I went in with an idea of what I wanted, and through his knowledge of the different types and styles of Nissans, we were able to nail down exactly what I wanted. Given recent experiences, we could not be sure, so we decided to drive through the lot and check out inventory for ourselves. We had the pleasure of being greeted by Lindsey Blocker. I have had my fair share of interactions with sales people before, but this one was unlike any Id ever had. Lindsey comes out with amazing energy that is comforting and personable. I believe that if you have a good product, it should sell itself, and it did. But, Lindsey informed us of all the safety features and she was the perfect mouthpiece for a product that really does market itself. We never felt any pressure, not from Lindsey or finance. The last 3 vehicles weve brought have been the Rouge and I love them. However I would not recommend going to Swope Nissan to purchase one. We felt pressured to purchase this time and didnt get to look at the different ones on the lot or test drive it. They gave no incentives to buy and 3 days after we purchased we got a $500 bonus cash card in the mail.

Chris was dealing with us as walk ins but had a 2pm appointment as well. We showed up around 1pm. I must say that he worked great under pressure and can multitask very well. Swope would be crazy to let him go any time soon. He managed to get 2 sells at the same time and neither of us felt neglected. Great guy and all the ducks were in a row fairly quick compared to the last vehicle we bought. Thank you all.

I went to the Cafe. I had the open faced roast beef. It was really good and the tables were far enough apart to feel safe. They done better than most of the other restaurants I have been too.
They did not deliver and lied by virtue of deceiving and telling me they had a 96 point inspection of car. Took my money and ran with it.I spent $1,000 first week replacing simple things like a battery which was 6 years old original from factory, front steering, front end alignment and tire rotation, bad fog lamp costing me $300, no emblem on trunk, which took me to service counter to charge me $150. They are cheap. Bad thing about it is I am a Officer in Army with PTSD, and when I spoke to them about immediate issues they referred me to swope car service.At least they could have got smoke smell out of car, but they could not even deliver on that. I have been using home remedies the past week and did better than they did.They will smile in your face, and then put a knife in your back. These sales guys are exploiting our military personnel. If they did this to me, how much more our young Soldiers. Beware and spread the word. Look out for our service members and vets.I guess the big consolation is they give you 2 years of oil change and tire rotation. Dont trust them, I am sure it is a lure to try to push more car service than what you need to pump up their sales.They are not going to touch my car ever again.

I took my vehicle to Nissan because I had metal shavings in my oil change two weeks ago. I have less than 38000 miles on my Murano. Two mechanics advised me to take my vehicle to the Nisan dealer because this is a definite sign of excessive wear. The service writer scheduled my vehicle for engine diagnostics. Obviously the metal was not detected since I had just changed my oil with less than twenty miles on the oil change. I took in some of the oil and filter from my service but was told Nissan wouldn’t except it. The service technician said this was normal and seen frequently. This is the fourth Nissan I’ve owned and never seen it before. In fact I’ve been servicing my oil changes for 41 years and never seen it. Furthermore, Nissan charged me for the oil they replaced and a half hour labor. No doubt they were going to drain the oil and remove the oil pan. That’s the only way to diagnose.My vehicle is well within the 5 year 60,000 mile power train warranty. Metal flakes in your oil is not normal.
Love Nissan. This is where I bought my Rouge and they are so nice. I go here for the service center and they’re always extremely nice and let me know of any service my car is needing. :)

Ive bought a lot of cars in my time and Ive never experienced such a relaxing and pleasant experience as I did at Nissan. Not only was the sales person (Lindsey Blocker) excellent but so were the other staff as well. The whole process from test driving vehicles to the financial paperwork was painless. I was provided information I needed on the vehicles I was interested in and I didnt feel pushed or pressured. Best experience buying a car by far. Ill definitely go back when it is time for another vehicle.

Upon buying my 2019 Nissan Altima I saw light damage to my vehicle that was fine. The car fax stated the vehicle had never been wrecked. Upon taking the car to a very reputable body shop to see about the small repair they noticed the whole front end had been wrecked and poorly repaired. OK..so they sell wrecked vehicles with clear car faxes. The manager of the dealership keeps playing games about this. I want them, to pay for half the repairs on this because its only fair.UpdateThey never contacted me back regarding this.It’s been months. I ended up paying for the repairs.I would steer clear and take your business elsewhere. When Sam died it all changed.

One of the best experience Iv had at a dealership in awhile. Had some time to kill so I stopped in, Chris was outside and we talked about the new Titan I had looked up on line. Long story short best customer service, I bought the new Titan and couldnt be happier. One of the best manager in the business, the finance guy (Rico) was on point and Chris made buying a truck enjoyable, sharp young man. If I could I would give them all a raise.

