Great tube for E60M5. Fast shipping

As the owner of this facility, I was surprised to come here and see a 3 star review from a Local Guide, a B Yenal. This individual has never once set foot in our establishment or done business with us in any way, but is a great indication that Googles review system needs some serious improvement.Local Guides are rewarded points for writing reviews and this promotes the writing of false reviews which do not truly reflect anything on the business.We specialize in an extremely small subsection of the automotive world and I know every client of ours personally. We strive for perfection and customer satisfaction.

I have paid about $1000 for parts I didnt receive... $963 to be exact. I purchased S85 rod bearings, ARP rod bolts, oil pump chain tensioner, and rod bearing parts swap kit. I received no answer to my emails requesting updates on my order and received one PM on the M5board forum stating that my order would ship the following week and that was 4 weeks ago. There is absolutely no excuse for this. And if there is a legitimate excuse, there is still no excuse because a responsible business owner will communicate with a customer. Dont do business of any kind with this guy.. whether its purchase of automotive parts, automotive services, or machined parts. Jim, if you reach out to me and either get my parts to me or refund my payment, Ill consider changing this review.
