I went a week a go and I liked this place because the prices are reasonable and, a great variety and good customer service. I went today and they ask me for a recommendation now because they just went medical only and no longer for recreational.The recommendation would cost me $39 and would take 15 minutes to complete the process on site through my phone. It was a deal breaker until the manager Jenny handled this very professional and said that she would give me a discount towards my purchase that would help offset my expenses on the recommendation. Their customer service was so good and the offer was very reasonable that an 15 extra minutes was not to much to ask and I couldnt refuse . Just based on the Courteous employees with great customer service and not to mention the offer by Jeny the manger you cant lose. I would definitely come back again.

Owners are knowledgeable and prices are very inexpensive. Seriously good product for much cheaper than I found elsewhere. Its my new favorite place. Employees and helpful and courteous. And a good location too.

The people here are great, one in particular named Malcolm helped me Select the best strain to help with my back pain. Malcolm showed excellent customer service which when explaining how each strain would effect me and help me heal. If you want good service and good cannabis then go to One Planet.

Nice intimate dispensary. Great deals on pre-rolls. Flower pricing is decent about the same as most dispensary. They offer great weekly promotions. Very clean place. Cash only.

Unfortunately this place went from bad to worse. I guess they thought a new name and new interior would do them good, but it sucks when you get turned away for not having a cannabis card in a state that legalized recreational use.One Plant should have made sure their recreation paperwork/permits were in order before they opened.. Now they lose business.

I have a service dog that lets me know before I have an episode from the treatments that they gave me for my cancer I turned wooden and thats why I need to take marijuana to particular kind so I go to the door and the first thing the guy at the tour who is standing on a step and Im standing on the street looks down on me and says the owners allergic to dogs you cant come in so I take out the papers for my service dog and he looks at the papers and he says to me is this it for you or for the dog I mean it was like being in that Dumb and Dumber movie not only if they rude but they dont know whats going on my dog has a credential and green credential from Berkeley Police hes registered as a service dog paperwork so this is like this place is not normal its not like a normal business I mean if they dont like you they let you in a drug dealers house he got his point across he doesnt want business it might just be a front Organization for some money laundering or some ringing in dispensary for thats a different kind of dispensary because Im a cute little old lady and he was definitely toxic strange the way he behaved its actually against the law a person is supposed to say is that a service dog can you say this is a service dog and mostly that ends the conversation my dog never makes an issue of himself he is here to take be completely attentive to my needs and to protect me and to let me know before I am might have a physical problem and he shouldnt be disturbed and it shouldnt be an issue and people working in the medical marijuana should be better trained

My first time here... small, quaint and very efficient. The vape was on the expensive side, but no complaints, its worth it. Will definitely be back!

Very poor customer service. When I called to get a few details about available products, the person who answered was very impatient with me and ended up pretty much hanging up on me when he suggested I just come to see what they have and I told him I wanted to make sure they have what I need before driving over there. Anyway, JUST NO! I will spend my money somewhere that my business is appreciated and where I am treated with at least a small shred of respect.

Been to this shop many times. The staff has always been courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable working with pain. They even helped me work on post surgical pain. Ambience reminiscent of a 70s head shop.

Since remodeling about end of 2018 they providing a shity and shady businesses, the lady in there took a picture of my driver license without my permission or asking with her tablet. When I asked her for the reason she changed the subject. Something is so wrong in there I feel it and it’s going to burst sooner or later

Recently changed hands and is a totally different experience, well stocked, well lit, nice design and friendly helpful staff. Two thumbs up, super excited to have such a nice shop down the hill from my house.

Asked if I could return/ exchange a cartridge I had purchased and not only was I able to exchange it for a better/ newer one, the manager, Jenny, helped me with the exact one I wanted and on top of that, she threw in a free pre roll on the side. This place goes above and beyond to help out their customers.

Got some super glue and it held me together. I liked that the prices displayed includes the tax. The amount for the tax is outrageous 😁. I hope the revenues collected are put to good use.

Friendly people, and very chill atmosphere, but not much to choose from. There were maybe twenty kinds of bud and very few edibles.

The people who answer the phones have been enjoying too much product. No one could answer my questions or even take the time to listen to what I was asking. Rude and abrupt. Pass!

Picked out $45 worth of stuff but somehow was charged $84. Didnt occur to me until I was driving home. Then was told that I can buy a vape battery for the cbd/thc cartridges at any gas station. That wasnt the case. Wasted $20 at two stations before I found what I needed at a smoke shop. Difficulty was due to the screw on portion of the cartridge. Doesnt seem to know their stuff. Especially after being told that their edibles are strong, yet I plowed through a brownie and cookie with no problem. Still gonna shop there since theyre the closest shop, but I still dont like them.

They usually have good deals for sativa flower. They also sell gummy bears and smaller doses.

Poor selection, rude employees, clueless on products, asked the guy at the counter to explain one of the blends and his response was no clue man, as well as being way over priced. The one in Berkeley wasnt even comparable, so much more professional as well as organized.

I used to go here all the time until I found another collective in San Jose that gives me 87% thc at $55 a gram rather than the 37% thc at $65 a gram here.
