It was a busy Sunday. People dont know how to drive. Walmart was clean and inviting. The greater was equipt with masks.
I made an online purchase and needed to return it at the store. The online system did not work. I had to leave the product and pray they would actually refund it. After many calls I have finally received confirmation they are refunding my return after I challenged the purchase with the credit card company. The employee at the store was very nice but helpless to do anything due to the corporate struggles with their systems not working properly. I would tell you to stay away, stay far away from purchasing anything online with Walmart!
I have been calling for 45 minutes and NO ANSWER!! Parm, Deli and CS. All it does is ring and then disconnects me. I understand short of help, but the phones should be answered.
I was hit by a store employees hand-held skid mover 3 times while I was in a shopping scooter. I am handicapped. He never slowed down. He just ignored me and kept on going. He never even apologized. I complained to management, and the manager said she would analyze the security film. Im guessing she did, because after that, I had store employees come out of the woodwork to see if I needed help. Also, if you shop there while the stockers are stocking shelves, you can stand or sit until you die before some of them will move for you to grab what you need. Most wont even look at you to acknowledge you are there. Some are polite and are helpful, but most are not. In fact, they are quite spiteful and will give you dirty looks. Maybe Im unattractive. Thats ok. Maybe theyre having bad days. Every day? Hmm. Could be. Maybe its an ethnic issue. Bingo!!! Did I say that? Well, if the shoe fits...!!!
Ive been a patient of Nelson Eyecare at Walmart for five years. I brought them Ray-ban wayfarer frames for prescription lenses five years ago (Ray-ban didnt offer it on their web site at the time) and they seemed alright. Four months ago I brought them BRAND NEW Ray-ban wayfarer sunglasses for regular clear prescription lenses. So they were like ok and did GOD KNOWS WHAT TO REMOVE THE TINTED LENSES. You can see how scratched and dented the lenses are in my pictures. Anyway five weeks later they finally got the lenses in so I brought my frame back and they OBVIOUSLY FORCED THE LENSES INTO THE FRAME JUST LOOK WHAT THEY DID! The glasses in the background are the ones from five years ago for reference (WHICH BY THE WAY MUST HAVE BEEN ALSO FORCED IN BECAUSE THE LENSES BULGE FROM THE BOTTOM PART OF THE RIM ON THOSE!). I went off when I saw what they did and that they thought it satisfactory to present them to me in this terrible condition. The manager was combative, rude, and indignant. She claimed I was told this might happen and I was like NOBODY TOLD ME AND EVEN IF THEY DID WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD THINK THIS IS ACCEPTABLE. She told me they would try to fix it and instead of apologizing or saying goodbye or anything they (the manager and two other workers) let me leave the store angry. Three weeks later I CALLED THEM and they said they messed up the frames so bad they tried to order new ones from Sunglasses Hut--and not even tell me about it.
Its fine. They had almost no frozen food when we went on 11/1

Tons of empty shelves, I ended up leaving with only a few items on my list. With two little kids 4 and under I choose Walmart as a One-Stop shop. Unfortunately this location has been disappointing time and time again. I keep trying to give them a chance. I missed the store a couple years ago where I was able to go and get everything I needed all at once and not have to go anywhere else. Its time for me to say goodbye and find a new One Stop Shop. Hopefully theyre able to fix their issues in the near future.
Its what you would expect in my opinion. Has most of what you would need and staff is grocery store friendly/helpful. My only complaint is them moving stuff around which makes me take longer than needed to find out what I need
This store was disgustingly filthy there were more carts outside in the Corrals and they were in the store. Employees were chatting on their phone and laughing. The refrigerated section was so empty I couldnt find anything I want and I left the store and went somewhere else shopping what kind of service is that when you ask somebody something and they say I dont know but theyre too busy talking on their cell phones and too busy laughing and calling each other names and all the carts I mean it every single cart was outside and they were all just standing around Ill never shop at that store again never.
If you need to talk to someone you better hope you got 3 hrs you can call any department or customer service and no one pick up the phone

