**would never recommend ** Just traded in two cars for a bigger car (growing family). Was sad to let go of my car, but thought I was getting a better one, yeah I was fully wrong.They claim it had minor damages on the outside what they didnt mention is all the things that are wrong with the inside. Was advertised having a cd DVD player, nope I put a DVD in and theres not a system even in there. Had to spend 1300 to get new tires put on front two because we had dry rotted tires from 2016. We also had a coolant leak and a transmission problem. And that was just after having the car 1 day. I get asked why didnt I take it back to get fixed... yeah if they didnt fix it the first time are they really going to fix it the second and what are they are going to charge me. No thank you. Thank you Sunland park for stressing out a 7 month pregnant woman. Will not return or recommend.
If I could give them no stars I would! If you need your vehicle service I would recommend to take it elsewhere because this place is horrible! I took in my Jeep to fix the computer because one of the module was broken. My jeep ended up coming out in worse condition. I now have an electrical problem with my jeep which I NEVER had before. I had a start engine and alarm system installed off market and it no longer works, I brought it up to one of the representatives and they said it was off market so they wouldn’t be able to touch it, but when I took it in it was working just fine. As far as the electrical issue they said it was completely different, the guy named Ralph didn’t even know that I had taken my jeep in there the previous week to get it fixed by them. He began to tell me that it looked like I had a new computer and it sounded like he was going to blame the issue on that, my mistake was telling him that I got it fixed there and he quickly said it was something else apart from that. I am taking it to get it seen by another mechanic because these people are not trust worthy. The previous mechanic JR never returned my call when it was being serviced by him. I called a couple of times because I was still having issues with the battery THEY replaced, I called like 3 or 4 times and he never returned my call. Once they get paid, they don’t care.If you have the option, take it to another place.
J.R. is by far an amazing consultant and have been specifically going to him everyone Im there with vehicles for maintenance. Highly recommend him from the service team at Sunland and highly recommend Bill Hawkins if on the market to buy as he is amazing at getting me the vehicles when needed and quick deals.

Extremely poor service. Unprofessional. Unnecessarily long wait time.Was told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours and they were working on the vehicle from 930 to 345. Was told at the start it would cost ~135 dollars, Was charged 200. Service person lied when asked why it was taking so long and why we werent being informed on the repairs. (Claimed they had spoken with the person there but had not.)Repairs included fixing a plastic flap that was hanging, fixing a blown headlight, and replacing the horn. They didnt even get to the horn so they took about 6 hours fixing a headlight and small plastic flap.Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning. Go to literally anywhere else, youll probably be treated better.
HelloIm here sharing my experience with the service department, although I hate to complain,i would like for future car owners to be aware of what they diagnose your vehicle with.I took my truck in for air conditioning problems,and well they diagnosedit and found that it needed a new ac duct total price with labor would be 3,800 .so i just payed them 125$ for the diognosis took it for a second opinion and it was not what was wrong with the ac,i payed 320$ and my ac is working like new.so I hope this helps future hard working people not to get robbed have a nice day and god bless
Service Review: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE CASHIER! The people they have at the cashier were very rude and unwelcome. I asked a young man called Luis if he could please explain to me what they were charging me. He made a desperate face. He made me felt that I was bothering him by asking about my invoice. Then, I told him if I can talk to someone else. I just wanted to understand the costs of the services they provided. Then, a woman comes I think her name was Judi. She answered my questions very rudely, fast and inconclusive. I also asked for the vehicle report (the checklist). They wanted me to sign and pay before giving me the report. They gave me the report after the 3rd time I asked them. After reviewing my vehicle report, I had some questions about three items marked as Requires Immediate attention and the advisor was already gone. I sent a text message to my advisor to call me when he was available. My advisor Ernie called me after an hour and he explained everything and answered all my questions. From the whole experience, Ernesto Salinas (the advisor) was the only one that took good care of me and my vehicle.I am not coming back here ever because of the people at the cashier.Time I was there: June, 24 2021 at 12:15 PM
This is the worst place to take your vehicle. They have had it since 5/29 and have made no effort to fix the vehicle.I would advise anyone, to NOT take your vehicle for service here. I would also Advise not to purchase a vehicle from here, they wont and cant fix it.This has been the worst experience ever. I have 122 trucks in my fleet and will never use or recommend Sunland park.

