Dont bother. Completely unhelpful, ordered wrong parts and then wont take back even though does not solve issue. Donna is very slow so I thought that would equate to meticulous and thorough, no shes just not that bright. Never again and will tell anyone attempting to deal with them to RUN anywhere else. Home Depot and Lowes are better options than poor service and even worse accuracy.

My wife and I recently had a great experience with Angel, Andrea and the staff at Winteriors. Initially, I was hesitant to go to the showroom, thinking everything would be out of our budget. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was very much wrong in that assumption. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to our wants and needs. Most importantly they showed us that they had options to fit all needs and budgets. There was no high pressure sales tactics and at no point did anyone try to upsell us something we didnt need. In fact, the staff worked very hard to get us everything we wanted within the budget we gave them. Cannot say enough nice things about these folks. Will definitely do business with them again in the future and would highly reccomend to anyone.

Was in their store several months ago and I was greeted and was pointed to the area of the store that didnt have what we were looking for. I thought that the sales person would follow us over and try to help us, to my surprise the sales person disappeared.

They go out step further to help you get the best product for best price.

I needed a part for my shower door, the lady went and looked and found it and gave it to me for free!!!
