Clean, well organized store. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. They had a decent inventory but like most places these days some empty spots on every shelf.
Shipping delays reflect pricing but the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
Just picked up the new Galaxy 4 watch for my wife today. I pre-ordered it and a fella named Greg took good care of me. My merchandise was still on the truck when I arrived and with a little motivation Greg went to the back and found it for me himself! Outstanding work to found in todays world.Keep up the good work man.

Really bothers me that I can’t speak to an employee at this store on the phone, having to instead navigate a corporate phone tree that still doesn’t answer my questions. When I am forced to drive to the store to ask my questions, the employees are friendly and helpful. Still, pretty ridiculous that this is necessary in the first place.

I had a simple question on google chrome device. After navigating thru 3 people calling the store, they hung up on me!! I’m taking the tv and the device that was the “ fix for my issues “ back to the store.
We purchased a TV from the E-Town location and at the time they were very friendly and helpful.A few months later whenever there was problems with the way that it was working, the sound messed up the picture messed up they were suddenly not friendly and not helpful!! They told us there was nothing they were going to do about it because we didnt purchase a Protection plan. We will not shop there again...very disappointed in this company and that location!

Worst phone system Ive experienced. No way to contact your local store without going through an idiotic automated phone system. Waited on phone for more than 15 minutes before reaching a person, and then got put on hold by the local store. Terrible customer service. If I want that type of service Ill just shop Amazon.
Horrible geek squad service did not even try to assist me with a warranty issue. Thanks to the Okolona Best buy they were more than helpful and got the issue resolved

I purchased a phone through Best Buy because it was at a great monthly price that I would have to pay Sprint who has been my provider for years. Ive always been very happy with Sprint but this is about the Best Buy. I just gave them a 4 because I do not like their restocking fee. $45 if you change your mind I dont think I will change my mind but still I dont like that they charge customers a restocking fee. The ordering process online was easy enough

In and out in less than 3 minutes, came in for a 2 prong tv plug that only fits my TV, and went several other places first.. bestbuy saved the day!

The store was not very busy but it did take a little bit to get someone to ask me if I needed help. There were plenty of employees, it just took them a minute to notice me. It was kind of poor. I mean they had the product but when I asked a young man at Elizabethtown Ky store when he had a chance he help,, he loudly said he was with another customer. Bad customer service! Young man best suited not to deal with the public. I have won many awards for Best Customer service. I know what it takes. This store needs a district manager that is willing to do whatever it takes to Best Customer Service seriously. Its not the job for rude employees.

They didnt have what I wanted. Sure, they had the most expensive and the newest and greatest. But if I wanted the less powerful.. what I could actually afford, I had to buy and have it shipped in from their website.And it took 3 employees to even understand what the term external hard drive was and where it was located.Sorry, if I have to have it shipped in anyways, Ill shop where it is cheapest with free shipping.
Make sure you save receipt....not like Walmart. Dvd player would not work I still had box brand new could not return. I bought in ETown tried to return Outer loop.

Our local Best Buy is okay for a smaller store and has gotten better over the past couple of years. However I feel with the growth in our area Elizabethtown would be better served by a full-size store. Most stores locally, with the exception of Menards, are smaller and have less to offer than the same stores located in nearby cities like Louisville and Clarksville.
Attentive staff…overall, it’s just another Best Buy.

I went into the store to look at the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2. To get a better idea on what they looked like in person. When I looked at their website I seen they had price match guarantee. So when I was in there they had two of the black 40mm models on sale because they were open boxes for $248. They had the 44mm on amazon for the same price so i didnt want to pay that for an opened box. So I asked if they price match amazon and they did. So I decided to buy the watch in store and do not regret it. Service was nice as always. The employee took the watches from the opened boxes and let me see them to make sure they didnt have scratches and what not even though I didnt decide to buy them. Prices are somewhat higher than most but as said they do price match advertised prices so thats a nice deal.
They didnt have some things I expected, the one in Clarksville Indiana has a lot more to chose from
People helped me with a laptop charger issue. Didnt have the one I needed but were willing to open one of their universal chargers to check the tips on them.
Store was clean, restroom was clean, staff was very helpful and polite. They had what we were looking for.
We reviewed a certain product online. The website said the store had it. Thankfully the store was open. Once we went inside, the product was not there. We ended up wasting 20 to 30 minutes of a drive just to order the product online anyway.Nice amount of parking. Right next to several other helpful retailers like Michaels and Barnes and Noble. Across the parking lot is Red Lobster.

