Received a gift certificate just prior to pandemic and will not honor it now, even with the $185.50 receipt attached to gift certificate. CSR stated their business did VERY well during the pandemic. I stated that the rest of world experienced health issues, etc and did not. This is terrible customer service to not honor something as simple as a legitimate gift certificate for window tinting. TERRIBLE>

Ive been going to them for many years for different things, such as window tint, stereo install and dash cam install. Theyre always professional and friendly. They have great prices and amazing quality of work.

Very nice and professional staff. They installed a backup camera for me. My VW has a diesel engine which causes white noise that interferes with the video. They worked on clearing it up as best as they could for a Saturday. They are making calls on my behalf Monday to see if anything else can be done.

Bluezonics always goes above and beyond to help me with any issues I have. They have installed 3 different stereo systems for me and I have always been extremely satisfied. I have recommended them to several friends.

I have taken two vehicles to this place for window tinting and referred one other all three tint jobs were great. I bought a car at Ford swope in August. I started to experience battery issues within the first month of owning the car. Come to find out it was because of an automatic starter which was serviced by not only AAA but swope themselves said this automatic starter is draining your battery. Once I was aware of the issue I found the paperwork from which this company put an automatic starter in my car. I simply called and explained that swope suggested that we remove the aftermarket automatic starter in which blue zonics put on. The guy was insanely rude once I asked to schedule an appointment to get this automatic starter to be taken off and explained that it was causing battery issues. He was insisted that the automatic starter wasn’t my car’s problem and had a very nasty attitude. He offered me his “earliest appointment” which was in mid March. After declining the appointment he once got smart again stating “Well I hope that fixes your problem. Doubt it will but okay.” In the end. Own up to your mistakes and be a respectful business owner. Will never refer and highly suggest if you’re looking for good quality and the small business hospitality do not come here.

Without a doubt the nicest group of guys in the area! Went to a few other local shops first and was barely acknowledged at the first place and the other 2 places kept trying to get me to buy super expensive stuff I wasnt interested in and then seemed to have a bit of an attitude when I declined. One place I went to had a super cheap price for tint but I was scared to leave my vehicle there because it resembled a chop shop from back home. I was in town visiting my sister and she recommended Bluezonics so I took my new Dodge Durango over for tint and a remote start. They said they were totally booked that day but would stay late to get it fit in which I thought was impressive. The tint came out near perfection. I wish I would of gone a little darker on the tint but thats not their fault as I got what I asked for. The remote start works great and is exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service is beyond great! They even called me the next day to make sure I was happy with everything. I would give them 7 stars if I could. Seriously, you just dont get treated like this anymore and it was refreshing. Thanks Guys!!

There is a reason they are always booked. They are the best in the area by a large margin. Every vehicle I have owned has made the trip to Bluezonics for window tint and I have never been disappointed. Their work is amazing and the staff are professional and extremely courteous. Highly recommend to anyone looking for window tint or audio upgrades.I actually forgot I had an appointment and Jacob was kind enough to let me drop my vehicle off and would work it in during the next few days. I got a call a few hours later that he was complete and it was ready for pickup. They could have just rescheduled me into the future but went above and beyond to get me done ASAP. Again it was 100% my fault to arrive on time. Highly recommend.

They have done my last 3 cars. Great job, one of my cars had some light damage done to an interior panel which they replaced without hesitation. I was very happy with the service and the warrantee.

First off, theres no better place to get your windows tinted. I first went here in 2015 and had all the windows tinted on one of my cars and it still looks as good as it was then. So knowing how good their customer service and the quality of their work is, I took my other car there which has aftermarket stereo parts that were already in it when I bought it. But the system didnt sound right to me so I took it up there and they fixed the issues with it and tuned it as well. Afterwards, there was a noticeable difference. The sub even sounded/felt better

The new automotive shop I go to in Lexington KY just found one of the wires from the device Bluzonics installed months ago WRAPPED AROUND MY BREAK PEDAL and also found the relay box SITTING ON TOP OF MY GAS PEDAL. I cannot make this stuff up, people.I had absolutely nothing against the men working at Bluezonics. I’m fact, I found them to be very professional and very respectful towards me and my car... until now.Needless to say, I’m glad I’m still alive to write this review for anyone else needing a interlock device to see.

Was looking to get a serious sound system installed in my truck. Shopped around a lot and visited many of the local shops and even best buy. The guys at most of the places didnt really seem like they knew a lot about the technical stuff and kept trying to push me towards the most crazy expensive stuff. Autosound kept trying to get me to buy a cd player that was close to a $1000 even though I kept saying I didnt want to get to that level and they seemed angry when I told them I wanted to think about it for a few days. Had a buddy tell me to check out bluezonics. Super happy I did. The guys there are so down to earth and spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and giving me a lot of options based on how much I wanted to spend. They really seem to know their stuff. In the end I absolutely love my sound system they put in. When you listen to a song you feel it! Fair prices and killer customer service. Going back for window tint next week and maybe a remote start cause its getting cold out there. Totally recommend!

Was going to install a radio myself in my truck over the weekend they was closed called them on a Friday morning they set parts I needed aside I said I was stopping by on my way to work @ 3pm no one was there and no one to answer the phone...

I have had two stereo systems installed here. Both exceeded my expectations. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I did a lot of research on pricing through other installation companies in Louisville. This one is by far, the best bang for your buck.

Experience inside the store was great. Went into get a window tint price for my Jetta Sportwagen and came out with an appointment (and a quote of 179 for all my windows and no front windshield strip).Couple weeks later, I accidentally missed my appt but they were happy to reschedule and even got me in that day because someone else had cancelled.I took it in and he suddenly changed the quote to 189 (about 198) after tax. That was kind of bothersome.Got my car back about 3 and a half hours later, and everything looked great. I think I should’ve gone a shade lighter but that’s my bad.When I got home, My son noticed his back door wouldnt open. Took it to the shop and they said they latched was left unhooked (Idk car terminology, it was something like that) so they had to take the entire door off to fix it. Apparently when you tint windows you have to take the panel off to reach the bottom of the window so I guess this is when it was left unlatched?? Anyways, really inconvenient.Later that day, I noticed there were THREE dirty microfiber towels left in my trunk. “That’s nice” I thought lolLong story short, overall it was an okay experience and my tint looks good but those three issues kind of put a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll probably look elsewhere in the future.

I found them to be incompetent. They put a complete system in our car (kenwood head unit and backup camera, circuitry to drive the factory amps, and matching faceplates).After their install, an annoying high-pitch whine was constantly present in the system, and proportional in pitch to accelerator. Again, this began AFTER their installation.We set up a diagnosis visit (according to them) where they proceeded to waste 2 hours of my time NOT SOLVING the problem. About every 15 minutes or so, they would come out to me, proclaim that they have no idea what was causing the issue, and try VERY HARD to sell me new amplifiers, new interfaces, and new speakers.Once it became glaringly clear that they have no idea what they are doing (I guess I am the first person EVER to have whining car stereo issues, or so they would have you believe), they informed me that they cannot solve the issue, then issued me a bill.Wow, you mess up my install, waste my time, put me through a sales-onslaught like Im at a timeshare convention, and then charge me to NOT FIX ANYTHING. Nice work.Adding insult to injury, their follow-up call encouraged me to come on back. Yea, sure....Ill be right over.Oh, and 1 more thing......stop calling me Bud. We arent pals, we dont even know each other. Not only is your disingenuous term of endearment insulting, but it also looks and sounds stupid. Calling me by my real name is just fine, and I dont want to be your Bud or buddy, especially after you shanked my system and insulted my intelligence so profusely.
