Update from original Post: Clowe and Cowan finally came through with my refund, they wanted to charge me a 200 dollar restocking fee on an $800 pump. But eventually did not charge me. I recommend management review their policies in regards to dealing with customers. Though it took over a month to resolve my issue. I must give them credit with resolving my issue. That is why I upgraded them from 1 to 3 stars. To the new owners of this business, if you want recommendations the store has my contact info. I am an executive level leader that just happens to like and do my own manual labor.Original Post: I know they have good ratings. But right now they are not treating me as a customer properly. I purchased a water pump from them and after 2 weeks of use the pump went out. I returned the pump on their request. They have still not decided if they will refund my money. Very poor customer service and I am getting the run around when they sold me a defective pump. I can provide pictures where the pump itself was hitting a wire when spinning, clearly an issue with the pump. I hope to get resolution soon.