This time around at Walmart still was the same. The service of the employees are available when you need and they are very helpful.Thanks Walmart employees you hard work and dedication to what you do daily shows in the service you provide to others. They are pretty much out of most things I go there to purchase. Its really hit or miss
I was recently at this walmart and i witnessed the manager jason yelling at associates and threading their jobs because they were using their phones to help a customer and i do not like his tone towards the associates and i think it is rude and disrespectful and it is a bad public image. i do not like the negativity in the walmart.
I always find what I need here. It was a 24 hours store but that changed after the pandemic started. Still open late at night and its hard to beat their prices.
Walmart is always my go to for almost everything unless I find a product that I’m looking for for a lower price on either Amazon or target but most of the time it’s always Walmart because it’s easy to order for pick up or delivery or sometimes when I feel like walking around I can go into the store I really like going there because they have everything that I need at a reasonable price.

Save your time and go somewhere else. This Walmart is always out of stock of a lot of items. Go to meijer instead they’ll probably have what your looking for

Located in a very active shopping section of town. With several surrounding stores and restaurants. If u cant find what your looking for here...best believe there are different options within walking distance. Otherwise Walmart pretty much has it all
Didnt have the fire stick i went there for.
Store is under attack by parents who think the toy section is a playland they let kids rip open toys and play with them on the floor while they go shopping. Where is security. We the shoppers have to pay for this with higher prices. Adios!
Bro open up more lanes. I work to hard all day to have to check my own stuff out. Takes me 20 mins for id checks. God forbid I want cigarettes.

Heaven forbid they actually answer the phone. We did curbside pick up the girls slammed our trunk as hard as she possibly could. Threw soda so hard she broke the box open. Not even an apology!!!

Do not use their curbside pick up! I used it for one item (1 other item was canceled on their behalf and another was shipped) and waited 40 minutes! Their curbside is slower as I have ordered stuff previously from them and always been told their running behind to not go to the store yet even during less busy times. But this said they were ready. So I called to check in and apparently they didn’t check me in. So someone came to my car 15 minutes later to check me in. I called back to ask what was going on and was told I was just checked in. 40 minutes later I got my item. I wasted my time waiting. I checked in with 2 cars ahead and many left and went. And were 3 remaining that were new and I was still there. Please don’t use curbside at this location. I am a pretty reasonable person. I understand they get busy. But 40 minutes for one thing? And the fact I checked in before others is unfair. So please fix this. I will be making a drive out of town for now on. Will not be shopping here. And will tell everyone not to shop here!
Shelves were empty. Of course had some stuff but not much to choose from. Disappointed. Summer t- shirts, shorts and the like only had X-Small or Small a few Medium but hardly no larges or X larges. Frozen foods for after school hardly and choices. Pop brands limited and absolutely NO Sams brands. Ill try CVille next time.

Terrible. They had one cashier on and a line all the way back to womans apparel. The cashier was going as slow as molasses. When I got to the front the cashier asked me if she was the only one open. When I told her yes, I waved at the CM and told her she has a line and only one cashier. She quickly noted that line one is open as well. Line one and now her line was still back to the woman apparel! She then told the cashier to tell people line one is open. Really? You are standing there doing nothing and you want your cashier who is swamped to tell the line that number one is open? Its not customer s job to tell you that you have lines. Do your job. Its not also our job to be forced to use self check out. If I wanted a job at walmart I would work there.
Crowded, overly long lines at check out. NEVER enough cashiers on hand to deal with lines of customers. Personally hate shopping during the day at Walmart. Enjoyed shopping when store was 24hours, before COVID, so I didnt have to deal with rude obnoxious people and could actually shop.
Asked for assistance from sales clerk Got deer in headlights look with no help offered. This is typical every time I go into a Walmart. I get excellent customer service in Target every time.
Overall its not a great experience and I only go when I have to get something that I cant find else where.The employees seem overworked and tired. Usually the store is understaffed with different departments not attended for assistance (tech, fabric, key cutting, paint, etc).The store seems dingy. This could be because Im used to older style Walmarts which had the white tiled floors instead of the brown concrete floors.The prices and clearance seem too high for the low quality. Target has comparable prices for higher quality items. Every once in a while, I can find some decent deals at Walmart but the hassle of one open register and low pay of the workers makes me apprehensive of shopping here.
This used to be my go to when there where 24/7, but now they are usually to busy for my taste and they dont always have what Im looking for. However, the employees are nice.