They had my car and did some work but when I left there my air bag light was on I asked them about it and they said to bring it back. I did and then they said theybwere going to have to diagnose it again which meant more money out of my pocket for something that was never on until they had it.
Paid for a diagnostic test to see why my Nissan kept cutting off and was called and told it was resolved that it was just some vacuum hoses and they replaced them. Picked up the car and a block away it shut off. Took the car back. They kept it for 2 more days and called to say it was the EGR valve. That they got it fixed its no longer cutting off. Go pick up the car and head home where the car cut off 3 plus times on the way home (one being at a major intersection) and it continued to cut off in the driveway although they said they drove the car and kept it running multiple times. Theres no way! Waste of 4 days and 100.00.

I had the worst service experience here of any dealership Ive ever been to. They broke of a piece of manifold while trying to replace an expensive sensor part and then told me I had to pay for it because my caris aged which made it happen. I also had to ask multiple times for a tire sensor check. Left the premises and it was still on. They finally fixed it for me but this place was a pain to deal with. I wouldnt take my car here even if it was free!
It was excellent. quick check in for my appointment. I brought my Golden Retriever puppy and the staff brought him some water because he looked thirsty. A very nice gesture. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After they checked out the tires, they mentioned that a rotation was not needed citing specific angles they had measured, so that saved me some money! The waiting area is awesome with free wifi as well. Thank you!
This was my preferred Nissan dealership but I have my doubts today. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They only did the oil change then made excuses for not doing the requested work. Two hours later my engine oil pressure low warning came on leaving me stranded on a highway. No oil was in my engine! Im still gathering facts and trying to determine what damage has been done. Five new Nissans in four years and Im now going to have to open a claim with Nissan customer relations. Im also going to have an engine oil analysis and cylinder compression testing performed. At least the entire service department showed up to help and worked overtime to inspect my cars engine for damage. Now I have to monitor oil consumption closely and document performance and mileage. What a miserable and stressful evening. Management was courteous.

It was Amandas turn to take care of me this time. I had my usual tire rotation and oil change to do, but i also had some concerns about a strange noise my car was making. Amanda had the mechanic, who was not sure exactly what i meant, talk to me, which clarified what he was supposed to look for. Sooner than i expected, the routine service was done and Amanda shared with me that the mechanic discovered my front struts need to be replaced. I paid for everything and Amanda promised to text me with a date to install the struts, which she did later that day. So i will be returning later this month to re-experience the outstanding customer service i have come to accept as normal but believe deserves recognition. Thanks, Amanda.

I needed brakes, tune- up, oil change and tires.. My engine Malfunction light came on while driving home. I looked at my engine air filter and it was filthy. Not replaced, although my service record said that a multipoint inspection had been done. I checked my cabin air filter and it was filthy dirty. I was disappointed.

Made an online appointment & they had me in and out for an oil change in 35 minutes. When I made the online appointment, it shows $19.95 for oil change & rotate tires. That is the old bait & switch. Its only that price for standard oil - not synthetic. I was told that only Nissans older than 2017 can use standard oil and any Nissan newer than that requires synthetic oil. (Not true, but I use synthetic oil anyway.) The $19.95 price online winds up being $13 off regular cost. Also, they didnt rotate the tires & said they only rotate tires based on tire tread wear. I rotate my tires every 7,000 miles & it was time, so Ill just rotate them myself. My vehicle is low mileage because I dont drive it often (church on Sunday & once a month to grocery store) but this place needs to do a better job of communicating with the customer. I do business with places that do what they advertise and let me know on the front end of the transaction - if they arent going to do what I expect. Ill drive to Lexington (Don Franklin) next time.