Probably my second time in this location. Whats not to like about Best Buy? Wish Id purchased my latest phone from there. Although, I would still have to deal with AT&T and thats not a pleasant experience. Found this Best Buy just like most Ive entered. Well layed out and friendly sales associates. I could spend hours just browsing.

The service usually is pretty good. The TV depth was a little disappointing this visit - the MGR treated us as tho we were not important (he was too busy for us) COVID19 has made it frustrating for everyone - but our business should be important. We bought a 65 TV and had they asked (qualified us) we would have gone with a surround system too....we are getting it elsewhere now.

The closest BB store is 1.5 hours away, so I attempted to call not one, bit 3 different stores to get some guidance before making the trip. For all three, I got nothing but a recording saying that the stores are not taking calls. That is customer service at its WORST! Ill deal with someone who wants my business.

I drove 30 minutes to do a store return to I can buy the AirPod that’s $129 plus tax, but instead I decided to do a switch, but this sale associate (she’s the Mexican girl that works in Customer Service) added 2 year plan on my order without telling me.. I decided not to buy the item because she refuse to remove it. I guess she didn’t like me that’s why she did what she did!! She wasted my time and she wasn’t polite at all!!! She needs to be retrained on how to treats customers even though she doesn’t like them base on how they look!!! I’m very disappointed that I wasted my gas and I couldn’t get what I went to the store for!!

Went here to get a few items for electronical devices my other half and I purchased. I dont know if it is just the times that are happening or what but, this stores location was very bare with choices and brand selection. Still, I was able to get the items I was looking for. I wasnt greeted or anything when I entered and seemed that employee status was also bare and lacking as customers where waiting for assistance. So I recommend that if you enter this store prepare to have to do your own research and make the best educated guess that you can.
Best buy has lots of goodies for everyone. Prices are moderate and the staff members are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

No good gaming monitors in stock as advertised. And was also out of a few other things we went there for. Drove an hour all the way there to find out they were out of so many things we went there to buy. They have items on display I guess to show what they don’t have lol. I even asked to buy the display item and they said no. They want to order everything for you but we all know, if we wanted to order something we’d do it ourselves. Hope this Best Buy starts stocking inventory especially if they advertise they have it ! Staff was very nice.
I have been to this location several times as it is the closest to me. Their selection is not as extensive as other Bestbuy locations. Parking is a bit of a pain as the spots are small and awkward. I have left at least 3 times without making a purchase simply because the sales associate was not very knowledgeable. Yesterday, I went in for a simple USB switch box, so that I could connect 2 different computers to a single USB Printer. The associate that I spoke with, told me that it was not possible to do this. I said that they have only been doing it since the invention of computers and printers. Instead, he suggested a wireless printer. This is to correct an issue at work, that I didnt want to wait on our IT dept. to fix, so I wasnt going to spend $120+ on a wireless printer. Once I got back to my car, I google what I needed and not only can it be done Bestbuy popped up with an add for 2 different options available at the store I had just left. Obviously, I ordered one from Amazon and got it the next day for about $20 less than Bestbuy had advertised. It is possible to get anything that Bestbuy sales at a variety of online retailers (For cheaper), but I visit in person for advice and their knowledge, this location does not provide a very good in person experience.
Friendly service, nice selection but delivery was gonna be a month later even though it would physically be in stock in a matter of days. I had to rent a Uhaul and get movers. Nobody expects to do that after paying a couple thousands 😒
Didnt have a very good experience here. Sales person was kinda rude. I ended up asking the Geek squad a question and the 2nd was nice and Google it for me. They we sold out. The clerk couldnt even assist me. Btw it was an Amazon echo show 8. She just kept saying Youre saying it wrong, youre not saying 2nd gen . Sorry that was long thats what happened.

They have a good stock collection. Only issue I had was that the times that I went there where no staff available to help me. There was only two people helping for the entire store. I have waited multiple times for assistance with a product but finally just left.

Went in to buy an electric range and brought in the price from the manufacturer for them to match (since they have price match GAURANTEE); however, the employee informed me that no one had ever come in with cheaper manufacturer pricing so he had to ask his manager. When he came back he said the manager told him they wont match it because it was not readily available in our area so we would have to pay their higher prices DESPITE the fact that their price match program explicitly saying online prices are valid. The manager didnt even bother to come out to speak to us when we were looking to make a substantial purchase and honestly his response seemed like he wanted to force our hand in paying their higher price as if we had no choice. It was quite rude and makes their price match program seem dishonest. And we ended up spending our $1200 for the same range at another retailer the same day.
Sadly, they offer very little options for physical media purchase. (CDs, DVDs, etc.) Still an ok place to go and browse electronics.
