Service advisor did not go over the items addressed on the invoice with me. I had to ask.Free exterior car wash was not available as done at other dealers that I have patronized. I expect full service when I bring in my Cadillac, not just the minimum that I would expect from a local garage.

Great experience buying my truck, I saw what I wanted in the lot, albeit “slightly” over my budget. Brian & Bill worked to make it happen for me. They took time to answer my 5000 questions & walked me through the process for a no pressure sale. The financial department was efficient, I was able to trade in my old vehicle and drive away with the new truck in under two hours. Everyone always tells you as a woman, to never go car shopping alone because the dealer will try and take advantage of the situation. This is not the case at Antwerpen.

Overpriced oil change went up $20+??Then they replaced the cap with out asking me.I planned on spending $50 as I have for the past several years and was charged almost $100.Did not have this experience before when it was Jeff Barnes.I will no longer be getting any service done at this location.

Found a vehicle from Autotrader that was in transits, Aaron called me the next day after receiving my inquiry and we spoke, I went in and made the purchase, Aaron was very cool and personable

In late 2020, my wife and I drove from Chambersburg (approx. 70 miles one way) to inquire about the used Mazda 5 in their inventory. Test drove the Mazda and the TPMS light was on but it was cold outside and figured it was temperature related. Started to check out the van and I found a rodent nest under the engine cover and some grease slinging from the driver axle shaft, as the salesman was standing there, I conveyed my concerns and said I was interested in purchasing the Mazda if these concerns were corrected. Deal was agreed upon and I told them I would pick up the van the following weekend. Next weekend arrives, van is washed and off I go 70 miles back to Chambersburg. TPMS light is on and I assume it is because the TPMS hasn’t been driven far enough at the needed speed to reset. Before I get on the interstate, I verify the tire pressure and all are good. Arrive home and TPMS light is still on. I call the dealership and agree to take the car back (another 70 miles) the following weekend to drop it off to be fixed. Return the following weekend and TPMS light is off as two of the TPMS sensors were faulty. All is good at this point.The following weekend I decide to check the cabin air and engine air filters, photos show the debris that I found. And this car went through their service department, not just when they took the van in on trade, but after my initial concerns and again for the TPMS issue!!! Are you freaking kidding me?!! I replace the filters and all is good.Lastly, though the personnel were nice to work with…THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICING MY VEHICLE WAS VERY LACKING.I seriously doubt I would purchase another vehicle from this specific dealer.

Took the car in for its yearly oil and filter service. Done quickly, and on my way. Very nice, but, They all should be wearing masks. 1 service writer out of the 3 wasnt. Most of the mechanics werent. The parts guys werent until they came to the counter... I mean if you are going to have a sign that says Wear a mask, you ought to wear a mask...

I am writing to express my displeasure with this business. I scheduled a test drive this past Saturday morning. When I arrived, the salesman said Are you local? Not a fantastic start to the trip, as I then knew that something was up. I was told that I could not test drive the car, as it would receive an inspection on Monday. I was a little annoyed, but hey, life is all about 2nd chances.Apparently, not here at Antwerpen, because the 2nd experience was even worse than my first. I called Wednesday to make an appointment to test drive on Thursday, which I was told by the same salesman that I spoke to Saturday worked great! I arrived on Thursday night, expecting to finally get my chance to drive the car. I asked about the car, to which the higher up (not sure if this person was the owner) said nope, Im going to have to get rid of it. It was too damaged apparently--good on them for recognizing this, which merits the 2 stars.I was not happy to say the least. How can this happen twice in one week after a confirmation the day before? Where is the courtesy and respect for a persons time during the work week? Absolutely inexcusable.All I got was excuses though. We just looked at it today! Its 630 at night, on Thursday, 3 full days after you said it would be inspected. Do you really expect me to believe that nonsense?I will allow that they were polite and suggested another car, similar in build (again, 2 stars), but it was just not what I was looking for. I would not recommend going to this location, as they have seem to believe that a message that could easily have been delivered over the phone requires a personal touch that will waste your time and money.

