Worst experience ever. Never recommend to anybody. The staff, they dont even know what they are doing . They dont care at all.

After much research and visiting a couple of other service shops, I trusted my gut and went with Stewart & Stevenson to service the Allison transmission in my Class A motorhome. The service supervisor knew exactly what the job required and answered all of my follow up questions. They also did a radiator flush and checked my suspension. They determined that all was good and that I didn’t require any expensive replacements or work done. Very honest assessment. If you want the job done right, by qualified service technicians, I’d definitely recommend Stewart & Stevenson in El Paso. In addition to the quality of the work performed, the customer service was outstanding! A solid 5 stars!

“LANDSTAR BCO APPROVED”I called Stewart and Stevenson last on my list from Petro, Speedco, Flying J, Cummins and even the dealership.I was given either sky high quotes or an excuse of why it couldn’t be done from all the other guys.I had transmission issues and codes with a great fear of going into the red. Luckily I spoke a gentleman named Pablo at S&S and he advised me to bring it in. My truck a needed transmission filters and fluid changed. These amazing people were able to get me in and out in less than two hours.At every step I was really impressed by the courtesy, professionalism, and respect from the phone call to pulling out of the shop with a smile on my face.I also wanted to mention they charged me the lowest price in town. My hats off toStewart & Stevenson!

Traveling across Texas last fall I found myself in need of some quality repair service and stopped in to Stewart & Stevenson in El Passo. I was unscheduled, but they were able to get me in and diagnose my issue quickly, they were able to source parts and get me back on the road! Their Service writer was a pleasure to work with, these guys are professionals and I highly recommend them.!

Well I don’t understand all the reviews aboveBut personally I had the worst experience ever I would never recommend this shop to anybody unless you want to waste time and nothing done to the rv vehicle taken in for 2 weeks I would be really happy to escalate this to upper level management or corporate but it’s impossible don’t take your vehicle please but if you take in good luck Gabriel

Very happy with service. Technitions and office personal were very professional.Our transmission has over 1.4 million miles. Instead of just saying it had to high of mileage they gave me to obtions which it turned out to be a outside the trans wiring issue. Which they fixed.Very happy with the repair.

The best staff works there. Have never seen so many staff member treat you with such respect and friendliness.

The service here is great. The people are very courteous, everyone we dealt with was very nice, helpful and friendly. They stand behind their work. We had a semi truck worked on here and after they got it fixed, they let it stay there til we could get the driver back there to pick it up, no storage fees.

Excellent customer service and consideration for the out of town drivers. Discounted hotel stay, door to door driver pickup and drop off between shop and hotel. They had my truck ready when stated it would be done. Repair less than quoted! A great overall experience for me.

I went there on Friday they fix my truck I got down the road about 70 miles and problem return I called them and they told me to come back in on Saturday which is a day they are closed. They stayed there Saturday until they got my truck running properly. Johnny is very knowledgeable and hes a mechanic not A-Tech he knows his stuff and I would recommend this place to anybody that has problems in that area. The service manager Manny is very helpful also I ask about a food truck because I hadnt eating anything that morning and when the manager Manny went out to lunch he brought me a burrito back very good people there.

Pablo, Ted and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Service and customer service was excellent. We will definitely be bringing our truck back in the future. Thank you.

Hey, this place does good work and even went over and beyond for us, then my boss tried to cheat them. The manager is a good and gracious man and the staff is friendly and kind. Top notch! Nice lounge too...

Very professional treated me very nicely...found the problem and got me out of there less then half a day....and charged half of what FRIEGHTLINER would of.....will be using these guys again....just ask for pablo....truck runs great!
