The first thing you notice when you walk in this store is the GIA certification near the front, and the 15 certificates lining the wall, from the GIA, AGS, and ASA. So I knew this was a place that knew what they were doing and what to look for. She took care of a ring I had brought in, running more than 3x the normal amount of tests to give me a definite answer as to the value of my ring. Even with all this, everything was done in under 2 weeks, and she took the time to carefully explain everything to me in a way I could understand.