The service technician, KC, and the mechanic doing the work (#225612) went above and beyond in doing the service work on the vehicle. Their inspection of the undercarriage was thorough as was their ability to correct the observed issues.

Just purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It was falsely advertised, from the listing, the salesperson and the sales manager. My father is retired and was looking for his last vehicle, just to find that he was lied to!!! After talking to the manager ( Bill), he only gave us the option to bring it back or pay for the upgrade out of pocket. They claim that they mass advertise the vehicles but when you ask how, they say by the vehicles independent VIN. Bottom Line.... their mistake and they will not own up to it. They just offered to bring the vehicle back so they can fool the next guy!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Over the period of 10 days I had to have my 2012 Chevy Impala in the shop to repair the trunk struts then to have two new tires installed due a road hazard puncture. In both cases the service department, particularly service advisor KC addressed my needs got the job done. They even went a further mile by providing my wife transport home and back to the dealership when the service was completed. I have been a customer for over 20 years and purchased 5 new cars from this dealership. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from them and had a top-notch experience from start to finish. Overall Im happy with the service. I did however have a problem with the coolant light coming on. I have added about a half a gallon of coolant so far. So Im a little unhappy with having to back and keep adding coolant. I understand these are hard to bleed, but it started almost as soon as I got home.

Ive been dealing with Jeff Barnes Chevrolet for may years, always with a high level of satisfaction. This experience was no less acceptable, but with one exception. Less than half of the associates were wearing masks. Unfortunately were all living in a time of necessary caution and those of us that throw caution to the wind are putting themselves, their loved ones and their customers at risk. Given that adherence to protocols like this usually begin at the top, I have to wonder if the new Antwerpen management is setting the laxed precident.

Jeff Barnes Chevrolet is simply wonderful! I found my self desperately searching for a new car after my car was totaled in an accident. They did everything they could to help me find a car that was just what I needed! Jaclyn was so kind in Finance and helped to ensure we understood everything and knew what we were signing. My experience with Antwerpen Service department was atrocious. I put my trust in them, and they failed to fix the problem, plus still charged me. I brought it back,and told them they need to fix it right this time, and obviously they DONT CARE! their diagnosis was wrong.! Take your car where you can get state of the art technology and RESPECT!

Jeff Barnes Chevrolet Service Department is THE BEST. The staff is very courteous & knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what they are doing and answer any and all questions. Bob King (Service Manager), Richard Berger (Service Advisor) and Eric (Technician) are all first rate and very honest. The quality of the workmanship is top notch and they use only the best quality OEM parts. I was a loyal customer of another Chevrolet dealership for 25 years. That dealership was recently sold and I decided to give Jeff Barnes Chevrolet a try, as I had heard many good things about them. After my excellent experience at Jeff Barnes, I have switched to Jeff Barnes Chevrolet for my service needs and will also be buying my next new vehicle from them.

Unfortunately they don’t stand by their own advertising. Vehicle purchased was listed as having certain features which it turned out after purchase not to have. Dealership claims they don’t choose the features they list for each vehicle, that they’re pulled by vin. False advertising then & they refuse to make it right.

Took my car here for a State Farm inspection after someone bent my door frame trying to break in, leaving a gap near the top that I heard the wind come through so I was worried that rain would also leak. Initially I just wanted the estimate so that I could figure out where I wanted it fixed, or if it would be cheaper to just buy a junkyard door (my car is old and cheap so I dont want to sink a lot of money into it). I spoke to Jeff himself over the phone the next day and not only did he inspect my car, but he also went ahead and fixed the bent frame, test drove it to make sure it was airtight, and didnt charge me anything!!! He even said to not bother filing an insurance claim over something like this because they are terrible. (And my god was he right about that, State Farm claims dept was 0/10 helpful!!) 10/10 customer service!! I almost cried over how nice that was because he probably could have charged me hundreds and Id probably have to pay because you cant have a leaky door. Would highly recommend!!!
