I recently used the Elgin Office Depot for printing. The process was SO easy, I set up an account online and uploaded the documents I needed printed. Luis D took care of me and I was able to pick up the documents within a couple hours if not less. Luis went out of his way to help me and answer my questions. He was helpful and friendly, he even cut the small 4x4 promo images so I wouldnt have to do it when I got home. That is what I call GREAT customer service!!!

So disappointed first of All I spoke to the manager & she wants to just laugh the fact their things are expired. I called nicely & I had to ask for a refund the manger didn’t bother even trying to make it right. It is 08.10 these are expired since 04.18. I advised the manager to recheck her inventory and she immediately cuts me off. So much for customer service. Rather go to another location that actually wants to help their customers. Especially when it was a mistake on their end.

Worse customer service I got transferred 3 times got 3 different answers and got put on hold and hung up on me .

Im a regular customer at this location. The staff is all competent, friendly, and hard working. I am especially grateful when they turn around miracle photocopying jobs for me by my deadlines. If you want a job done professionally and for a good price (recommend getting the Retail Connect discount for non-profits!) ... THIS IS YOUR PLACE. They will not let you down.

It always feels like Im walking around a ghost town with only the caretakers there to make sure I dont get into any trouble. Not to say that the staff is bad by any means, They are all very attentive and ready to help when needed. Came in for window shopping and was amazed by the level of customer service we were accorded. The staff was very well knowledgeable on their products. We plan to have our new house furniture from here!

HAD A VERY NICE YOUNG LADY HELP ME THE OTHER DAY...... SHE WAS KIND AND PATIENT WITH ME .......AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HELPING ME LOCATE ALL THE ITEMS I WAS LOOKING TO PURCHASE ......HER NAME WAS YVETTE ... A VERY NICE PERSON AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE STORES PRODUCTS!!

Over priced.

Came over to buy printer ink. It was easy to. find but we all know that ink is priced higher then gold, per ounce.

This is convenient. Since I go at non-peak times, the staff is typically available to answer questions. The print department has helped me out a few times for things that I just dont want to do in my home-office.

This place almost always looks empty. In contrast of their huge parking lot, it makes you wonder how they are still in business. Their printing service isnt the best; yet, gets the job done when theres not many other choices. They do have some nice office furniture and accessories [a little on the expensive side].

Email my documents, brought in my paper for it to be printed on. Perfect and painless.

I really like this place that has a great selection and theyre very knowledgeable however if its not busy too much customer service from the people out on the floor

They have been sold out of most of the printer ink for weeks.This store looks like its closing.Its a waste of time to even go in anymote.I then see the owner has responded and wants to know what the issue is.Read the post.Your store is full of empty shelves.Barely any HP ink at all.I think its a PR play

I came in on 3/26/18 and the manager there gave me quick, respectful and prompt service, seeing that i was in a hurry. I had to swap a easel pad for a whiteboard.

Went to Elgin location. The guy was so rude.The people at Bativa location is a lot more helpful.
