Great service, love these guys, Ive gotten about 5 screens replaced on various phones. My problem is a dont like the bulky phone cases so eventually Ill drop my phone and the screen cracks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Came here yesterday to get my phone screen fix. They didn’t have the part in so they called to order (They have overnight shipments). Came back and within 40mins my phone looks brand new. Great customer service, super helpful and answered all my questions with confidence.

Had my phone fixed in Feb and was out of town for work when it went back out less than a month later. Went to the store and was told it was not covered under warranty, which would have been fine except the customer service was TERRIBLE. I was conversing with another employee and the gentleman who was putting my screen back on so I could leave asked me to “calm down” despite the fact that no one was being unruly. I informed him no one was acting out of line and he agreed with me. I sat there quietly waiting for my device and let them know I was going to leave a review about my experience. I left a Facebook review and the owner responded like he wanted to rectify the situation at hand but then proceeded to argue with me. To just further show the lack of customer service skills and apparently it starts at the top with this company. He posted 2 different photos of devices that weren’t mine to “prove I was wrong”. I posted a photo showing my device was neither of the photos he posted. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I was asking for nothing in return from them except for a little bit of decency when telling someone it isn’t covered. The guy was extremely rude and then the owner on Facebook was even worse.

Dont recommend this place. Went in for a New charging port. Preordered the port. When i got there they said they didnt receive my port yet, but would put a port in that had a broken mic until mine came in. I said no i wanted my part that i ordered. Then The employee acted as if he found my part. So he replaced it. Went home my mic did not work. Took a week of going back and forth getting the run around. Waiting for new part. Them blaming the manufacturers then telling me they needed the original mic which they threw out. But didnt want to give me a refund when they guaranteed their work . wanted me to give them back the port they gave me and leave me with nothing to get a full refund. They messed up my mic and the volume buttons. Worst place ever. Dont trust them owner does not stand behind his employees work. Sorry it went down that way really. I really tried to be cool the whole time. But owner went personal and told me he hopes i dont go around trying to get other places to give me a refund for work they do Really? So professional. His employee had more class sheesh.

I’m really sad cuz I was struggling with my battery I went and change the battery now my speaker and my camera is not working I can only do messages I work all day I haven’t time to come back but Why do I have to pay to repair my camera and speaker when everything was fine in the first place.... plus they supposed to send me a receipt to my phone number they never did

Great customer service and professional. They managed to help me fix my camera on my phone at a reasonable price. No other place was willing to fix it and when they did their price was ridiculously over priced. They were very careful with handling my phone and fixed it. After they fixed it, few days later my phone had a glitch took it right back and did an awesome job on fixing that as well. They were very greatful for my service. They will now be my go to people when it comes to fixing my cell phones or tablets.

My experience of this business has been fantastic! They were very communicative, and when I had a iOS issue they did not hesitate to get me the product that I needed and to do so in a timely manner! And on top of it gave me a very good deal and I could not be more grateful for them! The customer service people there were so respectful and pleasant and communicative and had personality, and they just really did a great job and made me feel welcome made me feel like even though I had an issue that I was needing resolved, never once did I feel like I was a burden or that they were done with me because the sale had been made. Very very poor quality, went in to get an Apple Watch screen protector and they kept messing up, once fixed no more than 10 min later there was a bunch of bubbles in the screen. And plus while I was there 2 costumers came in with complaints that their screens / back camera had not been fixed right and where having trouble. Do not recommend going to this place.

Dropped my phone off to get the screen fixed picked it up with a broken battery and glue all over the side of my NEW screen wasn’t even the correct screen. Just trying to get money out of you DO NOT GO HERE.

Did have a bit of an issue but it was resolved to my satisfaction.

I took my phone here to repair the screen only everything else was perfectly fine. They charge me $184 to fix it.. I payed and come back to the phone broken from the back! AND the lcd is magically broken too! The back was fixed but REFUSED TO FIX THE LCD. Now the phone is useless unless I pay more to fix It. Dont trust these people with your phone they only want to take your money!! I want to go ahead and add i took it two weeks ago and now that i did take it to another place to check and told me the hit would have been from the top left corner and days ago. That is exactly where my phone was broken when they returned to me. They will find any exuse to find their way out of it. On top of that the girls who are attending customers will be doing her makeup as if they were home. Very unprofessional..Once again DONT TRUST THEM

Got my iPhone 11 screen fixed here and now all of a sudden I have a dead spot. I paid over 300 dollars to have it fixed and they promised a “guarantee” to fix it if anything went wrong. I bring the dead spot up and now it’s not something they don’t cover? Like make it make sense. Don’t even bother going here. Too expensive. Just wait and go with Apple if you have the chance. It’s not worth it to even trust these people. SCAMMERS.

