Went an got a chicken tender sandwich. Asked for toasted bread the girl gave me an attitude rolled her eyes. Ended up eating the sandwich been up all night throwing up and having the runs. Never coming here ever again. They don’t know food safety protocols.

Only two ladies at food court they know how to work. The others just going to make the hours.The security guy it’s only in the phone.I went 3 times in a row and he was only on the phone.

This certain wawa has so many gas lanes but there’s always cones out here. So really only 2 lanes are opened. Always. I don’t know if they don’t have enough employees but they slacking in this department. They need a better system or this could cause fights as folks lining up for gas gets rowdy because most folks can’t drive lol.

Check the expiration date of the products being sold a lot of them havent been replaced since Jan 🤮🤢

This place has been awful, the sign says it opens at 6:30am then it doesn’t open. Came in at 4am today and it’s closed again. Why does it says open 24/7 more like never open. Hate this place now, Wawa can do better.

I really love wawas food and coffee but for the 3rd time at this location the food was bad and employees are rude.

If this was my first visit to a wawa I would never return. I bought a hotdog and mozzarella sticks.... The bun was dry and hard the meat was salty.... The sticks were also dry with no flavor. So drued out the cheese was just rubbery. I order a pumpkin cheesecake smoothie which is a milkshake. The guy wouldnt make it until I paid for it which I wish I had tasted first before wasting my money. It literally had lumps of cream cheese in it. Imagine how disgusting that is trying to enjoy a shake and sucking up cream cheese. I would never spend my money at this location again.

I purchased a sandwich with Guac on it. It looked like they pulled a container of premade guac from the fridge that did not look fresh at all. Now I have the worst stomach pains and serious case of diarrhea. I hope I don’t get sick for real.

Food is okay and warm. Not bad food but the customer service is not great. Their employees that work here are rude. I simply ask them a question and they don’t smile, talk, or even look at me. Rude!

Rudest employees I have ever seen and in the midst of their “pandemic experience “ shopping, the store was filthy. Yet they’re proud to yell at the customers to enforce the 6 feet regulation. Gas station attendants are very rude and unprofessional. They are extremely disorganized, acting irrationally, creating gridlocks.

I went to WAWA for gas and I believe Takera was my cashier. I had a terrible experience. To get charged she took my debit card inside the store and charged me $10 which is what I requested. I’m not sure why she went inside the store since I’m always charged outside. Then once the pump started running before the $10 mark and Takera asked if it was ok. I didn’t realize at the time my card had been charged for $10 so I said yes. It took forever for her to walk over and take the pump out of my car because she was distracted speaking with another co worker for some time. When she did come by she didn’t close my gas tank and when I arrived home I had to do so. Honestly really disappointed.

Do not get gas here. they only open up a couple of lanes. and once you do get a spot, it takes a while. this applies at any time, day or night. go to another wawa if you can.

I love this place, it has almost everything you need if you’re traveling, my only issue is that I think they shouldn’t allow vagrants around the store at any time. Without it, definitely this Wawa is an excellent place by location, customer service and much more.

Wawa is a great company, but this store suffers from typical inner-city neglect. From under-maintained landscaping to a dirty mens room with an often-malfunctioning or empty soap dispenser, to a 15-minute turnover for a deli sandwich, this store has always seemed to need better management. Im near the airport frequently on business, so I was glad to see this store open a few yars ago, and I use this store often, but Id like to see its quality rise to the level that Wawa is capable of.

Order a short roll sandwich twice from here and both times they forgot to add something, really disappointed since it was such a small ingredient. And half of the time most of the gas lanes are closed, there will be at most 4 open with the rest of them being closed. This is not a way to run a business

It’s August 1 around 2:40 PM, I like to go to Wawa but for some reason this location have multiple issues that need to be addressed, first I wish I can understand why would the African-American lady who’s making sandwiches would throw this in my sandwich and ruin my lunch I will show a picture, also the parking lot is always full with taxi drivers there’s always people outside trying to get a dollar off of you.