The lady that waited on me was very rude. i was there for my last comp oil change and tire rotation. she told me i didnt need the tires rotated, i still wanted them done but they werent done, when my car was finished it was pulled up and i stood there for a few minutes and nothing was said i called a call and she told me i walked out without paying for my service, i told her it was my last comp for the car, she wanted to argue with m saying i used it up the last visit and i needed to pay, i told her i confirmed the comp with a guy when i made the appointment with, she called back and agreed. i also had trouble with her last time i was there. i wont be back and will tell everyone of the way i was treated
We tried to buy a vehicle at Swope Nissan. We told the salesman what vehicle and what the bank had us approved at. We were $600 to the good, based on numbers going in. Once all the fees were added, the priced jumped $1300. We told them what the bank would loan us for the vehicle, and they initially said it shouldnt be a problem since we werent too far off. However, they were $700 over what we could pay, based on the pre-approved loan for the vehicle. They would not talk, negotiate, or deal at all. We found numerous vehicles in Louisville that we could get, but wanted to stay local. Based on their attitude of take it or leave it, I will NEVER deal with this family of dealerships. Best advice: STAY AWAY!!
Went today to have oil changed, tires rotated, foam between dash and front windshield fixed, new windshield wipers put on and a new battery for my key fob. Before i left i asked if they changed the battery in key fob. No...they forgot, so i had that done. Then on my way home i noticed that the foam piece was not fixed, and i was looking at the receipt and didnt see anything saying the changed the wipers. I called back and they had forgot that also. Then to top it off my bill was around 70 dollars....not bad right? Wrong it was all under warranty and should have been free. The more i think about it, the more im disgusted. Who is running this service department? I feel i should get free windshield wipers for free now. I thought thats what i was paying for. This is why i hateTrusting the service dept to get work done. I suggest if you go to this service department to check before you leave and make sure all your work has been completed. Very bad service.

I was expecting to make an appointment, for a tune up for my 2011 Nissan Frontier with 115,000 miles on it The service department went above and beyond and secured an appointment that day. Never have I had a let down moment with Swope, Even had my daughter in last year to buy her first car! Thanks to Amanda and the rest of the department for making my visit terrific.
I just had a warranty transmission job done on my CPO 2013 Cube with 83k. John was a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions completely. The car was dropped off Sunday and was ready for pick up Thursday morning. Outstanding. The is my first and last Nissan, however. Transmission failure @ 83k is a joke.
My Husband and I purchased a brand new Altima, via trade-in, on August 10th. We had absolutely no issues with the purchasing process. Our saleswoman, Lindsey, was very welcoming and informative. Thank you Lindsey.Unfortunately, our issues did not start until about 20 days AFTER purchasing the car. The entire process to resolve this issue was a hot mess!We we’re under a financial contract at the time of the trade-in/purchase. To complete the trade-in, a payoff check over $8,000 was to be sent to the finance company of our old vehicle. Y’all...Nissan MAILED THE PAYOFF CHECK TO THE WRONG FINANCE COMPANY. The incorrect company cashed our payoff check. How did my husband and I find out? We found out because we were set up on ACH payments with our old finance company. When a late August payment, over $300, came out of our bank account, we were confused. We reached out to the finance company as soon as we could. The old finance company then informed us that they NEVER RECEIVED THEIR PAYOFF MONEY!!! Nissan was made aware of THEIR error early September. Nissan immediately blamed the finance company. We, my husband and I, went back and forth with both parties for TWO months! Only one of the two parties were consistent with their information. You guessed it - Nissan was not consistent. To make matters worse, Nissan failed for two months to reach out to us, nor make an attempt to correct this, even after learning of their huge error. I literally had to keep calling and pushing to receive the truth.I’m writing this review, because my family was out of money due to us for two months due to Swope Nissan’s error. Per the finance company :”IF WE WOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE ORIGINAL PAYOFF CHECK WITHIN THE LEGAL 15 DAYS OF THE AGREEMENT, YOU ALL WOULD HAVE BEEN REIMBURSED YOUR ENTIRE AUGUST PAYMENT.” Whether the ACH was cancelled or not, we, my Husband and I, were still legally held liable for the account UNTIL THE PAYOFF CHECK IS RECEIVED. Nissan managers threw salesperson, Lindsey, under the bus by stating that she googled the wrong financial establishment address. However, Nissan failed to realize that the address should have been vetted by her superiors. The check was mailed out by the Title Department meaning multiple people failed to verify the finance company’s information. “General Manager” Jim even made the silly statement that the incorrect finance company should’ve not cashed the check (even though it was made out to them with all of their information), but also they should’ve checked their system to verify if we had an account with them. I wish your staff would’ve taken your own advice, Jim. Misplacement of blame of course. Lindsey, please find a better dealership to work for. One that will actually have your back on issues such as this.Ultimately Nissan had no choice but to cut us a check for our reimbursement ACH payment being that the errors begun and ended with them. We were also compensated “guilty gifts.” By the way Jim, I work just as hard for my money as you do for yours. We were not looking for “free money.” However, we we’re looking for your establishment to own up and to correct your mistake by any means. The time we wasted forcing you to not only reach out to us but also reach out to the CORRECT company we financed through is costless. This entire situation could have been avoided had your Staff thoroughly verified all information received. Please do better and teach your employees the meaning of vetting each other’s work.
The ladies with whom I spoke were courteous, friendly, and professional. I arrived early and gave them my ignition key which allowed me to run errands in my wifes vehicle while they serviced my Rogue. They called me when the work was done and had my vehicle ready and waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up. Very pleased!
I had to have my car serviced due to needing a drive axle replaced which the turnaround time was good but when I got in my car the gear and steering wheel was filthy. You could feel the dirt and grime from what the mechanics had touched. So I wasn’t happy about that luckily I had some cleansing wipes so that I could clean those 2 items before I could even pull out of the facility parking lot. Pretty gross

