I shop a great deal at Home Depot on W. Grand Street Elizabeth NJ store. Shouts out to that location. I like their friendly and helpful service. So far so good. If it aint broke dont try to fix it.

It’s raining cats and dogs outside and the manager( I believe) asked one of the employees to take out an umbrella to help people get to their cars. He did it with a smile and sincere customer service! Thank you !!

Lady that was trying to help was told to stand by but she kept talking to me while i was trying to read fridge specs...saying negative things like if i didnt know the dimensions of my foor they would not even take the fridge out the truck even if i purchased it, and that i needed to have it counter length...how do you know what type of space I have for it... so i went to lowes instead they even had their delivery in 3 days as oposed to 12

Rebuilt my attic and basement and drove here on and off several hundred times and love it. Most of the items are in stock and I now know most of the employees. Friendly staff I recommend

Have come more times than not to give a general review on my overall experience throughout the years about this Home Depot location. One time, while with my dad looking for a material for a work project, we asked an associate if they had it in stock. After around 8 minutes go by, they return with news that it is not available. It is a small location in contrast to nearby stores: thus limiting its absolute stock. However, most of the staff is rather helpful, and there has never been overly bad experiences with staff.

Good place to shop for basic needs I would recommend one of Home Depo super stores for a vast selection of items

This store is PAINFULLY SHORT STAFFED!!There are associates walking around & stopping to chat with eachother, but not one person was available in specific departments! I couldnt get anyone to assist me with purchasing a corded drill or a sleeping bag. I ended up leaving. Opting to buy online.Store didnt have the cell charger in store, it said it did online. I was disappointed. Its good to know to disregard product availability regardless of what the online store says is in stock in store!This location is very big, has ample enough products, just not enough variety. There are better locations! Try Woodbridge or Linden!

Surprisingly it feels like a small hardware store and employees are friendly. They had tools that other nearby Home Depots didnt have that has to be ordered and sent to these stores for pick up. Id go back there again even though I live quite a distance from them.

It was easy finding what I went in search of. I was I and out in less than 10 minutes. Staff was very helpful. Check out was fast, no unnecessary wait time.

Every time I come to NJ, i go to the Home Depot. The experience is always ok but not great. I met a home depot employee that was helping me in plumbing going above and beyond helping and actually looking concerned about my need and what i need it to finish my project. Hey Home Depot this is the type of people that go unnoticed my managers and by corporate. You need more associates like him that keep providing greatness every time. I went to home Depot today, my experience there was awsome. I needed some parts for my lawnmower. One of the workers there his name is Sebastian this young man help me out he was great finding the things i needed. He went above and beyond to help me, he would not stop until i fond all the parts i needed. We need more young men like him working( thanks Substian you was awsome) 👍👍👍. The home Depot on west Grand in elizabeth.

Marlon was a great help. I usually order online and when I came by to pick up, he was right at the door to greet me and ask if I needed help. Give this man a home depot apron, tough to tell if he was a worker. I thought he was some stranger when he greeted me.

So I usually come in this Home Depot all the time because it’s down the street from my house it has pretty good customer service my only complaint is why is this store letting people in without a face mask? Why is this store letting some employees walk around without a face mask? I can’t understand With all that’s going on why wouldn’t this be enforced more

I love coming to Home Depot but the last experience was marvelous, from the lady that welcomed me and helped me find the aisle for the items I was looking for, to Marlon who helped me fit the stuff I bought in my car trunk.

This is small homedepot with a lot staff walking around and most of them wont have an answer for you, but I guess thats the norm on every homedepot. Other than that you will find anything you need for small projects

I was able to find everything that I wanted but was shocked by the new self checkout registers! Its been awhile since I visited the store, Pre-Coronavirus in fact which is why I was surprised by the new registers that have a huge touch screen and require you to pick up a controller to scan purchases. Why do I have to touch anything? I had a stylus to use for the card machine. Its bad enough that I have to touch my items. Im puzzled by the new technology. The old system felt safer.

Descia and Marlon make this my favorite home Depot to visit beyond helpful and happy. Im a facilities manager and going to home Depots daily all across New Jersey Pennsylvania and New York make me a pretty good judge.