Wawa loses it coolness as it marches towards NYC. This is a perfect example! You dont feel the warmth, welcome-ness, and a cozy store filled with so many likable choices.

Great staff that works in that store. But too many Pan handlers. The same guy everday is in the store, pretending to be on his cellphone and asking people for money. Its annoyinng for him to ask me for money everyday. Stop these guys trying to hustle your customers for money.

Gets 3 stars because the management is very good considering....This place is overrun. Too many customers is what creates all if the problems. Not enough parking, so people park in the street and at the AutoZone next door. Not enough gas pumps either.In addition, there is a Methadone clinic down the street. Lots of panhandlers, tweakers and the aforementioned junkies trying to straighten their life out. Its also by the NJ Marine Terminal, so truckers create traffic nightmares.I would not want to be a manager here. Its an awful location. other than the fact that Wawa is making a fortune off of the place.

When I raised a concern why some customers were skipping line to the cashier, going around all the law abiding people that were waiting in line to pay for their orders, I was told by the employees in this establishment that I should calm down or leave. I left and sure as hell wont ever come back.

The lady with the bad wig is always nasty to me... she has a great “on and off” switch because she was much more kind to the guy ahead of me.

Big space with a lot of options, and a lot of healthy options as well. Good coffee and good salads. If you are on the road, and need to refresh, WAWA can be a good spot for a quick stop.

I always seem to give it one more try and it ends with disappointment. Employees cant make a sandwich correctly. The computer tells you what goes on the sandwich so how can you mess it up. They never take time to complete an order and it ends up a sloppy mess. This was definitely my last time attending this location. Subway sandwiches taste better.

WAWA as a chain Is good. This location is plagued by long waits and panhandlers daily. Parking is lacking. Parking lot is always full of taxis and car service waiting for flights. We have stopped going to wawa simply for the constant panhandlers at the door and on the parking lot. We’ve taken our business elsewhere.

Insanely good spicy Italian sandwich.

I have gotten the wrong order TWICE. I wish the employees were more careful. Usually I would just make sure it’s my order on the receipt and eat my sandwich without looking inside but after the first time wawa has messed up my order I make sure to examine what’s inside my sandwich. This shouldn’t be something I have to be careful about. The employees should be doing their job and I shouldn’t have to make a second trip back because I trusted them. The first time this happened, I didn’t feel the need to write a review because everyone makes mistakes... but this is the SECOND time. Like cmon!!!! Many people have to avoid certain foods because of their religion or allergies.

Use the gas service all the time and am pleased each time and am very familiar with WaWa food services because of my time previously living in and around Philadelphia- however, they need to close the free air pump if/when it is out of order- very bad to attempt to check air pressure and have the function not providing accurate information.

Very unprofessional they talk to each other while theyre making the food and they stopped working every time they start talking. Sitting there looking at customers phones people Im guessing they knew. And then when I said something about it she rushed a sandwich didnt put everything on it and then making it real sloppy and loose like she was giving me an attitude.

Love wawa but this one is way too crowded all the time especially at the sandwich counter. Alot of limo drivers take up all the spaces in the parking lot fir hours waiting for their next pickup at the airport. They need to put another wawa in the area.

I have been to different wawa a lot and today at this one I was huge disappointed. First ordered hot sandwich and was cold and at the cashier instead of 6.56 some lady said to me 9.56. Ok maybe simple mistake but no apologies nothing. I just hope they had a bad day and its not regular thing

I gave three stars because today 08/05/2018 Sunday at exactly 1230 I entered into Wawa’s to order food. The people making the food are very rude. Other then that the workers at the register were great. I frequent Wawa’s a lot just not this one. There services suck. I work down the street from Kearny’s wawa so yes I come a lot. I don’t appreciate the way they acted.

WAWA in Elizabeth NJ SUCKS!!!! Can never find a pump open for regular customers! Pumps are only open for the White Vans AMAZONdelivery vans not sure. Anyway do not recommend WAWA in Elizabeth. Litteraly 20 minute wait everytime I need gas! Pump attendants seem like they are stressed as well. Need better management!!!
