Tidal wave are the absolute best. Customer service is amazing and were just so helpful with all my crazy questions. Wayne got our pool water back to normal after another company messed it up. He came out and kept checking it until it was right. Thank you for everything you have done for us. He also installed our pool heater and fixed the issues we were having.I highly recommend Tidal Wave.

Contacted Tidal Wave on recommendation of friend, after he got tired of hearing me gripe about the pool company I hired to replaster my pool and do other things about the pool operation, but thats a whole other conversation.Contacted Tidal Wave, set up appointment and tech, Wayne. came over, got the water up to spec installed my VS pump, the other company wouldnt touch it because I didnt buy it from them. Wayne got the water sparkling and swim ready. Prices are very reasonable.

I tried to make an appointment with this business 5 times. The owner NEVER showed up within 6 hours of when he said he would. The pattern was that no more than 30 minutes before, his office would call and cancel, even when the appointment had been scheduled for a week.The first appointment, he was to come to our home in the afternoon to take measurements. He supposedly showed up that morning and let himself into our backyard and measured. I was home. I didnt see him, and our dog (a Giant Schnauzer that makes protecting our home her business) did not bark.The last appointment, I was informed when I arrived at his office that they had just left a message on my machine at home. He had decided to pass on the business because Im expecting an insurance claim. I told his office many times in more than 10 phone calls I did NOT expect him to deal with insurance. I would do that on my own.He listens as well as he keeps his word - not a great trait in this case.

I highly suggest no one works there. Of you do, you take your chances. Work hours will drop, payroll is usually late, pay checks bounce. Company service Vehicles are in distress, likely to not be registered or insured. Also while I was working there I would get nothing but complaints from the customers about the service and office personnel.

Tidal wave and pool If I could give you no stars I would– It is wild to me that there can be so many good reviews and honestly I am jealous that some of you received good service from this company. The employees I have worked with were professional and nice, but I do not recommend using this company. I now know this company to be dishonest and unreliable. Wayne came and did a service appointment and he was great, Priscilla (before she left) was also great, the lady who now answers the phone very nice… you know who isn’t professional though the owner James. Who I have tried to get a hold of for the past 10 + weeks without any returned call. I have a broken hot tub and made an appointment for a service call to check it out back in February, this all went well – however I made the mistake of prepaying a 50% deposit for the part that was needed to fix the hot tub. I figured this was normal.. That was on February 10th. Guess what’s not fixed the hot tub -I have had no refund, no call back, no acknowledgment what so ever regarding the inconvenience or the stolen money(because that what it is now). I have been told the only person who can refund me is James – James has no direct line, no set hours. I have called 20+ times and he still hasn’t returned my calls. . I went up to the store to see if I could discuss it with him in person but an employee called James to let him know I was there and then James didn’t come in I would just like the almost $300 refunded. I’d also like to add how much this has screwed me as we have a home warranty that is supposed to reimburse me once the repairs are fixed that expires next month – so thanks James because now my HW will run out and then even if I am refunded my hot tub will still be broken. I don’t leave all of this lightly I have felt bad writing such a bad review but this is what happens when you give bad service and I just want to protect other families. We’re a military family and don’t have the luxury of being able to ask a ton of people who they would recommend to repair something, I looked online I read a few reviews even before I called this place and figured there were enough good ones and that the negative ones must have been exaggerating… now I am confident the good ones must be the ones exaggerating.

Had a wonderful experience!! Went into the shop looking for some chemicals not really knowing exactly what I needed and the staff was very helpful even loading the big buckets into my car!! Cant beat the customer service or the prices!!

In February 2019 I had my inground swimming pool and jacuzzi retiled by Tidal Wave Spas and Pool Supplies. LJames (owner) and his staff could not have been more professional. I want to thank Tidal Wave for the exceptional job and customer service they provided me. I would highly recommend them for your pool needs and I will definitely use them again for my swimming pool and jacuzzi needs.

I have used them for several years for many aspects of my pool. They are very helpful and prices are appropriate. They have a technician named Wayne who knows what he is doing. I would recommend them.

The pool cover aspect of this company has terrible service. James Larkin is the manager and is very difficult to deal with. The technicians have a high turnover rate, probably because of the poor management. Because of the lack of experience of the technicians the quality of work is poor also. We have had our pool cover for several years and it costs us an average of $1000/yr to maintain. I would highly discourage someone from having an automatic pool cover, especially using this company. Whenever we had a problem and requested service it would take them several weeks to respond and we usually would have to call several times before they would show up.

Tidal wave has horrible service! Especially the secretary Faye! Obviously you should know if she has to post & say good things acting like shes a customer when she works there!! Sooo Lame! I highly recommend you NOT go to here for your Pool services!! ;)

The technician dont know how to fix things probably because of the poor management. Because of the lack of experience they try to charge me 3 times more than this other local company call El Paso Pools im glad i call the other company because i save a lot.