When I took my vehicle there for a a recall all my air bags. The ladys that took care of me was really nice and helped me out. I asked the lady if when they did my oil change if they could check my other levels and rotate my tires she said yes. When I got my car back there was no sticker replacing the other sticker saying they did the oil change and under father investigation I found out that they didnt do the oil change and they didnt top off my levels well the car sounds worse than it did when I took it in so no I do not recommend them and I will not go back there thank you.They charged me $37.00 and now I have to take it somewhere else to another oil change more money out of my pocket.
I almost forgot to post a review about my experience. I had found a fantastic truck through a website and decided to make the drive out to E-town to check it out. We were greeted by Derek Klein when we walked into the showroom. He was wonderful to deal with. He knew exactly which vehicle we were talking about and got it right to us. The whole experience was as easy as it could be for buying a vehicle. Derek was wonderful and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.The only thing I think that could use some work is the F-150 we bought was not detailed very well. There is some baked on wax from the sloppy job that we are working to remove, but Ive already had it professionally done once and some of its still there. Also, the inside couldve been a little cleaner. Not a big deal, but it is something that could definitely be improved on.

I purchased a used car from Swope Nissan. They were polite and professional. There was some miscommunication involving the warranty but Derek worked to make it right with me. I would recommend this dealership. Although I had the warranty issue and did not have what I was told before the purchase in writing Derek Shawley went out of his way to make sure I was squared away. When a business, especially a car dealership will take care of a customers issue after the purchase is made. Thats a dealer you can have confidence buying with.
During this pandemic, they were very attentive to social distancing, disinfecting and ensuring that the customers needs were met without any inconvenience. The customer service rep, John Howard, is top notch.
I really wanted to give this a great review because our sales person was great. He was newer but courteous, relaxed, friendly and helpful.The Finance Manager ruined the sale. We went there wanting to see if Swope could match the price for the exact same car in Lexington.About 30 minutes into the conversation, with the Manager, we realized we were wasting our time. Not only would he not even attempt to close a $2700 price difference between a Corolla in Lexington and the same Make, Model and Year in his inventory, he also tried to up-sale us on a worse deal.When we continued to attempt to negotiate we were told condescendingly Youre not looking for a good deal youre looking for a great deal. Apparently customers wanting a great, brag worthy deal was a foreign concept to him.Without going into anymore play-by-play I will summarize by saying my wife and I left feeling belittled and angered.Needless to say we drove 90 minutes one way and saved almost $3000.If youre wondering we went to Strong Auto and it was worth the drive. Darius was fantastic and his Finance Manager was so great.
My husband and I have never experienced the type of treatment we got from Rico at any other place of business we have ever been to. Rico treated us with such respect and kindness and was genuinely eager to do any and everything to make sure we were comfortable and got the vehicle we needed. He was very patient with us, answered all of our questions, and even took us on a tour of the Swope Nissan facility where we were able to meet members of the service and parts teams. We truly felt like family from start to finish and we will most certainly be back whenever we decide to purchase another vehicle. This place is top notch and Rico is a gem of a person. Be sure to ask for him when you go!
Went there to look at new cars and talk about trading in my old one. Had a great experienced. Chris M. was incredibly relaxed and made the whole experience easy for me. First truly awesome experience I’ve had at a dealership. Incredibly low pressure. Went at my pace and went over the options I had for what I wanted to spend. Can’t recommend enough! If you’re buying Chris M. will definitely take care of you and won’t pressure you to buy more than you can afford. He definitely knows his stuff and is looking to make sure you are happy with your experience and with what you buy from them.

I had a great experience at Swope Nissan. My wife found the car she wanted with a great deal to match. Jason was very nice and accommadating. He was with us from beginning to end. He explained every question we asked of him. His manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with getting the exact vehicle my wife liked. I would definitely consider doing business with them again in the future.

As a first time car buyer, I had a great experience! Evan was great and everybody was super helpful. I never felt like I was going to get ripped off. I actually felt the opposite. I felt like they were really looking to get me the vehicle I want at a great price. Would recommend to anybody!
