The delivery driver is terrible, I sat home when the tracker said my order left the store “out for delivery” then an hour later the tracker said “arranging order” I called the store to be informed nobody answered the door when the couch is literally by the door. They also did not call, the woman at the store said they usually don’t. This is terrible and stated a re delivery could be made tomorrow. If I wanted thr order for Tuesday thats when I would’ve ordered it for???!!

Marylou at an El Paso, TX location provided terrible customer svc. She was rude, extremely condescending, so much so that she accentuated her name when I asked for it pretty much daring me to complain.Good thing you’re a huge company and losing my business is laughable.

Terrible experience. Supposedly the delivery driver couldn’t find the house so he called the individual on the receiving end and gave away the surprise. 30 min had gone bye since the surprise was already ruined called and asked if delivered apprantly the delivery driver just said screw it and went back to the store. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN ! Thanks for ruining my anniversary!

Ordered 12 ct chocolate strawberries from their store website for mothers day. They had it shipped from AZ. I got them 4 days late and they were all melted. I called them and they told me to call corporate if I want my money back. Corporate doesn;t answer, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I got confirmation that my order was delivered and it wasnt. I called and was told there was an error but that my order was out for delivery. It never came. Im just looking for a refund at this point. Ill take my 90 dollars and buy a Fathers Day gift that will actually show up. What a disappointment.

I only gave one star because I HAD no other choice! I called because I was unaware you had to pre order, which is totally fine and understandable. However, the lady who answered my call on 4/7 around 9:30am was completely rude and not helpful at all. I own several small businesses locally and I will definitely be telling everyone I know not to come here due to the poor and RUDE service I experienced. Her tone was condescending and she was zero help. It was evident she was bothered to even take the call. I’ll happily drive out of my way 30 mins to the other location for better service!

I was reluctant from purchasing a arrangement from this store due to the reviews but went ahead and ordered since the location I had previous gone to back in California was amazing. Glad I did because the arrangement was delivered same day on time and it was awesome! Thank you so much for the great work! Did not disappoint!

I live in KS and ordered online. I called the store to check the status of my order and the employee was extremely kind and helpful. The strawberries, per my mother, were very large and sweet. She loved them. They made for a great gift.

I placed an order a week in advance for Valentine’s Day. They called and said they couldn’t deliver due to bad weather but would deliver the following day which is understandable. The package never got there the following day. I didn’t care when the package got to my home but I cared that I was lied to. This business has very poor management. Their mailbox isn’t even setup correctly to take voicemails. They tried to give me the sorry excuse that the weather conditions were still bad but I drove from El Paso, TX to NM for work which ended up being an hour drive. I would recommend everyone files a complaint with corporate so this location gets new management or removed completely.

Don’t offer delivery unless it’s in advance...understandable. But for their day to day items like smoothies and fruit salads it’s in store pick up only, they don’t allow delivery companies to deliver like Uber eats, postmates, etc.Very inconvenient.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order a week ahead of Valentine’s Day for an arrangement for my children. 734 at night and still no order. Store never answered their phones. Corporate wouldn’t help. My kids are now in bed and I didn’t get my order. At this point I just want my money refunded. I even notified them the order was for my kids. So way to ruin a holiday for my children. Never again will I do business with you all.

Mother’s Day disasterMy 11 year old niece ordered a $50 arrangement for Mother’s Day which landed on a Sunday. She received an Email informing her that it would be delivered on Monday due to high demand. On Mother’s Day she called edible arrangements on Lee Trevino about the status of her order for Monday. Edible arrangements informed her that they had withdrawn the money and that she could pick up the arrangement on Wednesday if she wanted.Monday I decided to drive my niece to edible arrangements to cancel the order and retrieve her money. I showed up at 4:40 pm. An individual was waiting in front of the edible arrangements door. He was holding a large box with the words edible arrangements on it. He was very upset and was banging on the door very loudly because the office was closed. I asked him if anything was wrong with his arrangement. He told me that the chocolates were all melted and the order was not his. I looked inside the box and it was not very presentable. I called the edible arrangements number that was posted on the door many times and nobody answered my phone call.An apology from this location is not warranted because apologies are valid When a problem arises. They tried to take my nieces money without calling her and informing her if it’s ok to deliver the arrangement after the scheduled time. Furthermore they closed the office early and did not answer any phone calls.At this point I don’t trust the food preparation due to the way they treat customers and their deceptive business practices.

Very poor customer service. They were unable to deliver fruit arrangement on my preferred time. Glad I picked it up since my message and names were all misspelled; even after I spelled everything out for them. Will never buy from them again!

After reading the reviews I was concerned that I would not get good service or fresh fruit, and this was a huge concern considering I placed an order from another state and therefore could not go in myself if there was an issue. I took a chance, since I really wanted to send an arrangement to my brother for his anniversary, and so I placed an order anyway. Everything turned out great!! Fruit was good and there were no complaints from the receiving party. If the occasion arises again for an arrangement I will definitely order from here again!