I love coming to Sunland Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They always take care of me. I feel that they are a bit pricey when it comes to their service, but they are very thorough. My service advisor Brian was really helpful and even recommended certain services but didn’t force any service. He was quick and kept me informed. Thanks for keeping my Jeep in tip top shape!
I will not be using this service center again for an oil change. Appointment time was 1400, I got here a half hour early, my truck wasnt even started until after 1600, and I didnt get out of there until after 1700. Three and a half hours wasted for an hours worth of work.Ive used this place for oil changes twice before with similar experiences. Both times I tried to handle the issues in house by informing the management about the incompetence of their scheduling with obviously no success. The only reason that I give them 2 stars is because the service pesonel do a very good job and the place has a fairly comfortable waiting area. The only complaint that I have with them is the apparent overbooking that the scheduling office places on a busy shop.If you dont mind spending a day sitting around waiting on your oil to get change, then I highly recommend this place. On a side note, if you do use them, dont bother scheduling an appointment, they get to the vehicle when they get to it regardless of an appointment time.
I received excellent service from everyone at the shop especially J.R. They are very attentive and do their best to accommodate their customers. I always bring my Jeep to this shop for my oil changes. I have a peace of mind knowing that will take good care of me and my Jeep.

I brought my Wrangler in because of a check engine light.. turned out to be a broken radiator. My service advisor was J.R. and he was great from start to finish. Not only was he able to get the part installed a day sooner than expected, he was able to lower the total cost, saving me time and money! Very happy with the customer service and my Jeep was taken care of.
I dropped off my car, rep said it would be 3 to 4 days to have it looked at, no problem, 3 or 4 days pass and no contact, few more days pass and still nothing, I start texting, left a voicemail or two and nothing, finally after a week I called and demanded to speak with my rep for an update he tells me the problem vaguely and says part is 3 weeks away, what can I do, a few days pass and I have a family emergency and need my car back, call and text rep to get the part number on back order, no answer, next day I actually goto dealership, get the part number and I start calling around, I actually find the part at a dealership down the road, very easy to find, the rep gets the part and my car is fixed within 24 hours, now they charge me non sense fees for my oil change etc. even after this mess. Needless to say it was a terrible experience with horrendous customer service, take your business elsewhere, I chose this dealership over the Eastside because if was closer, big mistake, make the drive and youll be happier I promise
I came. I saw. I conquered. Got the whip I wanted in minutes, no stress, no hassle, just a guy getting a new car. The staff was attentive to my questions and concerns and did an overall good job in getting me behind the seat of my car. I would recommend taking the time to see this place and seeking out a car here. No, you don’t need to buy right away, but seek them out, they are ready to help!
While the staff was very friendly, it was a battle to get updates from the service department. I left my vehicle with them twice for the same issue. After delays for parts, being kept on hold for 20+ minutes (on average) waiting to reach a representative, and the work taking days longer than initially communicated, my wife and I were left borrowing rides and renting cars, further compounding the financial/logistical troubles this situation caused. The issue remains unresolved and I am now struggling to find a solution.In fairness to the dealership, they did offer a slight discount for the second attempt at fixing the issue, but in the end, I am still dealing with a mechanical problem in my vehicle and a continually climbing credit card statement.
Originally thought it was a good purchase, 2012 Ford F-150. After about a year of owning it, no engine problems BUT you can clearly tell that the side door was repainted, but you can only see it against the light, youll see the contrast, wasnt told about this. The bed door, paint is now chipping off, can clearly tell it used to be a red bed door. Disappointed, wouldve rather go with a car from the Alameda for repainted stuff. Cant speak to brand new vehicles but this one, 2012, was told no body work, etc. false.... I wouldve even been fine if they told me that there was body work done or replaced. There is more than one place where they re-painted and now its chipping off and showing off the old part color. Good motor though, no issues there.
Terrible service department. Called on a Monday to schedule for Warrenty work. Asked when first available appointment was, was offered Tuesday at 9:30, so I accepted that. Took vehicle in at 8:00 and was told “we are really backed up. I don’t know if it will get looked at today. I will call you later this evening.” As I left, service tech said something like “I’lol call you tomorrow.” Needless to say, no call on Tuesday. I called the Service Department on Wednesday at 5:30 to check (after 8 minute wait, service tech finally talked to me). Told me that I was to remember they were really backed up and vehicle hadn’t even been looked at to be diagnosed yet.Bottom Line: if your shop is backed up, you need to put a hold on taking new appointments. My Jeep is being held hostage by Sundland Park Dodge-Ram-Jeep.No Communications and when I bought this car, they bragged how the service department was better and under new management (no changes that I can see since 2015 and I have gotten 3 vehicles there).

