Each and everytime I forgot my groceries list after going inside. The only cause is the pretty much stock and the variety!

I did Instacart pick up and it worked perfectly. Great produce and meat. We like the Sprouts brand as well.

Used to love Sprouts. It’s been quite disappointing lately though. Inventories are not up to demand. I can’t find all I need the way I used to. There’s now at least two items out of stock. Today it was four. Going from bad to worse.

The store has an abundance of goods. The workers are super kind. There are also some edible goods that Ive never heard of that you can find here. I recommend coming here to look around or get your groceries!

Good quality food and a wide variety of groceries with plenty of options for everything to fit your diet. However, customers have to be wise in their selection/grocery list because while some prices can be reasonably within your budget, others arent.The employees are nice and helpful.

I love Sprouts!! I shop for all my produce there, and they have a great selection of vegan options throughout the store. Friendly staff, good prices and sales. Its nice first thing in the morning, not crowded at all.

I had a wonderful experience today at Sprouts! I walked in and went straight to the deli. I asked the guys behind the counter if they could direct me where I could find cupcakes as it was my birthday the next day. As one of the guys showed me to the right section the other one right away offered to buy my cupcake. We went to the front and he kindly purchased my birthday cupcake. Ivan made my day! Good character is hard to come by, and I feel so blessed to have such kind people at my local neighborhood Sprouts. Will be back again!

I use to enjoyed this place in the past. Now I hate going there. As soon as I walk in the door the announcements are constantly bombarding the customers of covid regulations. They dont have a lot of the items they use to have. As for example: hot soups to take with you on the go . They have them packaged cold. No clearance section like all the other Sprouts in the area. The snack mix is missing a lot of variety. Their lettuces are dead and not crisp. They are maintaining the watering level at a minimum and it shows. Management needs to up their game.

I usually shop for groceries at the east location. I went to the west location and was disappointed. The store was low on fruit. There were several workers blocking the aisles, making personal phone calls, talking incessantly and again blocking areas where shoppers needed to get items. No one greeted any of the shoppers except the cashier.I will continue to shop at the east location.

I wasnt super impressed, I came here to purchase several items, and discovered that there wasnt a huge selection and the prices were not pocket book friendly. Very limited selection of essential oils.I did find cream of tartar sold by the ounce, and that was nice. Customer service was courteous and friendly, but it is much more expensive than ordering off of Amazon, that is for sure.

Approximately a month ago I was shopping with my girlfriend. When we were on the floor we overheard a manger talking about her employees. Now I love Sprouts but at times the treatment of employees is very off putting. This supervisor/manager was talking about one of her employees in a very derogatory fashion, saying she had to baby him and so on. Like I said I love Sprouts, but is treating and talking about your own staff this way necessary?? Especially around customers on the floor.

Great store. Just as good as whole foods, but much cheaper. Really nice olive bar. Excellent produce at a very reasonable price. Some bring cheaper than anywhere in town.

Awe... man Sprouts if you havent been there go try their sandwiches. Amazingly good well i like them you go be your own judge. But youll love them to i am sure to bet. The price unbelievably not cheap but dont fret they are not expensive yet well worth the price. I am still getting used to the rest of the groceries there but they are growing on me. When they gave their Chocolates like for the holidays those are awesome and so are the pastries.

As a nation wide groceries store franchise, you can find almost anything from North to South. If you are finding for saving deals go to the back end of the store for discount products. Mainly fruits and vegetables are maintain well fresh. Perfect also for a quick snacks for family nights. Enjoy/Provechito!

Sprouts is very well organized so I dont waste time backtracking through the aisles. Produce is my main reason for shopping at Sprouts and I can always count on excellent prices for a large selection of fruits and vegetables, mostly organic.

Use to love this place. It was missing its hot soups and probably packaged for take out if there is. Bc of Covid. The only way they heat it is microwave which defeats the purpose of healthy. They also dont make or sell the Carmelita and didnt see the Irish Soda Bread. Items I really look forward to buying.

I always enjoy the pizzas that I get there they usually always have everything that you would need a grocery store I went to get some seeds to grow for on my suorin and I am doing great this seedlings are now starting to sprout so when I get success on most of these seeds I will post them on the reviews thank you for helping me with all my shopping needs

Came looking for something and asked a girl who looked like she did not want to help us at all and she didn’t. She put in the intercom that we needed help and told us to wait there then walked away and we never got helped. We sat there for a few minutes and realized no one was going to help so we just left. Worst experience we’ve gotten there.Edit: There was also many workers who stood there and one even looked at us but continued doing whatever he was doing.

I normally dont go for hippy food. I still stand by this. However, the chocolate chip cookies in the bakery are exceptional. If you dont mind customers with dreadlocks it is an excellent place to score delicious cookies.

Theyre the only place around here that carries the vitamins my kids like. Really great selection and staff are friendly and helpful.