Saw a commercial on TV that they were now offering their new delicious fresh fruit shakes and single serve fruit pops dipped in chocolate. I think it should specify participating locations only Was going after church to get us all a refreshing shake and some fresh fruit. This location doesnt offer that. So the hubby and kids were super disappointed.

Ordered an arrangement for a dear friend for her birthday. The fruit was not sweet at all. I called the company the next day to let them know the fruit was not sweet. A representative got my name and number and said the manager would call me back. No one ever called me back. I will never ever order another arrangememt fron this company again! This was the second time I ordered from themand the fruit was not sweet!!

Two years in a row and they seem not to be able to deliver on time. The only way is picking up your self and delivering yourself. Never had that problem with Sharis Berries and theyre out of town.

This review is more with customer service than the taste of the arrangement. I had picked up my order and when I took it to my car, my car battery had died. I had went inside to ask for a jump, since I needed to get this arrangement to a event at a school. The manager did not wish to help me. The woman in the front was polite and apologized but knowing Im taking an arrangement from them and not be willing to help with a simple turn of an ignition was upsetting. And for that will never give my business to them again.

This has got to be the worst place ever to send someone an edible arrangement. The entire corporation is very unprofessional. I ordered my mother an arrangement for Mothers Day and edible arrangements did not hesitate to take the money out of my account the same day but here we are 4 days later and my mother still hasnt received an arrangement as promised....Consumers beware!!!! Dont waste your time and money going thru edible arrangements. They only care about making money and not about the customer.

Placed an order to surprise my mom with a get well fruit arrangement and balloons because she had leg surgery and is wheelchair bound. I received a call yesterday that they could not deliver successfully because no one answered the door (my mom is wheelchair bound and they didnt announce they were with edible arrangements instead they just said its Jerry which ended up scaring my mom because she was home alone while her bf has gone to the store). So they left me a msg that redelivery would be attempted today. I informed my mom and asked her to call the store for any questions. She was told they were delivering around 1... Mind you this store is located a few blocks away from where she lives on the same freaking street. She did not receive her delivery until 647pm. Before receiving her delivery I had called the store myself and spoke with the mgr to inquire status. She was beyond rude, did not offer any apologies for the extensive delay, told me they had 7 whole deliveries today which apparently took over 6 hrs to complete and that the driver was on the Northeast and my moms would be next. I asked how she knew that since not once did she ask for my name or my moms. She claimed I called earlier and I said no I did not. I asked if she normally approached these situations in this manner? She stated no. So I pointed out OK so just in this particular case you decided to lack customer service and professionalism, thank you for that then hung up. I will never use them again if each experience is this ridiculous. I filed a complaint with corporate and supposedly I will be contacted within 48hrs.... Well see.

My husband got me these strawberries as a surprise today. He gets me an edible arrangement every year because he knows theyre my favorite. I am visiting El paso tx so he ordered it and had them delivered to me. The gentlemen who came by was very nice. However these are the worst dilapidated strawberries I have ever seen. Very small, yellow and very much lacked in presentation. The presentation should be at the forefront of this company considering its edible arrangement . If this was my company I would pride myself on what everything looks like before it leaves the store. So sad and such a waste of money here. Was afraid to eat them as they appeared sickly.

Terrible customer service! I placed an order to be delivered to my best friend to cheer her up after a really awful week. She wasn’t home when EA wanted to deliver them, and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude about having to deliver at a different time. I wanted to brighten my friend’s day, not cause her frustration by having to deal with a rude employee, especially over something as simple as a changed delivery time. I can’t believe this was even as issue. won’t order from this location again.

I received a phone call from this pick up location to let me know my order will be ready for pick up on a different day I had order it for or they can void it because they had taken too many orders and had no time to make mine!! Susans branch manager demeanor was so insulting and insensitive with the situation telling me I could send someone to pick up an order but it wouldnt be ready because she had new team members that were not trained properly to do their job. Manager was giving me descriptions for an order with 4 arrangements when I had only ordered 2 clearly they had the wrong person on the phone thats when she went from telling me my order wouldnt be available to you can pick up at 12. Website never indicated the location I used was unavailable to take orders for same day pick up I spoke to someone to confirm my order went through and they mentioned nothing as far as not being able to have my order ready. This experience has left a horrible taste in my mouth, wont order here anymore! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I tried to place a order 2 days in a row for a delivery off rojas not to far from their location. I tried yesterday at 2:30 and they said their delivery truck was out, they don’t take orders after 2. I tried today at 12 and again too busy to take an order. Didn’t even ask if tomorrow would work....