I had a cracked back on my oneplus 7 pro, and they were able to replace it (they even had the blue back, which Is hard to find) my phone looks like new and it really wasnt that expensive. Also they replaced the battery on my s9 plus.Definitely going back if I ever have a problem with any of my phones.

Took my daughters iPhone 7plus there to get fixed once, it would not turn on and screen was not responsive to anything and within about 30 minutes we go back and my daughters phone is like new. Horrible place!! I took my Apple Watch on Wednesday morning to get it repaired & the guy told me to go back around 5pm that they’ll have it ready. I went back and the manager told me that for Apple Watches it usually takes over night & to go on Thursday around 5pm that it’ll be ready. I went back on Thursday and nope not ready the guy said he was trying to reach to me but they didn’t get my contact information which I thought it was weird I was mad because I had already gone 3 times and nothing yet he said he’ll refund me $30 for the inconvenience and that it’ll be ready on Friday. I went on Friday and nothing they had my Apple Watch for three days and they didn’t repair it!! SAVE YOUR GAS AND MONEY AND DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!

I definitely DO NOT recommend this place. They lied to me and unfortunately sold me a screen that I didn’t get. After several times of having calls rejected, being sent to different booths, having to wait to be helped with a half-fast service, and having to go back to the mall to speak to Javier; the manager; he tells me he will swap my screen for the correct one this time. They tell me to walk around the mall so they work on my phone. (Shady) Finally, after having screen “swapped” for the screen I should’ve gotten In the first place, they tell me my “lifetime warranty” will no longer be available to me since I have now used it with them, fixing THEIR mistake. Makes no sense, right? Went to ask about a 7 plus repair, quoted me 110$ i asked if they could do any cheaper and the employee literally told me “ if you want it cheaper you shouldn’t be shopping at the mall” I cant believe they have this service. They took my iPhone X to change the display and the back. I tried to trade in at apple and they said the phone had an aftermarket battery. So they replace the battery and they didn’t tell me anything. I paid 200 forThe battery replace at apple. They are thieves

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I convinced my wife to take her Galaxy Note 5 to this place to get the battery on her working phone replaced. The guy working there asked us to leave the phone and that it would be ready in one hour. When we returned, he told us the phone had been fried when he attempted to remove the battery. My wife noticed the glass/screen on her phone also had a crack in it.The repair guy told her the crack was already there. Our phone did not previously have a crack. If we had been told that there was a chance that the phone could be damaged when replacing the battery, we never would have left the phone with them. Now were stuck having to buy a new phone.

BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!!! Nobody is certified in other words they have no business working on any electronics. They refurbish your old screens they are not apple authentic. They will ask to see your phone and if your lcd is still good they refurbish it themselves. Not by a professional either. They will hire anybody who can sell, no experience needed. then they teach any average joe to work on your phone and tablets. And a month after that they can be promoted to refurbishing screens . No classes no certifications no experience,they just look at videos . someone working at restaurant can be refurbishing your screens a month later. So when you drop off your phone you might as well go onto youtube and do it yourself because its the same thing and the refurbished part is a b-rate at its best, which in an electronics tech view is not suppose to be used on clients. To anybody who has had their phones fixed here next time when you turn on your phone look at the Apple splash screen when it turns I can guarantee you will see white spots on your black screen like I said stay and for those who got their fixed phone look at your phone did you not notice they did let you turn it on it was already on when they showed to you . Cat got your tongue better look over your phone again. Thats why they have a lifetime guarantee cause all they do is refurbish your screen over again and you just got ripped off because they just used your same screen from the beginning . Next.time look for certification for technicians or ask and you wont receive anything I return cause I was the only one and of course Im disgruntled I was never paid my last pay check never got my w2 form some shady stuff going on here now they are trying to throw a 1099 form at me when they were taking taxes out of what they were paying SHADY. Get it together and im not your brother