They afre curt, unorganized and no one knows what the other person is doing. If you set an appointment they do not keeep it and then move it out to another day. No one calls you...you have to call yourself to get that delay information. I had to go to then as it was a warranty need....NEVER AGAIN

So, in total I waited roughly 8 hours for a service and brakes. While that was a tad bit frustrating, I can recommend coming here because of the stellar customer service of JR. Good, solid communication throughout the experience strove for a solid transaction throughout the service. Would highly recommend.

First nobody called me when my part had arrived and I waited 2 months until I called.. 2nd I told them to fix the seals on my windows and they left them exactly the same. My tailgate isn’t working properly now and I am afraid to take my truck because I don’t have 2 months to waste..
Alan Hernandez is a great sales rep! We had been to several agencies throughout El Paso and we had a hard timing finding someone who was as dedicated and willing to sell as Alan. He was friendly and was very helpful to get us a good deal. Hard to believe that in a commission based business it’s hard to find someone who wants to sell. Ive been having issues with representation, since purchasing my 2021 Daytona. My finance manager had added extended warranty without my acknowledgement. I ended up paying 3k more than i was expecting. I didnt find out for about a week.. because i was promised a receipt within 3 days. I never received my receipt. I had to go down there myself to request it. I found out that my down payment never deducted the amount i signed at because extended warranty was added to make up for what I put down (3k). I had to go back to cancel, but Felipe, my finance manager, let me know i couldnt cancel for 6 months or until i refinanced. I ended up finding out that i was able to cancel after 45 days by my sales representative Jorge. This was also false by what Luis, the main manager told me. I was reassured to comeback and cancel my warranty. I finally went back with Felipe who refused to cancel my warranty, but I told him that i wasnt leaving until it was canceled. He ended up giving me paperwork to sign. He told me to wait 4-6 weeks before i received my refund. It has been two months!! I found out that he no longer works there. I guarantee he never filed to cancel my warranty because i know they make money off me having it. I wasnt even offered gap, which i wouldve wanted.. but Im more upset knowing he sneaked in the warranty. I havent been able to get a hold of a finance manager for an update either. I was told this company was great, and Ive been let down since they got their money for the car i purchased. Not only was I interested in a vehicle in the future, my younger brother wanted to get himself a scatpack as well. He isnt too fawn of getting one here because of the runaround Ive been given. Very unsatisfying!!
Service review: Very disorganized and mismanaged. When arriving for my appointment, no service advisors, or anyone at all, were there to greet and help customers as they arrived. As I arrived, there was a woman already looking around for someone to help her. I had to go to the cashier to ask where any service advisors were. They seemed irritated with the service department, leading me to believe this happens often. Same thing when I was notified my vehicle was finished; people were arriving and looking around for these service advisors to help them while one was sitting in his office, chatting with other employees. Service management needs to start managing. There is an entire empty section where the accessories shop used to be that can be used as an actual service department where customers can walk in and be helped immediately instead of pulling into the back and having to search out employees. Also, vehicle was not even washed as is done pretty much everywhere. Very poor experience and do not recommend.

