I cannot recommend this company enough. The price was right, and the kindness and workmanship of Julian, Marcelo, and the young men that worked on our house was phenomenal. The carpet looks amazing! And they left our house and the work area so clean. We will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends, or to use them again when needed. Thank you Julian!

Im not going to lie when I looked up this company I am extremely surprised at the good reviews. Kind of wondering if they had their family write them. I am in a rental property that before I moved in they had the carpet replaced by this company, after vacuuming, the first time, the carpet was coming up around the fireplace. I called the rental company and they said they would have the people who replace the carpet come out. The company did not show the first time, and was late and the second, once they got here they stretch the carpet and tucked it in around the fireplace. After vacuuming it came up again. I called the rental company and told them it was coming up and shredding. The owner of the carpet company came out and looked at it he said they would probably have to put a border around it because the stretching of the carpet is not working. He then said that he would run to get the border and be back, if something changes he would call me. He never showed up and he never called. I informed the rental company of what happened. A couple days later I received a text message that the owner, of the carpet company, would be to my house in 30 minutes. I responded with we did not have an appointment I am not home and then got no response back. Once again I informed the rental company. Today we made an appointment, time range between 10 and 1. His people did not show up until after 5, I did however recieve a phone call at three, after the appointment window, that they would be late. When the contractors got here they moved my furniture out of the way, threw my dog bed, cut up the carpet, stretch the carpet and tucked it again. I explained that this did not work last time and that they were supposed to be putting a border. The contractor told me no and left. They did not clean up the mess or put anything back where they found it. I called the company owner to explain to him what had just happened and that I would like to know the name of the company so that I could write a review and he didnt even apologize. All he could say was that I better get the facts straight. These are the facts. This is exactly how it happened. There has not been a single thing that I have been impressed by with this company. Obviously the job that they do is inadequate or the carpet wouldnt be pulling up in multiple spots, they are late every single time they come out and thats if they show up, they dont listen to the customer, they leave the mess that they make and dont put things back when theyre the ones who move them. This is absolutely ridiculous. I started to clean up their mess and then decided to take pictures. Dog bed was over mess up in carpet so try and preserve it. Feel sorry for the owner.Update: just wanted to show how well the carpet isnt holding up.

My experience with East Side Carpet and Flooring, Mr. Julian Sepulveda and his team, was nothing short of spectacular!!! From the initial contact, the analysis of the project, the help in providing options was as good as it gets. We had a demolition of hard wood flooring to be replaced by tile in a somewhat large living/dinning room area. I had a specific timeline for this. His team came on a Monday to begin and it was finished on Friday. Think about that -- amazing. The work was first rate and the result is beyond our expectation. The leadership and team were exceptional. This was quality work by any standard. I recommend them without hesitation. You will not find better IMHO!

We were looking to Install Hardwood floors when a relative recommended East Side. Their prices were excellent. We would not have been able to afford the high quality of wood floors we got from East Side if we would have gone through another business. The owner, Julian brought the samples to our home for us to see. He had a no pressure, friendly attitude. The hardwood floors were installed quickly by a courteous staff and I have not had any problems with quality or installation since then. I highly recommend going with East Side.

I received the best service and have never had a problem with the carpet. Excellent service always punctual and always answered my calls. They have done several rooms and I am happy with their service its not expensive and good quality.

I hired Julian to install wooden floors in my house. 3 months later the floor started rising, i called and some else showed up 2 weeks after the call and “ fixed it”. In Late July, the moldings separates again, i called them and they told me they’ll take care of it, as of today i’m still waiting for them to show up. at this point it’s been 4 months and i’m still waiting! They are not professional at all.

I hired this company to replace a broken tile in my bathroom. Within a week of them doing the job the tile and grout came lose. I tried to get them in on two different occasions to fix their bad work. They stood me up both times with no explanation. Before considering this company to do any work on your home know that once you pay them they will be done with you and will give you the run around when it comes to fixing any issues with their work. I wish I would have gone with another company.
