back.
Competitive pricing, great selection. The range is nice with great prices. I find it difficult to find a time to use the range without a wait.
You have to stop in because you cant ever get any one to answer the phone in the gun counter or the range. Have called in there over 10 times in past 2 weeks and only ever spoke to 2 people who put me on hold for other department. Nice store inside good product and fair prices. Great range. Employees are helpful. But need phone help....
Spent two hours waiting to use the gun range because of a new membership package enrolled, where now only members can reserve lanes. I used to be able to check in and get in on the range in under a half an hour. From $300 or $500 annually pricetag, not to mention the gas on the 45 minute drive and the cost of buying bullets to get my unlimited range time price tag, this new program basically just craps on all the customers who arent members. Will never visit again, sad because I loved going there before the change.
Its hit or miss with the staff. There seems to be a lot of turnover, and some staff are top notch - some speak poorly of the firearm you are purchasing to either sell up or sell whats on their hip. Otherwise, Im happy with my purchases, prices, and the time it takes to process the purchase.
Ive come here twice to use the indoor range only because Im new to this area and havent joined a local Sportsmans Association. Although the indoor range is quite nice and well ventilated, its prohibitively expensive to shoot if you want to shoot often. $12 for 30 minutes is quite expensive, especially when there are many local Sportsmans associations which cost $50 a year. Also, they dont allow aluminum ammunition unless you buy it there. All in all its a well made indoor range, but because of the price I will only go once in a great while.
Very bad experience it was me and my friend first time in the Guy Dave was very rude! I dont know if it was because were Black Are should I say African American Females but from the time we walked in he had an Attitude. He called us Sir but didnt address the White women that way I will never go back and its sad to say but thats the exact reason I dont support White Owed Businesses a waste of money but I guess if I was white I would of had a better time 🙄 Never Again!!!!
Good gun store with helpful staff. If you go on the weekend, be prepared for long waits. The best advice for faster service is to get there when they right before they open.
Went to Trop this week hoping to trade a Sig P220 Elite in on a H&K Model 23. I checked prices on the web just to see what the market for prices was. Got greeted by an older man who was new to the sales team. This was obvious as he consulted often with the other guys behind the counter. I bought the Sig at Trop and didnt mind paying a few dollars more to keep my money in the local market. Online, Buds Gun had the Model 23 for about $1800. Trop had theirs at $2200. A used P220 like mine would sell for about $900. They offered me $500 against a $2200 pistol. I was getting scalped on the trade and purchase. I said Buds has it for $1800, and the reply was why dont you buy it there. Well great attitude for a sales person. I thanked them for their time, and left. I wont be frequenting Trop anytime soon .
First visit for me at the new location, bought a shotgun years ago at the old location . My wife and I decided to stop by on the way home from taking our daughter back to college. We were blown away at the size of the new store . They carry everything, especially for the AR platform. Their associates were helpful and very nice . Ammo prices are great, especially the bulk ball ammo . Will definitely be back !
Just shopping there to look around. Its a great store with a wide selection of shooting accessories and outdoor oriented items like meal kits. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I sincerely recommend going here.
Ive bought firearms, other merchandise, and have shot on there range several times. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The location is extremely clean, organized, and has a huge selection.
Got 2 machine guns with great price and great service!
Nice range, good selection of products, great people and you dont need a membership to shot. Selection is top level with similar shops. Range is nice and has more room then some Ive shot at.
Been over a year and they haven’t done there part filing the proper paperwork to the ATF for a purchase.
I recently visited this store to buy an AR-15. The specific model I wanted was not in stock because a lot of people are buying right now due to the current state of gun control controversy. The young man who helped me was able to find an even better AR than the one I wanted for the same price. I have not received the gun yet, but as of now I am quite satisfied with the service.
First visit to Trop with two friends from outside the US. We had read the previous reviews and both friends had concerns about the staff and would they be made to feel stupid or put off by the staffs attitude. Couldnt of been more wrong! Mike at the front desk was most helpful in greeting and directing us and once into the range area, Mark and Chris were outstanding. As none of us were familiar with the weapons we were shooting both Mark and Chris hung with us and not only fully explained the guns but gave us helpful pointers on technique. Great job Trop. My friends may not be able to make it back anytime soon but I will!
This is should be how it is in every gun store. Its clean they have a wide selection of firearms and accessories with a knowledgeable staff and ladies have no fear there are plenty of woman that work right next to the guys that know just as much so you dont have to worry about feeling intimidated or anything. They did a great job helping my wife with her first handgun.
