Love going here for seasonal decorations. Mostly Halloween. They also have a great selection when it comes to doing many different kinds of crafts. My only complaint is the prices are rather high. Other than that no complaints. I always come here when I have an important craft to do or to get their fantastic decor

This is the kind of place that I could spend a whole vacation day. Just playing in the cool stuff. Dont worry. Staff wont let that happen.... At 830pm they started pushing people out the door. Ill try the other guy next time I need craft supplies.

When we went last weekend, we only saw two associates, and they were on registers. We needed some help, but searched every isle and there was no other employee to be seen. After fifteen minutes of searching for help, we left.

I needed frames for two odd sized pictures and a touch up repair on a third one. Christina helped me and she was amazing! She found the perfect frames for the two pictures and was able to make the third repair so that it looked like new. I cant say enough about her and the store! This is where you want to go to get exceptional service!

I can wander around this store all day. My daughter found all the very specific items she was looking for. Prices are reasonable and the store is easy to navigate. The cashier was especially pleasant and helpful. I also appreciated the music they were playing.

I went in to just look around with a friend. It was around 8pm, there wasnt any other people inside the store besides the two employees. I noticed one of the employees was kind of following us around as if we were shoplifting. Im not sure why she felt the need to watch us but we definitely were not shoplifting. The prices for their items are on the higher side. Needless to say I wont be back.

They have what you need and can get what you need if its not in stock. The workers seem uninterested in helping, not one took the time to ask and saw two workers on there phone while a line grew waiting to check out. Left empty handed cause what i wanted wasnt on the shelf and the other items was going to make me go broke. The Price of sanity just went up but the pay is still the same.

They would NOT stand 6 feet away from me and guide me through to help me order some modle paint. The lady told me NO i will NOT help you. Good luck. If i figure it out she would bring it out to me. She was. Nice enough to tell me they had it in stock. I told them keep it. I will never do business with Michaels again

Ordered yarn online for pick up. Got notified my order was ready for pickup. Drove an hour one way. Received another notification while parking that my order was ready for pick up. Went to the door to find a noticed that they were temporarily closed!! Called this morning to see if they were open and told the girl I drove two hours yesterday to get this yarn and she laughed! What an idiot! I canceled my order and will not be back.

Michaels is an okay store. Some items are cheaper than hobby lobby but for the most part it isnt. Store associate assistance is only slightly better than hobby lobby. Youd think that with a smaller store and larger competition theyd work on doing something better, but....... apparently not.

Great New Year sales. I found lots of craft items I have never used before and being on sale made trying them affordable yet fun projects. The helpful staff were knowledgeable and assisted with all my questions regarding each item.

Great selection from canvas to various types of paint whether you are looking for watercolors, Acrylic or even Oil based paints. Additionally they just got in a huge new stock of brushes for all three different mediums and this is only the GREAT SELECTION OF PAINTING SUPPLIES. There are so many different areas of artistic expression and Michaels is just as well stocked in all areas!!

I took a very nice drawing class here. Im not really good but they taught me a lot.

Michaels is a bit less hectic to maneuver around in & locate things your searching for, which makes them unique to other stores that have much of the same merchandise. There prices seem to be competitive & comparable to other stores that offer many of the same things. Staff here are pleasant & helpful.

The place is nice but the crafting stuff is quickly going down to just a few things with expensive house decorating items around. Variety has really dropped over the years. Hopefully the acquisition of some AC Moore products will increase the variety.

This location is very organized. I was able to find everything on my list from the flyer with little effort. There are shopping baskets and two sizes of shopping carts available. This is a small store but I still found it to have a great selection. This trip I was able to check out in less than five minutes. Overall I was happy with my experience.

Had exactly what I was looking for and very reasonably priced! Staff is always helpful, and professional! Im not even gay, but I love going to this place and seeing all the arts and crafts stuff/ideas!

Great store! Usually clean, neat, and orderly. Only issues is that the isles are narrow and when busy or is hard to get around if shoppers are not willing to move. I recommend going during low shopping hours.The staff is always nice.This store has the best supply of equipment for cakes and baking in the area.This is not a store for fabrics.