Worst experience dealing with service department, second time scheduling a routine maintenance on my vehicle and both time told it would be more than a 5 hours wait. Then why have appointments. Will never do business or allow friends and family to buy a vehicle here. Look somewhere else.
My issue is with the GM of this place. I’m not just a one time customer there either I’ve bought about 8 or 10 vehicles there and almost my whole family has purchased there as well. The sales department is great no issues. I recently bought a brand new 2021 Ram Laramie 1500 and after 3 weeks of owning it, it developed a Key Fob Not Found issue. It left me stranded in Las Cruces, NM so I had it taken to Viva Chrysler Jeep Ram Service dept because I have lost faith and have had terrible service at the service department at Sunland. It has been at Viva Service department since March 19, 2021 and I even had to make my first payment without having my truck. All the while Viva is doing their best working with Ram Technical support and I call and leave 3 voicemails with Ivan the General Manager at Sunland and I get no answer directly from him just a message he’ll contact me through my salesman. Today is April 16, 2021 and I have yet to speak from him. From my understanding and from his message he refuses to help or lift a finger to call Ram for me because I had the truck taken to Viva and not his service department (little does he know that he has issues at his service department). Ram customer service also leaves a lot to be desired as well as they don’t proactively follow up when they should. Needless to say I am terribly dissapointed in Ram and Sunland Park top management they really showed true colors and don’t appreciate repeat customers! I will pursue and continue to push for the buyback or replacement on April 19, 2021 when my truck has 30 consecutive days in the service dept!
Friendly service. Oil change was quick.Gonna be honest. Placed difficult parameters on the dealership by trading in a vehicle with 20 - 25 k negative equity and wanted a payment of $720 - $800.They definitely came close. Lucas is a great sales associate. Friendly and takes his time. Knows how to mix in regular conversation with business talk. If we could’ve only come closer. Heck, if $830 and GAP included would’ve been offered I would have been sold. These guys will give it their all. I commend them for theyIr effort.
I cannot thank enough both Carlos Pineda and Bill Hawkins for their time, professionalism and customer service focus. It took a tag-team to answer all of my questions...but in the end, I am so very appreciative of their tolerance of me to see this purchase through. WITHOUT A DOUBT...they have my continued business as long as I’m in El Paso. My experience with dealerships is they see Soldiers as transitional, not as enduring members of the community and potential repeat customers. Not these two! From the parking lot, to the showroom and maintenance bays, I was granted access to the entire complex and felt extremely valued. Five star treatment!

I am not in the business of bashing anyone but I feel someone has to know. I brought my car in for a few reasons, park light notification (it was working at the time), trunk latch and just a good inspection. Notice I did not mention my turn signals as they were working fine. After looking at my car, I was quoted for a Serpentine belt, a socket for the park light and the trunk among a few other things. I decided to go with some regular maintenance and the belt. When my car was returned to me the turn signals were out. It was late so I decided to come back the following day. On Saturday I explain this to a different gentlemen as the person that helped me was off. He tells me they are very busy and I can leave my car if I want. I decided to wait to talk to the first person that helped me. Finally after the holiday i go back just to get my issue taken care of and instead I get another estimate but this time on the sockets for the turn signals. The turn signals that worked without a problem before I went in. All I am asking is that they fix what they broke. I dont feel as if I should have to pay to fix something that was working fine to begin with. Am I crazy?
Service provider service was great. However the work performed is low quality. The service that my vehicle required was a simple oil and oil filter change. Upon completion of the service my vehicle was parked outside. I did a walk around the vehicle and found oil had been spilled on my drivers side door and front fender. It was not even wiped down. Oil was still physically dripping down the side. I mentioned it to my service provider and he wiped it down. At least he tried to right the wrong. After that I opened the hood and inspected my engine bay. The technician had also spilled oil on my engine! I once again told the service provider and he washed the engine. This is why I only gave a ONE star. Now if you are reading this you may think...this does not sound like a big deal. However I would reply with. I just bought this car three months ago.
I purchased a car from here not to long ago, and it has since been sold. I have tried emailing and calling constantly to get ahold of a finance manger to cancel the extended warranty on the car. But none can be bothered to answer there email or phones. Talk about poor customer service.

Needed a hole in my tire patched. I have the platinum protection plan on my jeep gladiator. I was seen quickly, was able to explain what i needed done,and checked out over all with my truck. They took it in b as even though i was behind others in line for their vehicles to be seen,i was only there for maybe 2 hours.

I ended up there because a former salesman recommended me to go there after a salesman at carmax treated me like trash, anyway Javier Ochoa contacted me and helped me every step of the way, showed me whatever I wanted and suggested a couple of good options based on what I was looking for, him and Felipe the finance manager worked with me and in a matter of an hour and a half I was out the door with the perfect car. I will definitely recommend Javier and Felipe to anyone.

