Recently we got a new CX5 from Rudolph Mazda. Our experience with them was amazing, specially with Lisa . She helped us during the whole process, even after we got our vehicle. They quoted me about the right price and they try to do the best they can for us and provide us a best APR on Loan. They did not tried to sell me anything which I dont need. So, I recommend this dealership and specially LISA MELBOURNE.

Overall, there were some positives and negatives about our experience at Rudolph. The young salesman was pleasant and personable with a lot of potential, but he was so new he still has things to learn. I was unhappy with the 4+ hours it took to finalize the deal, especially since I had notified the salesman that we would be in at 9:00 a.m. and he told me hed be ready for us. If it would have been better to come later, he should have told us. And, after 3+ hours we were told that the vehicle was finally being washed, but it was actually still sitting in the parking lot, unwashed.We are pleased with the vehicle with one big exception. The front camera sensor warning light keeps coming on. I called the dealership about it and the sales manager did respond quickly. He explained that the problem could be with the heat wave were having. However, I believe that a brand new vehicle should not have such problems, no matter what the weather. We do live in West Texas and hot weather is not unusual. So, thats quite disappointing.Again, the people we dealt with at the dealership were pleasant and professional. However, Im not sure if I could recommend Rudolph to someone else because of the issues Ive mentioned.

I bought a new Miata today. Ive bought many vehicles from dealerships. I have never had such a good experience. Jose was our salesman and is the chillest man Ive ever met. No pressure at all. Melanie was in financing and she made the rest of the experience great and really easy. Again, no pressure to buy extras. Took my 2013 Mazda 3 i 2.0L (BL) for a ignition key issue (immobilizer would not recognize key)... service tech couldnt reprogram keys and indicated new key would be needed.... a $180 for a new one. Made agreement to meet tech to go over programming and find an option to troubleshoot before sinking money on a new key and w/o knowing if it would fix the issue. I suggested getting a working key from shop to program it to my car... because if it worked, I would buy a new key.... if it wouldnt fix issue then the key isnt the issue and no need to buy an expensive key. Service manager indicated I must buy the new key and there wouldnt be an option to returning it for a refund. I voiced that Mazda Rudolph wasnt customer friendly and that they are not willing to work on fixing the cars but to experiment and bill for components w/o knowing if they are damaged..... so, I took my car and will find another way to address it. I am going some where reputable where they are willing to work with their customers....... but, I have to recognize that Mazda Rudolph tried to do a good deed by not charging me for the diagnosis.... still, for me, I will not use their repair tech services going forward.

Be careful when u take your car for any type of service with this shady dealer, i took my car in perfect conditions for a simple dashboard recall, out of nowhere when i picked up the car, the service engine light was on and the o2 sensor was damaged and they still wanted to charge me 280.00 to replace it, i think this is unacceptable and do not recommend this dealership to anyone, my car died at a red light twice causing traffic.

Customer sercice is mediocre at best, I was there two days ago to check out the Mazda3 cars, I had the intention of coming out of there druving a new Mazda car, i was looking at the cars for almost 30 minutes and no salesman came out to speak to me that I thought the dealership was closed, I was walking towards my vehicle to leave, when a salesman came to me to ask me if I needed something, and I told him I was looking to buy a new car and he told me everything I need to know was on the windahield and went right back inside, I would never recomend this place

I bought my first Mazda 3 years ago and have been extremely happy with it and considering buying another shortly. Now I find out, after not being called back for two days without an estimate, that it will cost me 1500 to replace my STOCK radio amplifier through the Mazda dealership... not fun driving with no radio. Not so interested in Mazda anymore