Most disgusting strawberries Ive ever seen in my life. No one in their right mind would eat them. I tried calling 5 times and no one answered. Went to the store the next day to get a refund and told the worker that the strawberries were all rotten and she didnt even bother to check them because she probably knew the trash they send out.

Was a previous employee of this company I was hired through a temp agency to work there during Mothers Day. Look at the arrangements online is extremely different to what you actually receive this company cares more about quantity vs quality theyre in a rush to make as much money as possible and they dont really care if the arrangement comes out looking nice. I would never buy one of these for my family members. They do receive their fruit daily but most of the fruit tends to sit there for a few days and ends up either getting moldy or taste sour. They also state that they have organic fruit but they use all the same fruit for all the arrangements and its washed in some kind of produce chemical solution. And all of the food is pretty much dipped in the same chocolate or the entire day or until the chocolate from that bucket Runs Out or gets really nasty. I also noticed that during Mothers Day it seems like the taken way too many orders that they are unable to fill and sometimes they have to inform the customers that the arrangements going to be delivered at a later date . The permanent workers are able to make very nice Arrangements as if shown me from when I received my training however during Mothers Day for example since there are so many orders the chocolate tends to drip off of the pineapples or the strawberries and it looks like a child Swizzle the strawberries .The permanent workers at this location also like to pick on the temp workers and are very rude and not to mention they like to pick fights with each other and the work environment is just extremely hostile. This job also only pays minimum wage and its not worth the headache that you go through so if youre coming from a temp agency like I did I would have them move you to a different job I would not work for this company they definitely dont appreciate your work and they severely mistreat their temporary workers.

Very disappointed, I placed two separate orders and was charged delivery fee when promotion stated delivery on certain day was free. I called the store and they told me I could not be reimbursed even though it was an online charge error. I paid additionally to have more balloons delivered to my wifes office and one balloon arrive half deflated. to make Matters worse upon unwrapping the fruit one section of the strawberries had began to rot and were semi covered with mold. I was very embarrassed. first and last time I order from here, I do not recommend.

It truly takes a lot for me to write a bad review. But this was just a horrible experience! I wanted to order a bouquet for Valentines Day for my girl. I know its a busy holiday so I called in advance to ask if they still had openings to deliver that day. I was told they would continue delivery that day until complete regardless of hours of operation, so I was set! I ordered my gift and my girl kept her phone on her because I specifically gave instructions to call her upon arrival. Nothing.. I called the store around 6pm and I was told by the front desk my bouquet was pending delivery meaning it was in a truck and driving around. So my girl sat at home the second part of the day waiting and excited for her gift. 9:30pm..still No delivery. I called the following day around noon explaining my frustrations of her waiting all night. The front desk apologized and stated they were extremely backed up. But it would be delivered today if it was not done on Valentines Day. My concern of course now being day old fruit. I was told that it would be ok, any bouquet not delivered is disposed of and re-created for the following day. Ok.. So when will it get delivered? I asked.. the response being its currently pending delivery so the delivery guy should be here shortly to take it with the next load, it will go out today. Im sure you understand my growth in anger by now. So I ranted about the pending deliver for a while and she reassured me it would be done today. Ok.. so we waited. and waited.. and waited. No delivery. Now, Im currently deployed, or I simply would have picked it up my damn self. I called the following day (day three) and asked to speak to the manager. Vicky apologized for everything and offered to deliver the bouquet herself and equal amount store credit for a future delivery I can promise you will be there on time was her response. My girl gets home late.. around 7:30 pm give or take depending on her day. She said she leaves last everyday being the manager and would deliver it at 7:30pm. So now I play the waiting game with you? Again, I have to schedule her day around you?! NOPE! No offer to drop off in her office. She speaks with the same confidence as her front desk. I promise it will be there ..all I had to hear next was that it would be pending delivery. I told her that her staff speaks just like her, with promises and reassurance and no results. I was done and wanted my money back. I got refunded three days later (today). Not my way of conducting business. I should not have to put this much effort as a customer.

Garbage service. Made an order for my wife and they did not deliver on the date. My wife had to go pickup her surprise gift the following day and when she got there they couldnt find the order. They re made the fruit basket and did not include the baloon for which I paid 12 dollars. I made a complaint to Corporate and they said someone from the store would contact me within 48hrs. Its been now 3 days and no word from them.Way to ruin an Anniversary celebration!*edit... After a year i am still waiting for a call from corporate .

I was put on hold not once, but twice in a row on the same call without given a chance to talk or ask a question at all. All I needed to ask was whether I had to order an arrangement or if I could show up and just pick one up. After a 15 minute hold, I hung up. Terrible customer service.

I did it online because I know that the product is good and nothing punctual to arrive I asked for it 4 days before for today at 11 am and it is 4 oclock and I still do not speak again and the lady tells me I do not know what time I get there wait for her 😵😵😵😵