Worst service experience I ever had. The named J.R took him more than 2 months to replace my viper engine, brakes, and rotors. And he failed to give me the date to pick up my car for the whole time till the day of pick up lolz. The sad part, when I got the car back, found they messed up the hood paint with multiple chips on it. When I asked J.R about it, he said it was there already. went to see the manager at the place, and he wasnt there. I told J.R to let the manager call me back. and havent got any responses for days. if you ever had to drop your car in this unprofessional place, just take 100 pics of your car before you do. I thought I can trust viper tech, but these people are so unprofessional that it seems the last thing they care is costumer satisfaction.
Jorge Salmon is a great sales agent. He did everything to ensure I was happy with my choice of vehicle. Excellent customer service and even helped me find insurance at a great rate! Definitely recommend this dealership! Staff is also warm and welcoming!
Oil change, tire rotation, and repair of AC distribution system was performed as expected. However, service representative Ralph (?) responded to none of my calls to tell him the location of the locking lug nut socket to facilitate tire rotation. He also failed to call me to get clearance for repairs. I physically went to dealership to inquire after receiving no return calls. As a result, completion of the service was delayed. Finally, the person staffing the cashier office fumbled-fingered the credit card entry and charged me $14,100 over the repair cost, and then processed a refund rather than voiding the sale. Perhaps the pandemic shutdown is making staff work out of their regular assignments, but customer service could be improved.
I have always had a great experience at this place, whether it was buying a vehicle or bringing my vehicle in for service. Great service, friendly people, and they treat you like a person. Bill Hawkins is a great salesman and friend and Ralph Garica is a top notch service manager. Keep up the good work!!
Most horrible experience ever. so, just to see the attitude in the all departments, walked through every one.... theyre all asleep. they certainly do not care about their customers... at all
I had my first service experience with Sunland Park Jeep and was very impressed with the professional attitude and service from Service Rep Rafael. My vehicle was promised to be done with service in an hour to hour in a half and to my surprise was ready in 30 minutes! This dealership by far is the best so far that Ive had to deal with with any of my previous vehicles.

I went to fix my car for a gas smell coming the front of the vehicle car was fixed with no problems. One the techs that his name is Diego was wonderful very knowledgeable on what he does...very impressed!
Worst car service ever. I have been to different car services and this takes the Cake for being the worse. Shuttle service is limited. Mechanic are super slow and service overcharge . I had an appointment at 830 and I came in early schedule for oil change service started started at 1000 2 hrs after scheduled appointment service supposed to finish in 2 hours. Still waiting for 3 hours plus. I advise not to take your cars here for service at all. I would recommend private mechanic that is Alfa Romeo certified.

ZERO STAR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.worst experience.Buying 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X, trading in a 2016 Mazda 6, with $3,000 downMy situation was i have a co-signer in NYC, deal went through and was told that the MANAGER will send the paper work to my co-signer with a RETURN ENVELOPE AND RETURN LABEL,It got to NYC with NO RETURN ENVELOPE AND RETURN LABEL. So my co-signer had to go to UPS and PAY 2DAY SHIPPING costing $37.BUT... UPS lost the package, now the bank told the manager they dont want my business anymore so the Manager called me on Wednesday August 12 2020 and said we have to return the Jeep, which we did on the same day. They have ask me for my Info so they can refund my $3,000 down. But they have told me itll be ready the next day. NOPE, wasnt ready, then i was told itll be ready on Saturday Aug 15 2020, NOPE WAS NOT READY, was told again ill get my refund on MONDAY which is today Aug 17 2020. AND NOPE NOREFUND. was told tomorrow, i told them you guy had the Jeep back and you still holding my money? The MANAGER JEREMY hanged up the phone on me... THIS DEALER BLOWS. They better have my money ready, or i will cause a situation they do not wanna be in. Not a threah, its a PROMISE.
This place sold a vehicle that was filthy inside and it smells horrible! didn’t have a spare or the piece that covers the spare and would not come down on the price. Told us to bring it back in for detail and new brakes and they did not detail ANYTHING now I have to put my kids in the disgusting smelling and looking car because they lied to me
