I went with the chili limon apple, this flavor is not for everyone but I liked it.

Great little chocolate shop to stop while youre walking The Fountains in El Paso. The employees are always so kind and patient. We always stop in for our favorite caramel/chocolate apple, delicious chocolate turtles, truffles, and caramel squares. Try the coffee truffles - theyre yummers! There are a few tables to sit outside and enjoy your treats. Or you can take an open spot in one of the green (fake) grassy areas and eat them there. Maybe hit up a bench by a fountain too!

For the price it was okay. I honestly expected to be blown away, but I come from the northeast where fudge is made on boardwalks and craftsmanship is highly appreciated. It was my own fault for hyping the place up within myself. It is good, just not great.

This place is clean, Covid precautions are enforced. They allow only one customer to enter or two if you are a couple. My only concern was that they dont give samples of the chocolates.

Horrible customer service. The girl there today was in a very bad mood and looked annoyed. There’s was a conflict with another customer and she didn’t not even try to fix the situation. Chocolate Factory should hire people with great customer service skills. Too bad I’m not going back. She ruined my evening.

Paid for 3 apples, got all the way home by fabens, and the cashier only put 2 apples in the bags!!!!!! Never going back!!!!! So ridiculous!!! Pay that much for apples and then dont even bag them, and way to far to drive back!!!! Pay attention and check everything at the fountains at farah location!!!

Had the best experience at rocky mountain chocolate factory, Chris Euzarrago gave the best customer service, he was very helpful and made sure we walked out super happy!!! I definitely will be going back with his great service. Also the apples are delicious!! Your company definitely has a great employee.

My husband and I always go there on Valentines day and our wedding anniversary. We LOVE their chocolate covered cheesecake, it never disappoints! Its chocolate is unbelievable delicious, I especially love their mint truffles ... Im a big fan of this place ❤🍫

In the midst of an international pandemic, the lady charging everyone out keeps removing her mask to talk to the customers. She also keeps touching her face with her gloves after handling currency...the employee handling the chocolates in the back is not even wearing his mask at all...

This is a delicious place to stop for chocolate covered apples and other chocolate treats. The walnut apple is one of the best. And also have apples covered on tamarindo. Located in the fountains of Farah you can buy an apple and enjoy the evening walking around the courtyard.

Very poor customer service, would not let 2 out of town customers taste anything. Asked for a slice of frozen dipped cheesecake and she brought out room temp slice the size of a banana. Im sorry, but I will no pay $8.95 for that.I will go to the outlets from NOW on

Love chocolate great place

Best chocolate in the region! Their selection is very wide since they have nuts, gummies, fruit, cookies, creme etc...covered in chocolate and decorated with chocolate. These are luxurious chocolate and its only high-quality so do expect to pay for that but its worth every single cent. Employees are very courteous and also concerned on keeping the chocolate adequate temperature. Do consider this for gifts because it will always put a smile on anybodys face!

On Sunday I purchased some chocolate peanut butter cups in a packageThis was at one of you franchise locations in El Paso TexasI paid $11.99 plus taxWell today I took them to work so I could share them with friends. Well as we opened a few they were rotten.I took them back and I was told that I could exchange them for something that was in the store. I was disappointed to learn that I couldn’t just get my money back and even more disappointed to find that 4 small truffles are just as expensive as a whole box of chocolate.I just want to point out that makes your truffles over $3 dollars each and thus far my only experience with your products is spoiled chocolate. I have a had time justifying the cost of your products.

Used to love this place because I could always get my rice krispy treats here, and they would always be huge and PERFECTLY made.... idk what happened, but thats not the case anymore. The portion is more than half of what it used to be for about the same price! 😒😩