Will not pick up a phone call. Tried three separate occasions - even after I asked for the manager. Had to resort to driving to the store to simply get a question answered about a bad battery. With the heavily littered parking lot and surrounding land they own, I guess many of the criticisms are true. Another lost customer to Amazon who at least takes care of their customers without all the trash.
This walmart is horrible! You have wait an hour for your pick up order when you arrive. They leave items out of your order. And If you try to call the store they pick up and hang up the phone!
Stay far away from this brand. Picked up 2 different ones not even a year ago. Worst mistake I have made. I have to reconnect to the internet every time I try to watch anything. You go to turn up the volume and the light on the TV works but nothing happens then a minute later it boots me out back to the home screen and gets super loud. Spend a few extra $ and buy a better brand. TCL IS HORRIBLE
I was pointed in the correct direction for the items I needed. Self check outs were packed, so I hit a regular check out. The couple in front of me got two vodka shooters, cashier wasnt old enough, so he pressed a button and walked away, older woman finally came up, rang through the liquor and walked away. I had for items, guy behind me had two items, we just stood there till the original cashier came back. The couple in front of me and the guy behind me were not happy.
Items I used to get arent available. Yogurt was picked over at 10:30 am on a Saturday. Someone took the cap off the Softsoap I put in my cart and it spilled over my items. Bad experience today.
I went towards the end of the night, so I understand that they were midway through stocking but the place was a mess. It was hard to walk down the aisles as boxes and carts were blocking the path. Many of the shelves were empty and checking out was painful as I had to use self checkout (with many items)since there was only one other register open.Avoid going here after 10 PM if possible.
Shopped at this Walmart in the past and they always have anything I need. Also had outstanding customer service provided by an employee named Lupe. Thank you for being so patient, helpful, and kind.
Disappointed that many of the Isles were empty are very low on stock. The store all in all seemed to be very disorganized
Clean and well organized a like the new layout of the electronics section everything is more open and easy to see
I will not have my groceries delivered any longer. My cases of soda are always broken, theyve even dropped it in the ground. I always have food missing each order and when you try to get a refund it only allows you to get a refund for 1 of the missing items even if you ordered two. I tried calling them and I never heard back. Im not paying 10 bucks to have my things damaged and missing.Horrible horrible delivery.
The manager Sheridan saw this lady I didn’t have enough money on my card to pay and she was mad throwing all the stuff no gooo is third job for the customers as well as my customers one something I always give it to them or do the best I can at least she can say sorry
The online orders is a no no for me. I had to wait 30 minutes to get what I had ordered online and they came with missing items and stuff changed in the last minute. They said the different have stakes, who believes that? Anyway Dont do curbside, just go to the store, its healthier to walk.
Nice place to get your shopping done. Just wish they would have more registers open. The people are always so nice .

I can always find what m looking for here. Customer service would be better. When I have to ask for help sometimes the associates seem bother your asking for help. Overall the Walmart has good prices and thats the only reason I go.

