Amazing prices at low, low prices. Why pay retail when you can get quality tools at discount prices? Unless you have money to burn, Harbor Freight is the place to be.

I usually shop at the great Northeast location where all staff treat customers in a polite, courteous manner, very knowledgeable, and display great people skills. The Mesa location my daughter and I visited was totally the opposite, will never, ever shop there again!!

Hey, think of it as your hardware convenience store without gas, snacks or drinks. But, what you do have is an abundance of tool options from individual pieces to an array of multiple sized sets. Anything your tool belt, garage or tool box is missing can be found here. Not high end brands but very affordable options.

Normally have a good selection but for some reason sheet metal clamp for folding has been out of stock.

I went to harbor freight by mesa and sunland park at the Coronado Shopping Center looking for masonary drill bits SKU 6307,43694 and it showed up on the computer as having 13 sets. Well they did not have any. I asked the young lady at the cashier if she could look into this and she called the manager and the the walkie talkies that they have he responded immediately and was on it asap. There was alot of customers at that time and I was waiting and waiting patiently. After all the customers were taken care of the young lady cashier told me they did not have any! This is the first time this has ever happen to me. I was slightly disappointed by how long it took to tell me they did not have any.

Staff is very helpful. I can usually find tools I need for most small projects around the house. Very affordable.

Wanted to thank the manager of this Harbor Freight for helping me exchange an auger that stopped working. Very helpful and understanding, being military I only have a few days to work here putting perimeter at my family’s ranch. Thanks to their quick help I can be productive the few days I have.

Was nice to be able to wander around. Small challenge to find item we went in for. Was out of stock on the regular isle but because the website said they were in stock we continued to look and found them on a promotional endcap.

A quick in and out, got some gloves and I was in and out in just a couple of minutes.

It was a good experience. They had a lot of out of stock items on their shelves. However, the prices are unbeatable. They even carry a lot of items that you wouldnt think they would carry. I encourage everyone to check it out and walk the entire store to all the different items. The cashier was very friendly. Overall its highly recommended.

No customer service or knowledge of their own store policy. Go to Dyer instead.

Always have excellent service here, low prices. Really good for tools youll use only once or a few times -- but nothing I bought here has yet to break or disappoint me. If the other stores are going to sell you stuff made in China, might as well skip the middleman and just buy from Harbor Freight and save money.

They have a giant selection of tools for cheap, though it can be a little hard to find things for a new customer.

Theyre not having anything

These are my go to guys when I comes to getting tools at a great price. I buy my shop towels here because you can get a very big tub of them for a great price. The tools are inexpensive but they work. I have not broken one yet, nor do I think I could. Ive bought drills, to welders here and they work perfectly. The staff is great and help me out with a smile on there face, lol. They will also let you know about coupons they you may have missed to try and save you more money.

I have been going to Harbor freight for years but Ben (manager) always treats me well. Cudos to Ben and Robert.

The managers are rude and disrespectful. Noticed they treat some of their employees with such an awful manner, noticeably their african american employees. Felt the only one who knew how to help with what I was asking for, was a respectful gentleman by the name of Terrell. If you need help here, ask for him.

Customer service was average got together my self a kickass new blacklight flashlight. Which was unexpected didnt think they had it.! Friendly and somewhat automated to say the least otherwise not to shabby :)

As the name implies it carries tools and not so much as supplies. If you need screws, nails, washers and small supplies this is not the place. The products themselves were great and theres a medium amount of tool variations/brands.

Good prices, and if you dont find something thats stocked make sure to ask an employee high chance theyll have it in the back.

Like always, short in merchandise, I guess all the flee MARKET vendors load up and leave the shelfs empty.

There is not a quicker way to grab some tools and a couple of good ideas from the employees here. I just needed a small mallet but I walked out with a few more useful things. Items are reasonable priced. Right off of Mesa near a grocery store and a Dollar store too.

Great selection of tools. This is NOT the place to buy tools for the professional, but if you need a tool for a one time use or occasional use, this is the place to go. Save your receipt in case the tool breaks.

They carry all these random tools and for great prices. They send out coupons and discounts to my email and to my regular mail as well. They always have sales going on and giving free stuff, no body can really best their prices. They are usually busy and glad to help you find what you are looking for.

The people who work there were very helpful. They were knowledgeable about both their sales and their other merchandise. I was trying to find gardening tools and they were able to tell me where to find them in the store. They had some tools that were similar to those that I was seeking. They also has several sales papers, some of which are for current sales and some of which are for future sales use.

Ive always like shopping at this location, till today. I talked to a manager on the phone, and was told I could warranty a product under a different item number. Till I showed up and was told otherwise, extremely inconvenient for me to load up the cart only to get rejected. This specific location needs to clean house and get proper management in house. Will never be shopping here again.

I buy my tools here first because of the great prices and I dont usually need heavy duty. If the tool breaks, then I go spend more somewhere else to get something more durable. That said, Ive only had to do that once.