I had the privilege to meet and work with Michelle Gonzalez, Customer Service Advocate, and not only was I impressed with her professionalism but also impressed on the immediate service I received. I have had the opportunity to purchase vehicles from other dealerships in town, but I have never felt like I have at Rudolph Mazda West. Michelle took the time to call, set up the deal and keep me informed on every move. She introduced me to Hector Gomez, a Certified Sales Consultant, who also took it upon himself to make sure that everything was complete and hassle free. The finance Manager was also completely thorough and had everything complete and ready to sign. The process from picking a vehicle to financing it was completely painless and fast. Hector had the vehicle ready and made it a point to be there. If you want to feel like a V.I.P and purchase a vehicle from a dealership that has it so the buyer comes first, be sure to talk to Michelle or Hector. Rudolph Mazda West has earned a client for life. Great customer service! I bought my new Mazda in another state but brought it here for first service and to order accessories. The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining things and answering my questions. Plus the service waiting area allows an hour wait to pass very comfortably. I am very disappointed at the service after the sale! FYI: DO NOT BUY GAP INSURANCE FROM THESE FOLKS!!!! My family has purchased eight cars from Mazda in the past 8 years. The problem with this is they are supposed to refund your Gap Insurance when you trade in a vehicle that had Gap Insurance. READ THIS CAREGULLY!! BE WARNED!! YOU WILL NEVER GET THE REFUND!!! ITS A FARSE! A SCAM!! A HOAX! A FALSE PROMISE! WE have two family members WAITING (ONE FOR 5 MONTHS; ONE FOR 4 MONTHS). I AM NOW CONVINCED IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. We filled out there special form. Sent it in. Conformed correctness of form.And then, NOTHING! We called, emailed, left messages with the person who handles the GAP INSURANCE REFUNDS!! We have received MANY FALSE PROMISES!!! Still no refund! They will not return our calls. There is no plan to refund what we having coming and paid for in advance!We plan to report this to the BBB also!!! Again, DO NOT BUY GAP INSURANCE FROM MAZDA!! Because, if you trade your car in, you WILL NEVER GET BACK WHAT YOURE DUE, THE REFUNDED DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!EVEN THOUGH THE SALES ASSOCIATES USE, THE GAP INSURANCE REFUND AS A SALES TACTIC TO GET YOU TO BUY A CAR! I am writing this review to caution everyone who are dealing with Lisa Rivkin-Melbourne at Rudolph Mazda. First of all, I think Lisa is great at selling the car - she knows how to convince you to buy the particular car that you are looking for. But there were several times that she mislead and tried to fool me. Be extremely cautious while dealing with her - especially if you are not good with numbers. She will try to sweet-talk you into thinking that you have the best deal and how smart you are - but be very careful.In my case, I had a much better offer from another dealer from another city. And I simply asked Lisa if she could match it and if she did not, I am okay with driving to another city - I had no intention of negotiating. She tried to stall me several times in giving me an exact quote. After I emailed her the exact quote I had from another dealer, she claimed that she didnt have email access (which was very difficult to believe) - and she never replied to my emails (until I walked out of the dealership). She called me to say that the quote did not include the 0.9% APR that I was looking for, and I presented evidence from 2 other dealers that specifically said in the email or on the quote that I had the 0.9% APR along with the price. Eventually she texted me saying that she will match it and asks me to come over to the dealership. At the dealership, while filling out the paperwork, I again mentioned that I will sign the deal only if I get the 0.9% APR and she says Oh yes, and I spent about an hour signing all paperwork. And at the end, she comes over and says by the way, you cannot 0.9% APR at this price. Even while signing the paperwork halfway through she asks Werent you surprised that I was able to match the quote? I always stay true to my word given to the client. I was extremely clear from the start about what I wanted, but she mislead me throughout. Throughout the process she made several untrue statements such as Oh but you will get equally great interest rate if you go through a financer, why would you buy a car from Arizona when they have higher tax rate (when she knows that you pay sales tax depending on where you live).She clearly had no intention of selling the car at that price but tried her luck by bringing us into the dealership on a false promise. The other dealer in the city was much more honest and clear that they would not be able to match the quote that I presented them. Be very careful while dealing with Lisa at Rudolph Mazda.