I have already reached Walmarts customer service regarding my store experience and their customer service disregarded my experience as well, so here I am on Google reviews, to share my experience and hopefully save someone else the hassle of dealing with this mess of a store. After this I will NEVER shop at any Walmart again. As a consumer, we have all the power as to where our money goes, so I refuse to give a store who does not care about their customers or their customers time, my money.Here is my experience which I sent to Walmarts customer service:I was gifted diapers from Walmart from my baby shower since I am a new mom. I have three boxes of diapers, two pampers brand and The other Parents choice. I am not using these brands and wanted to exchange for the Hello Bello brand. I waited 20+ minutes in the guest services line cause there was only one employee. When it is finally my turn, I let the employee know that I wanted to exchange for a different brand. I did not have a receipt as it was a gift so I was expecting At least store credit on a merchandise card so I could shop at a later time. Employee let me know that she couldnt give credit and that I would need to go exchange right away and that my total was around $45. The employee held the diapers behind the counter while I went to go shop. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of Hello Bello merchandise on the shelves and I couldnt get the sizes that I needed. So I grabbed two boxes of diapers in a different size and some infant formula. (I did the math and it came to around $49 dollars so I figured I would just pay the difference). I go back to customer service, wait in line again for 10+ minutes and when its finally my turn the employee then tells me the formula doesnt count and it has to be just diaper exchange. How am I supposed to exchange for diapers when the store doesnt have what I need? How can I shop at a different store if I cant even get merchandise credit to use at a later time? This Walmart is not even the Walmart near my home and I went to this one because I was in the area. So to be told I have to shop then and there and then for the store to not have what I need is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I spent 45+ Minutes to end up just leaving Walmart with the same diapers I came with. As a new mom, time is limited, so to have wasted all that time for no result is ridiculous. I would greatly appreciate if I could hear back from customer service or corporate in regards to this matter and the rationale or store policy on why diapers have to be strictly diaper exchange.

I ordered some food online to be delivered to my house the next day no one called me text me or anything to let me know that my food would not be delivered to my house I called and I called over and over again on hold no one picked up bad for business!!! and the lady tell me to go cancel my order I will have to wait until tomorrow theres no one there and thin when I go to the website to cancel and theres no option to cancel I call back no ones answering the phone bad customer service bad business!!!

I enjoy walmart! I find some really good deals... I buy a mot of yarn from from them. Service isnt always up to par, but its ok.. I always go to self checkout and the same lady is always there when I check out and ahe is very personable and always talks with me and my grandkids. Havent had a bad experience yet and I have been shopping walmart for decades.I hope everyone has has a similar experience as I always do.
This store has the absolute worst customer service. I’ve called this store 5 different times on different days and have had the ring tone for at least 30 minutes each time.
Their is only one person in the register..... and you see so many employees and the big lines every time..... the managers are so low class

The worst walmart on the planet. Whats the point of pick up if you have to thirty minutes to get it? How are they always out of everything or is it that the employees just arent the brightest?
I only gave them 1 star because there is no option for a zero star. I ordered groceries online for contact less pickup. I got there at the south Elgin IL store, at 11:10 AM on March 22, and I was there until 12:10 PM. Not only did I let them know I was their in their app, i spoke to 3 people, one of them twice that I was there for grocery pickup and it took an hour.I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE not using this service as well as shopping at Walmart for anything. Unless you have an hour or more to kill. I give them an F minus.

Order groceries for pick up. They lost ot in yheir system. They told us to call customer service. They said they would refund us ots been 5 day. We went thought the store and got all the stuff we needed and spent 500 bucks still have not gotten our 400 back that they are still holding. Absolutely terrible customer service.I ordered again and they lost our order again. Looks like they have alot of bad reviews. This place sucks.
Slower service, employees are normally seen wandering. Not very helpful finding things, customer service could be faster with better training for newer people.
Good prices. Has most everything a person could want, but lately their stock is down. They are changing products, & have stopped carrying some of my favorites. Good pricing on meat.
I used to work for this Walmart and they didn’t pay me what I was expected to be paid... technically I had worked hours and wasn’t paid for it. Rude employees/managers like Amanda & tifanny. They should be hold accountable and treat their teamwork better so this Walmart can succeed just like the others . This is why their always needing employees .

This store needs some serious cleaning and organizing. Produce spoiled, especially tomatoes on the vine.
They have very bad customer service. I took 2 steps away from the cashier and noticed my milk was leaking. They said l need to go to customer service and they told me I could get credit or walk to the back of the store and get it myself.
This Walmart is always friendly and organized. I have an easy time finding everything I need, there are plenty of workers to assist you, and the self-checkout makes things faster!
The store is not clean. It is really messy. Things are not in place. Customer service is not good.
