Took our 10 year old wanted her ears pierced. The staff was wonderful with her. Holly did her piercing and took plenty of time to make her comfortable and safe. I could not have asked for a better experience for her.

Been coming to Tatu and Jay for well over 10 years. I live out if state now and still come here everytime I visit family to get work done. This are the two I had done yesterday.

I had an AMAZING experience!I was a walk in piercing! Was greeted immediately by a piercer named Holly!I decided to get my septum pierced!Regardless of my nerves, Holly helped me stay relaxed!She was quick, clean, and efficient!She found my “sweet spot” with ease! The pain was so minimal, I almost didn’t believe she pierced it! Great placement and basically pain free!She remained professional, while also allowing me to enjoy the whole experience! I 10/10 recommend Holly at Tatu!I will, for sure be a returning customer!

I got my septum pierced. I was in and out in probably 20 minutes. The studio was clean and the chick who pierced was epic. Absolutely loved her vibe. Totally recommend!

Went here to get my nose pierced. They had a special going on and showed up about an hour after they opened. There werent very many people there yet so it didnt take them long to take me back.I had to fill out some paperwork and have my id with me. I was good to go.The lady that pierced my nose was very nice. I didnt feel a thing. I bled a bit and then i was good to go.I went up front. Left a tip for her, they gave me instructions for my piercing, paid for it and i was good to go.

I’ve got my second lobes, helix, nostril, and attempted septum pierced at this place. My nostril was pierced incorrectly, I first found this out due to the fact that it hurt way more and for way longer than necessary. I took the piercing out and when I went to put it back in (it was L-shaped), it went in between the tissue of my nose. I could feel it in between my skin. I figured this was a one time mistake. For my birthday I went to get my septum pierced. The lady poked around at my nose claiming she couldn’t find my sweet spot before painfully pushing it through my cartilage. Easily one of the worst pains I’ve ever felt. Once the needle was through, she said she couldn’t fit the piercing through. She was nowhere near my sweet spot, which could have been found if she had tried to look for it. It felt very rushed. I left with a paper towel and a poor excuse of an apology for my nose that kept gushing blood. Two months later I still have irritated bumps in my nose from where she pierced the cartilage.

So I had an impulsive desire for a tattoo with one of my favorite scriptures. I went in expecting to get a quote and schedule an appointment.... but Candy helped me choose the lettering and got me in and out in little over an hour!! This place is awesome! The vibe is cool AF too...Ill be back ASAP 💯

Krystal was amazing. We took our 6 yr old to get her ears pierced. Not only did Krystal take her time to explain what she was going to but when our daughter got scared she just talked to her and let her decide what she wanted to do. I would recommend her hands down!

Crystal rocks. She recently did two dermals above my cleavage and she did a great job. Crystal has been piercings for over ten years and takes her time making sure the piercing is just right. Very friendly, organized, and personable. Fair prices for both piercings and piercings changes. Would highly recommend.

Tongue piercing was not centered correctly on tongue and the lady that did it was super rough with it making it hurt more than it should’ve

I will no longer use this place for the simple back that is very unprofessional I will no longer use this place because its very unprofessional they got people hyped up about Friday the 13th $13 piercings I told many of my friends and when I go in there all of a sudden they decided to change their prices to $20 to me that is very bad business and I will never go back there

I had to edit my review unfortunately. I originally gave a 5 star, because she was very nice and talked me through my piercing. But she used the wrong bars for my nipples, and Ive also been told they were pierced way too deep. So now Im waiting to see if they will heal or if I will have to have them redone.

Don’t know how to clean there piercing because I got my septum pierced last week and it already infected when I been cleaning it and I got my belly pierced from them awhile back and it’s infected to.

The first time I was so excited about this is the way it is done in our own life in a different place than it was the time of year

Had an appointment, got there and no app. the tattooist had given her notice to move to FL and owner told her to go ahead and leave. I was her 430 and 5 oclock app. who the hell does that??? HORRIBLE business practices.

I have had piercings at a few different shops in e town and Radcliff area. I always end up there for advise. They are eager to help. I finally made the decision to get my septum pierced there and overall it was great. Its only been a few days and it is healing beautifully. It was done straight. I was well informed about cleaning and aftercare. And as odd as this may sound it was my least painful piercing. Go figure. Great job guys. Ill be back.

Omg the lady was so freaking nice ! She made me feel safe she walked me threw what she was doing she didn’t rush the job but she didn’t take forever! The paperwork was really easy and short and she smiled even laughed at random jokes my family had been making and just made it very calm and relaxing! Got my septum done very little pain and OMG THE PRICE IS SOOOOOO AMAZING EXACTLY $40 it’s cheap honestly if you want a piercing come here

Got 4 piercings there and they all were done wrong! My boob piercings were done with eyebrows bars, I was able to keep them though. My two lip piercings the bar was way to short for my lip and didnt allow for swelling of lip so I lost both of them within 24 hours. I called to explain what happen and my response was not our fault, you signed the paper work. Now explain to me how having two short of a bar in my lip is my fault? They piercers there dont know what they are doing there!

My daughter got her first large tattoo here yesterday, not only is the tattoo amazing, all of the staff was awesome. My husband and I are both travel about an hour to get our work done, but not anymore. You guys just got 3 new clients. We cant wait to work on a project with you.

Stephanie has been my artist for 6+ years, and Ive followed her to every shop shes worked at. The atmosphere in this shop is amazing, and you get the sense that the artists are family. A happy artist is a great one! I have 18 pieces total, and Tatu is by far the best place for all you ink needs!

The WORST place Ive ever had service from. I have multiple tattoos and piercings. I went to get my tongue done which Ive had it done so I know the healing process and how to take care of it. It got infected badly so I had to go to my doctor to get put on meds for it tatu gave me the run around about getting my money back. My doctor told me countless people have came in stating they got a tattoo or piercings from there and have gotten infected DO NOT GO HERE!
