I want to thank everyone who worked on my KIA Telluride at Koplin Auto Body for an exceptional experience. Upon starting the claims process to the updates along the way and then finally getting my car back to like new condition has been a welcoming and professional endeavor. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable in what they do and make the process super easy for you. They also have an Enterprise Rental on site so you can rest assured that you will leave with a rental vehicle while your primarily vehicle is in repairs. Highly recommended. My car spent 4 months with them I feel like the work was so slow. I got my car back and it was having engine problems and malfunctioning! I do not know how to feel about them...

Koplin Auto Body is an amazing body shop, very professional and attentive from point of entry into their offices. Excellent customer service and they offer pick up and drop off when getting your car worked on, this was a huge help. As you can see from my pic, the car looks brand new again. The rear bumper was completely removed and re painted to remove scratches on driver side rear bumper corner. I highly recommend them for any work need on your vehicle!!! Great people and speedy team, these guys know what they are doing and do it in a very timely manner.

Had read good reviews about Koplin Auto Body but some of them were definitely an understatement. From the second you walk in everyones extremely friendly and helpful. Any questions you may have, they’re pleased to answer and want to make sure you understand the process. Updates are provided to you, and when picking up your vehicle they still advise you that any other concern you may have, you’re more than welcome to contact them.

This long over due but I want first begin with a THANK YOU. Thank you Adele, and Jose. Unfortunately I had to stop by twice for my Dodge charger to be fixed and they did an excellent job each time. The customer service is outstanding. They go above and beyond and they make sure you get what you want. Also the communication is outstanding. I just brought my car in this week for a repair on the front bumper/fender on my car. I made my appointment through my insurance company online and it was simple and fast. When I came in for my scheduled appointment, I spoke with Adel and she was very patient and explained how the process would be and gave me an estimated time frame of when the car would be completed. I needed a rental and the Geico rep. Came fast and did all my paperwork easily. My car was finished a day earlier than expected which was great. My car looked brand new as if there was no damage on the front end at all. My car was beautiful and Im more than satisfied. This is my second time working with Koplin Auto to fix damages on my car. They make me feel safe, secure and confident that the job will be done right the first time. Everyone is very nice on site and they even assist when your pulling out of the lot to ensure you get out safe. I would recommend this shop to all. You will not be disappointed.

The staff at Koplin could not have been better. They kept me informed and the entire process was seamless. The car rental place was on site. They even watched my kids while I moved car seats from the rental back to my vehicle.

Everyone at Koplin was so friendly and helpful. I was dealing with another auto body shop and was completely dissatisfied with their repair services. I expressed my concerns and how it went unheard. Not only were they attentive, but they superseded my expectations in correcting the repairs the last repair shop missed. Everyone (from the office workers, to the mechanic Dave, to the guy on site from Enterprise) made sure I was comfortable and in the loop step by step. This is a very friendly, welcoming shop. One of the guys had a edible arrangement delivery for his birthday while I was there. He was so happy and everyone celebrated with him.... at 9 in the morning lol. Generally happy people and they definitely stand out with their customer service. This shop is a hidden gem in Elizabeth. I will definitely recommend Koplin and will use them again in the future.

Nothing but awesome! I met the staff, unfortunately, following a motor vehicle crash. I was quickly welcomed when i walked in and was treated like a member of their family. Over time I referred family to this place who also shared my feelings. I usually dont recommend businesses, but I love the customer service and work product here.

Excellent Costumers Services.They fix my car one year before after. The car was brand New again. The last week I went because a have problem with the air conditional. They check immediately and find the problem. The condenser need to change because coming with problem from the fabric.I bring the car Monday morning and the lady in the office Miriam give me a ride to my job.My car was ready at time. Koplin Auto Body has GEICO Auto Repair Express which makesit very convenient, it has everything under one roof including Enterprise car rental. The Geico adjuster was very nice and courteous. He explained everything to me and in simple terms. Enterprise car rental was also very nice, and I’ve got to drive a brand new Jeep Cherokee. Had an accident about two months ago. Brought my car in for repairs from my insurance company. Brought my car in on Saturday and picked it up on Thursday. Opted out of a rental and they had one of their employees take me home instead of me getting an uber. The staff is very polite and pleasant. I couldve picked a body shop anywhere in the state of New Jersey, Philadelphia or New York. I read reviews for a body shop and went with my gut. In business, I tell my employees to under-promise and over-deliver. If there ever was an example of that, it couldnt have been better exemplified than my experience, from the time I scheduled my appointment, had it confirmed, pulled into the lot and until the time my car was finished and outside the gates, at Koplin Auto Body.Tucked away in Elizabeth, New Jersey is this inconspicuous and divine body shop, where the work performed and the customer service is truly incomparable. Ive had work performed on my cars In at least six states. No one comes close to Koplin Auto Body! Who would think that just a couple miles from Newark airport, would be an incredible five-star service delight. Forget about the Caliber Collisions of the world and even dealer body shops. Nobody has paid more attention to detail and exceeded my expectations than Koplin. With an outstanding team, led by Adele (I think the only thing this one cant do is sell out stadiums) and initiated by Mirian, my car was finished perfectly in 1/4 of the time than it wouldve taken at Mercedes (of Brooklyn) from past experience, where they cut corners and run up labor costs. Previously at Caliber Collision, the insurance company inspector noticed Caliber missed several critical places, that were clearly visible, in their estimate. Thats a red flag for incompetence! It doesnt take a genius to wonder how Caliber Collision and other chains, the Mercedes (of Brooklyn) of the world, with their beautiful buildings and interiors decorated with style... thats what youre paying for- NOT a perfectly repaired car and spectacular service!At Koplin, [their] goal is great customer satisfaction and they thank you for your business.Koplin Auto Body... THANK YOU! Anyone who lives within a 30 mile plus radius of Koplin would be foolish to use anyone else. GEICO and Enterprise are located on the property. I had a business trip, while the work was performed. They drove me to Newark airport and picked me up from Newark airport! You cant get better service than that!Geico is my insurance company and I used their Auto Repair Xpress service, performed perfectly with precision and care by Noel.