As I type this, it is now the 3rd of July. My wife and I have called Rudolph’s Mazda Service, several times. “If we got an answer,” we were told that they would call us back with the answers. Several calls, we left messages. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RETURN CALL SINCE THE 24th Of JUNE. I called today and spoke to Carlos. My wife spoke to him yesterday. He was supposed to call her back but did not. He told me that Rachel tried to contact me today, but she has since gone home. Why doesn’t my phone show a missed call? Why doesn’t my phone have a message? They called me on the 24th no problem. Carlos said that they have tried repeatedly, to find the part, but could not. He said Rachel tried to call me to find out what we wanted them to do.What are WE supposed to do? This car is 1312 miles away. It is 4 years old. The bumper to bumper warranty ran out last year (3 years) but the drive train is good one more year. It has less than 26,000 miles on it. It has only made 3 road trips since new. Each road trip was less than or equal to about 500 miles “round trip”. What does Mazda do for parts? I feel compelled to warn others of this situation. This is a very costly problem... not just monetarily, but in time and use. My wife cannot think about getting a job, because she has no car. Her “NEWER” car is broke down in El Paso, and Mazda dealership has no clue as to what to do, or where to get the parts!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT FOLKS RETHINK ABOUT MAZDA. WHAT IF IT BREAKS DOWN? WHAT DO YOU DO? Although I like the Japanese people and THOUGHT they had a great product, I would now suggest: ONLY BUY A CAR THAT THE PARTS ARE HERE IN AMERICA. The Mazda dealership CANNOT FIND THE PART!!????I feel that Mazda should take care of all the costs related to this issue! This is beyond an Alternator.The alternator that we had replaced in Deming, cost over $400. My wife called the owner of the shop. He sympathized with our story and has agreed to reimburse us for the alternator and the shipping cost of its return (but not his labor, understandably).So far we have lost thousands, and the number continues to climb each day that my wife cannot gain employment, due to no transportation.

ISSUE- Brought my 2013 Mazdaspeed 3 in for a factory recall/ warranty extension; the top portion of the dash board was separating from the climate control/ audio screen.CUSTOMER SERVICE- Came is last minute on a Saturday morning. Rachel, who knew what she was talking about, and didn’t give me the “your car needs a bunch of unnecessary bs!”) and the service department staff were great!. Luckily for me they had a new dashboard in stock, and within 20 minutes of checking me in the technician was disassembling my interior; started at 8:30, finished by 10:27am.WORKMANSHIP- Will write a follow up review with their actual work; any lose panels, screws, noises, etc. after my drive back from Los Angeles.I’ve been here 3 times for maintenance and services with no issues. I recommend coming to this Mazda dealer on the West Side instead of the other one.

Many issues with Mazda that are not covered by warranty or extended warranty, my recomendation dont buy the external warranty anyways they will find a way to blame you, if you use or fail to use it is out of warranty that is the criteria! Service is mmm I guess ok the complimentary carwash is like trowing a bucket of grey water to your car again is free .. the waiting has free water and soda.

I bought my Mazda 14 years ago at Rudolph and I took my car there all these years for the services and repair work. I went to Rudolph to buy a new Mazda, when the sales persons showed to be dishonest and, after causing damage to my old Mazda, to be uncaring. When the general manager talked to me about the issues, he also proved later to be just talk.

Went to Mazda try to get out of my Hyundai elarnta. Cause Hyundai screw me over on my car. I knew I was going to have a high negative but was hoping not too high. But I was Hearing so many great things about Mazda. Everyone was right. Great people. I didnt get the car cause of my car negative. But they tried there hardist to get my payments down and better trade in value but unfortunately they couldnt get it down enough. But no matter. I will in time will go back a get a car from them soon. Ask for joe Herrndes (hope I spelled your name right sorry if I didnt) great guy. Ask for him and tell Joseph sent you. Awesome people. Highly recommended. Hope to go back and get a car from them soon. Maybe by end of the year

My friend dropped off her car for a diagnostic check with an appointment at 12 pm and she didnt get her car back until 5 pm when they finally called to tell her what was wrong with it. We both called at 2 pm & 3 pm to check on the status and they didnt pick up any time at the service center. Never coming back. Bad service