Love Sprouts from their fresh baked No Suger and with Suger pies, to their fabulous fruits and vegetables which always have something on sale. Healthy is fun at Sprouts.

Love the fact that all their produces are fresh. Good prices and very knowledgeable personnel.

Sprouts has everything I need and all produce, meat, fish, bakery treats, all is fresh. The employees are courteous, very helpful, and attentive. I like the layout of the store and it is easy to maneuver between sections. It is clean and social distancing is enforced and carts are wiped down.

I love this store and I shop here for all of my groceries and some health and beauty products.They have a beautiful produce section and a large variety of the best vegan friendly foods. Their prices are fair, and the store is clean.The only downfall to this store in my opinions, are some of the attitudes of the cashiers. Some of them do not display any friendly customer service skills and appear unhappy in their jobs. However, others are great and polite.

Since Im on the whole food plant-based diet, I like Sprouts, because they have a larger selection of fruits and vegetables than other stores. Also, they have a large selection of dry bulk items. I think they have the best prices in town regarding produce and bulk items. Pre-packaged foods may be higher-priced, unless you get the store brand. and I have found the store brand items to be of good quality. For my son, I can still get meat, dairy, and bakery goods. Theres also a large selection of vitamins and herbs. I just wish the checkout lines were faster.

Love Sprouts and their fresh and beautiful looking fruits and vegetables. Nice selection of food, wine, bulk dried fruit, nuts,beans and flours. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Most items are on sale. They carry a lot of organic items, dietary supplements and vitamins, etc. Love shopping here.

Covid protocols good. Many, formerly open items are now pre-bagged. Only issue was just one cashier and long, slow moving line. Bad for COVID proximity.

I want to support organic food stores other than just Whole Foods in El Paso, but Ive had the same issue at Sprouts repeatedly: food I buy here is often inedibly rotten up to a week before the expiry date! Ive had this issue with raw meat and with produce multiple times, and I cant chalk it up to bad luck when it happens so often. There must be issues in their storage or transport causing this, and I cant come back while this is an issue.

They’re closing is listed as 10pm but I’m never going back after 9pm. They just literally told everyone to leave at about 9:35pn and then played the song Closing Time by Semisonic loudly. When I got to the checkout lane and started putting my groceries on the conveyor belt a manager slid the register closed sign at me and turned away. Thankfully one of the nice young man that worked there brought me to his register to help me. Geez, if you want us out at 9:30pm just make it your closing time.

Have been having so not so good experiences lately. The latest. Rancid coconuts. I am sure that I am not the only one.

Do not purchase fruits you cannot see purchased today some pomegranate and they were rotten from the inside . Samething happened with a watermelon money thrown to the trash. Sprouts I pay for quality .

This place is like a grocery toys r us for me...I wish they had more vegan stuff but what they have is great...no military discounts though. Yesterday all the blackberries on sale in front of the store was molded...I was turned off. The sandwiches are good...classic Italian yummy.

Great selection of organics including tortillas, fruits, nuts, dairy, etc. Service is extraordinary. Checkout with Samantha was a breeze! Carmen bagged my groceries skillfully. Alfred sold me an El Paso Inc. newspaper on my way out. Solid teamwork! Best grocery store in the Southwest USA.

This is the best place to buy groceries period. Their selections are top notch from regular produce to organic they have it all. Love getting meat here when its on sale because you can get top choice organic grass fed beef for relatively cheap prices. The store is somewhat small but they have everthing you need in a grocery store plus many bag your own bulk items. Their only downside is their check out situation. Usually the ratio of open registers to customers is ridicoulsy bad.

Lots of unusual items I like wine, cheese, and fresh fruit.and some of the items you dont find at other stores.

I placed a pick up order and called 2 minutes before arriving the person that answered asked my car make, I live nearby therefore (I was walking with my toddler) they told me my order will be ready, the reason for me placing a pick up drive is to pick it up outside the store, how come do I need to go inside to pick it up? The person was on the phone and had my order in a car in front of the cashiers area so useless.

Best priced supplement store Ive found here in El Paso. They have supplements I couldnt find anywhere else in town.

I love shopping at Sprouts in general and have been to many stores in the Phoenix and Albuquerque areas. This store is generally great (items are usually in stock, store is organized and clean, and there are usually enough employees to help), but these last few times I’ve been there, not so much. I keep hearing there was someone in dairy who walked out and quit and I guess they are in process of finding a replacement, so I do understand those things take time. But in the meantime, please get some stocking help in dairy because the last few times I went, there were a few popular high selling items that you didn’t have available for customers. Unfortunately, they were in the back on a pallet that couldn’t be reached at that time. That’s very inconvenient for customers and not so good for your profit either. 😕 Oh, and customers (including myself) had to bag our own groceries. Cashier Alexander was very nice.