Very nice store. Lots and lots of crafty stuff for almost any kind of craft you can think of. Michaels also has a wide variety of ready to use picture frames in both wood and metal, plus a entire section devoted entirely to custom picture framing.Lots of yarn and floss for those hobbies; many and varied home decorating items and they even host craft classes from time to time. Definitely a full service store for people interested in most common crafts.

Marlene at the Elizabethtown, Kentucky location is amazing! I went in to get decorations for my daddy’s grave as this is his first Christmas since he passed away on September 19 this year. I’ve been feeling lost and didn’t know where to start. Marlene was on her way out to take care of some things and she stopped and asked me how I was doing. Which ended up with her helping me walk around the store to find the right things for my dad‘s grave I left spending less than I would’ve initially spent and not only that I had a cheerful heart and was very grateful for the love and kindness that she showed to me a complete stranger. On top of that my sales associate Tanisha was so patient as I checked out. She didn’t complain about the glitter that was everywhere and by the end of my transaction we both were covered. She had a beautiful smile just like Marlene and her customer service was not only appreciated but very very excellent at a hard time of year. This is the most beautiful time of the year and people like these two ladies truly make shopping for sad times a nice experience. Thank you Marlene and Tanisha and I pray you both have a beautiful Christmas. Great employees way to go Michael’s in Elizabethtown!!!

I can always get assistance here. Coupons are in abundance as well as sales. The selection is great. Store is neat and never dysfunctional. Again the biggest thing for me is customer service. There seems to be someone wondering around the store all the time which makes it easy to ask for help.The framing section is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dont go in there acting like you know it all and ask questions, just listen, you might learn something new!The bathrooms are not always up to par but that has a lot to do with the customers who utilize the bathroom too!Check your phone (store site) for coupons, ask for discounts. Its amazing what you can save on a rainy day!

Can never find anyone to help you on the floor, kept looking in the aisle their app said was a specific item I needed multiple times making sure I wasnt over looking it and finally after finding NO help I got into a long line of 1 cashier to ask about the item. She got on her mic after I said couldnt find anyone because they were doing a truck...thats sad 1 cashier and the other one running the whole store and saying IF they had said item, it would definitely be in that aisle bit must be out.....they werent on that aisle and that employee just didnt want to go look

Great selection of craft and decor items. They also do custom framing. For the kids they carry models, toys and projects for kids. Easier to find what your looking for and a quicker in an out than the bigger hobby lobby. A lot better customer service also.

Went to use some amazing coupons already on low prices from a great sale. They were out of 2 of the things i needed so i asked an employee for help about ordering online. She said she would be right back that she had to grab something and she NEVER came back!!! I went to find her just to find out she was helping other customers!!!😡

My only complaint about Michaels is that they have such a variety of such amazing things that I cant walk out of the store without going broke. My son is an artist and I found a huge variety of things to get him to expand his portfolio and help him branch out into other mediums of art. 90% of his Christmas presents came from Michaels. I myself am a picture fanatic and I had to tear myself away from the frames but that was a little easier because they are all a tad bit pricey. I love the sales that they regularly run, and the coupons that I get in my email save me a ton of money. I left after this visit with my receipt telling me that I had saved $63 that day

They have the best sales, especially on their seasonal floral. I come to Michaels for all my crafting needs! Their displays are very appealing to the eye, and they have a more quality selection as opposed to other places I have been.

It amazing and high quality but its just to expensive. I under stand art brushes, high quality canvases. But little toys that your children will loose in a day there way to over priced. For example I saw this stress ball, and it was like 8 dollars for something the size of a half dollar. I love everything at this store but the prices.

First major brick and mortar craft store of its type in the area but has gone downhill with the materials that I am looking for. Worth a look if you are looking for general items for a beginner but not for some specific hobbist materials and tools.

My favorite place for crafts and materials. I have a C02 laser engraving machine and have been shopping at Michaels alot. Mostly online but I can either have it shipped or pick up in store. Only gripe is their website seems to be slow. No matter if Im on my phone or laptop. Ive also used WiFi at work and home. So Im pretty sure its the site itself. Other than that. I love this place. Especially when I grab a coupon code. Watch out then 😁

The store is setup like most Michaels stores. They have a good selection of items for crafts and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The framing section is spearheaded by some of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met.
