I took my car about a week or two ago based on a friend recommendation and I have no complaints! Everyone was friendly, funny, nice, and the work that was done was great! They not only replaced my windshield, but they also gave me a heads up on other things they noticed didnt seem right with my car so I can be aware of it in the future. I can definitely say that if my windshield, or anyone else, ever needs a repair/replacement, I will be coming here and will recommend everyone else to come here!

Called in and got service done the next day.Everyone was super nice and friendly. They gave me exactly what I asked for and took great care of my car.It was relatively quick. I had such a great experience today getting my new windshield. The whole process was so smooth, professional and they were so nice! They had a waiting area where you could wait if you wanted to. Before I knew it, I was on my way. They also had this informative video playing showing all the bad scenarios of when you get a windshield replaced by someone who does sloppy work. It really is important to get it done right. I would highly recommend this place for making it such a positive experience and at a great price too!!

Great service. My passenger window was completely shattered and K&S took care of everything. Completely cleaned out the car of glass (a pleasant surprise!) and replaced the window. I was in an out in under and hour. Such nice staff! This is definitely now our go to auto glass repair shop. Very Reasonable prices and superb service!!

I was referred to K&S Auto Glass by Koplin Autobody in Elizabeth. I now see why... Both places are at the TOP of their game! Ive been going to Koplin for years (and would never go anywhere else) but when Koplin recommended K&S for a small repair, I gave them a try. True professionals! The owner was truthful in his possible solution, the facility was clean and organized and my overall experience was positive. I could actually go on and on about how impressed I was with K&S. HIGHLY Recommended!

I got my windshield replaced in less than an hour. Very affordable place to get your windshield replace. The guy explain what not to do after having your windshield replace. They put back all your stickers and Ez pass in place. My only complain was they left some dirt inside my car. I believe that it was from the seal they used. They should have clean all the mess after installing the new windshield. But overall, it was an excellent job! Ill definitely comeback!

I am at the shop now getting my windshield replaced. I called this morning and spoke to Kyle, very polite, friendly, and professional. He gave a quote, very good price. He explained the time and process. At the shop they called me to my vehicle showed me some rust, explained what they could do for a very small extra cost There was no pressure at all by the staff, completely up to me.. I definitely recommend this shop!

I never write negative reviews on businesses but I am truly shocked at the treatment I received from a member of staff here. I brought my car in for a windscreen replacement and needed to get a quote. The guy helping me informed me I would need to have all my sensors recalibrated After which I agree. He told me I would need to go to my Kia dealer. I informed him that I called my dealership and unfortunately they don’t do the glass replacement, they would have to refer me. He accused me of Lying and went on about how he’s been in the business for 32 years and every Kia dealership does them. I said “mine just told me they don’t do replacements. It’s fine I’m done” to which he responded “IM DONE” and walked away. Honestly the most unprofessional experience at a business I’ve ever had.

I know this place from long time and always got glass installed from here. Now I have came to realize that they a kinda dont care how long you been thier customer. Recently I went again and got front windshield installed. Before installing the windshield had a little foggy spot. While I requested if they have any other one they said no and then I asked if they were getting one soon they said not till we sell this one and the said this is not big of a deal on this one. They didnt even offer any discount on that one. My point is not about discount my point is about caring about customer satisfaction. This time a bit of disappointed.

Ive been to this firm twice and received nothing but excellent, meticulous and expedited service. No corners were cut and they assure you how the process is completed by a friendly series of videos on there TV.I actually left there satisfied and more educated on auto glass. I highly recommend.

This place is AMAZING ! They vacuumed up all the broken glass and cleaned the car up for us in the back seat. Fixed the window quickly. They had a nice little waiting area with a tv, water fountain and restrooms.

They did a great job. Just got work done there about a week ago. I have no complaints. Was the cheapest place I found....plus the friendliest. I hope I never need any glass replaced again but if I do I know where to go. Only thing I would suggest is to drop your car off & not wait for it.....they dont really have anything to look at or do when youre waiting. Literally nothing.

Place was easy to find and the guy at the front was not to personal but focused on getting the job started (which is why some might think he is snarky or unprofessional) otherwise he said it would be done in an hour and the price was reasonable. The tv running the ads on windshield knowledge was very interesting to watch but repetitive after awhile (scary really). Otherwise service was fast efficient and you get what you pay for. Time coming in was about 845. Its now 935. Im coining to them next time my car is broken into.

We took our Subaru in to get a windshield replacement. Good quick service. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful. The cost was considerably less than the national chain competitor.

I called K&S and they gave me straight forward pricing on a windshield for my 07 MB R350. It was a quick installation while I waited and they removed some silicone that was installed by another company trying to prevent a water leak.I am glad that I chose K&S for the window replacement. I hope I never need them again but if I do I know who to call.Keith

When the windshield was damaged on my 2016 Sentra I called several shops to search of a expedient solution. I found that the most common response I was given when calling around was that the glass was not in stock. After a few calls I called K&S who were more than pleased to inform me that my part was in stock and arranged an appointment for my vehicle. In fact when I arrived and saw the garage, their inventory of glass is jaw-dropping! The professional gentleman at K&S auto glass had me in and out within an hour, charged me an affordable rate, and did an exceptional job with my windshield replacement. Their staff were both knowledgeable and friendly, which I felt was indicative of a love for what they do. If youre looking for quality work done by quality guys please do yourself a favor and visit K&S!

STAY AWAY!!! This business is a total scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The owner asked me for my CC info 3 days in advance before the job was even started. He explained to me that he needed my card info for the paperwork. This was a straight up lie! I ended up finding another company that quoted me a cheaper price. I called the business the day of my appointment and told them i wanted to cancel my appointment. The guy on the phone said no problem. A couple hrs later i get an email from my bank stating that K and S Auto was still trying to bill my CC $316.81 for the work that they never did!!! I had cancelled my appointment 6 hours ahead of when it was scheduled for and this company decided to still try and bill me even though they didnt do the work. What a joke!! If you value your hard earned money stay far away and just call Safelite! They might be more expensive but you will not have to worry about these shady contractors trying to take advantage of ya!!

Called these guys up after a rocky start to my vacation, drove the car down and they were extremely professional and helped out big-time. I highly recommend these guys over SafeLite.

They were awesome sauce. My passenger front side mirror was cracked and they fixed my mirror and cleaned the glass off the floor. Such a small gesture that meant a lot to me.

I just called about a replacement glass for a vehicle we have for a television shoot. The gentleman told me that they were too busy and couldnt bother with our business. I asked what about future work (as our industry revolves around vehicles), but he hung up. Disappointing considering the great reviews here that they wouldnt want to work with another small business.

Just called to get my windshield repaired for same day service because we are moving the next day and I have a crack that needs repaired before I drive my kids hundreds of miles and instead of explaining further the guy responded with no . Best Glass place in north jersey, prices are good, affordable.
