Called the service department 4 times and spoke with four different people who all gave me different information and said they would call back with more information and they never did. Not to mention and two of them were BEYOND RUDE. If they do respect my time they definitely won’t get any of my money customer service is BEYOND PAST POOR!

I worked with Donald Kirby to purchase a 2022 Kia Carnival. He was pleasant and professional. He was honest and transparent through the whole process. He never pressured me into a vehicle I did not want, and was always quick to get back to me when I had questions (and I had a lot). He is the only reason I stayed with that store. I would absolutely recommend Kirby to anyone.However, the sales manager, Jeremiah, was dismissive and arrogant; he lacked professionalism, customer service skills, appropriate communication and follow up skills. When speaking to him, face to face about the status of my vehicle (because I never got a return call, and waiting on hold 25 minutes to speak to the other sales manager, Tim…and hung up because he never came to the phone), he never looked up at me or attempted to make eye contact. If it was not for the outstanding service of my sales person, Kirby, I would have absolutely gotten my deposit back and when to another store.At the end of my transaction I was able to speak with the store GM, Chris. He was polite, professional and receptive to my feedback. I drove down from Fern Creek to Etown because I was told they had 2 cars that I was interested in. One was 35,525 and the other was 36600 online. When I got there they told me the one was sold that morning on the same day I called. Then I asked about the one that was priced at 36600. I was told that price wasn’t the actual price of the car. It was 5000 more than the price listed on line. I was so aggravated by driving 50 minutes to get there I didn’t ask why such a large difference. The sales boy didn’t act like he was that interested in selling a car anyway
When I bought my Rio in March the salesman was exceptional couldnt have asked for a better experience. But the service department fell very short today, my back passenger tire went flat, I had to borrow a car to get to work today. After trying to call the service department several times on my breaks, I had no luck with them answering the phone to find out what I needed to do. I was told by my salesman that I had roadside assistance and that my tires were under warranty. I ended up having to go thru my insurance agent to have my car towed to the nearest service center to have my tire plugged. So I cannot say the service department was there when I needed them very disappointed.

They will find you a finance company even if they have to run your credit 17 times like they once done me and I had no clue until after the fact. The pressure is definitely placed on you to finalize a deal from the salesman to the manager. Ive bought two vehicles here now and this last time was not given the best deal I couldve gotte which is a shame because I will no longer take my business here. I had a remote start install added to my package but since their not making money off of me Im not a priority and I r travel so Im not in town but so many times a year. I recommend you to do your research thoroughly as always before buying. Hold out and dont allow anyone to make you feel as if your asking for the impossible. Someone will be willing if they arent.

You take time off and arrange for transportation; took in for basic service, several items were not performed but charged. Expected more, they were willing to correct issue but not going back when others will do the job right the first time.

This dealership started out looking like the best car dealer I had ever been to at the time. Yet, as it became clear to them that we werent just going to buy whatever they offered us it quickly turned sour. We loved the salesman and had explained to him that we were just starting to look and this lot would not be the only place we checked out. He seemed fine with that and showed us several cars and talked about financing. We didnt go into financing that day and left excited about the experience. We shopped a few more places and decided that the car we wanted could be gotten from this dealer so we returned and started the financing process. Everything went well until I saw the apr and added fees. We needed time to think and were told the loan offer was good for 30 days. We eventually decided after some research that the car was probably our best option overall and went back to finish the deal. When we got there we were handed off to an obviously new salesperson and were informed we needed an astronomical (for the cars price) down payment to secure the car. Long story short (well still long) we gathered up our things and took our business to the Honda dealership down the road. If youre willing to buy something that day this lot will probably be a great experience for you but if youre like me and like to do your research and shop around before you buy be prepared to deal with some extra money tacked on.

Bought a used car sold as is, was advised by the salesman to take it for an oil change as didnt know the last time it was done, he recommended a place in Radcliff that he uses took it there only to be told that the lower control arms were broken as was the axel, the brakes all needed changing as did all the tires. Also the engine light came on on the way over there only to be told that it was for the transmission.Took it back to Kia for them to look at the transmission told me the wiring had been chewed so they would replace that to see if it fixed the problem took them 4 days to do a 2 hour job, and it didnt fix it actually made it worse as it was taken for a test drive and the transmission slammed into 1st gear whilst doing 50 mph.As the car was sold as is they wont do anything about the transmission, when I asked about the fact that the other parts were broken so the car was unroadworthy they said it would of shown up on the safety report, it has taken over a week for management to decide that they are going to nothing about it and couldnt even call themselves had the head of servicing call to tell me.Going in today to discuss with them what they are going to do.Have to say though that they have loaned me a car whilst this has been going on.Well I have finally got my car back, the dealership have been very helpful with allowing me to use one of their cars whilst mine was being fixed. We also came to a satisfactory resolution over the repairs.10/29/2020

I was a person. I went to a different dealership and was treated like I was lucky to be working with them and ultimately it was about making a sale and getting as much money from me as they could. My car was dropped off by a wrecker early in the morning before they opened their doors I waited until the service desk was open before calling they had already diagnosed my vehicle. Im so thankfull they were so quick to get to a vehicle that was dropped off in their lot.
I went to this store the salesperson Brian Silverhorn, was not patience and he disrespectful. He didnt give me very many option to choose from for a car . But I got frustrated with the whole process. However, because I was not satisfied and left, He had the nerd to write me a disrespectful text and my children seen it they was not very happy.I hope somebody show his mom some respect because he showed me none especially. I will never go back .
Do not buy here! do yourself a favor!!! you will have much better deals anywhere else (not including an used car lot).. services here are a joke!!! constantly putting me off (over a year now for something services did).. never have a vehicle for me, even after I have a scheduled appointment. they expect me to hang out for six to eight hours as they fix parts and replace parts that the service department broke trying to replace recalls over a year ago.. constantly have recalls months after you report them as the service department responds with we cant figure it out. Purchased a new Kia Stinger from here and they put the wheel locks on the wheels. I had a flat tire and went to change my tire and found out that they did not include the key for the lock. I found the package but no KEY! Could not change my tire and had to be towed 2 hours away. Now I cant even use my car for a week while I wait for another dealership to order the key for it. Thanks for the horrible day and week Kia of Etown!

If I could give Brian 10 stars I would!! He was beyond amazing to work with. After a bad experience at a different dealership the day before I ended up visiting the Kia store and was blown out of the water with their customer service. I let him know what I was looking for and he showed me different options that would work. He never once pushed me to buy the most expensive one and he happily stayed 2 hours past closing to get my deal wrapped up. He was also upfront about an issue with the car and made sure that a “we owe” was filled out to fix the problem. Chris was also amazing! They worked to get me into a car I would be happy with and they did just that! They now have a forever customer and I will be sending everyone I know to them!

I would recommend Elizabethtown Kia to anyone based primarily on the fact that Donald Kirby (Sales) is amazing. He will go above and beyond to make your buying experience as enjoyable as possible.
