I’ve never wrote a google review before but felt this is important to share. I bought a 2013 Nissan Titan from this dealership and specifically told them I am a single girl driving across the country by myself and asked them to be honest and comprehensive during the truck’s check up to make sure the car was in safe, good-working order. They assured me they looked at it thoroughly and it was in great shape, no work was needed. Once I got on the road I discovered I needed my brakes replaced immediately. The mechanic I went to said there is no way my truck should have passed inspection. I wouldn’t take them on their word and will never return.

Nothing special at all. I Arrived on 1/11/21 early about 9am when they opened. Looked at a few cars all were over priced. Went into the trailer where they ALWAYS try to show you their spread sheet with what they say is the price they paid for the car (Totally suspect), which unless they show you the actual wholesale auction (Contract) paperwork is a very bad sales technique, and in my opinion less than honest (A sales gimmick), and they have the crappiest chair for customers, no coffee no frills, and no deal. I was looking at the Lexus es 350 but it was made in Kentucky not Japan so I passed.

My wife and I drove from Miami to El Paso where there was a car that we really wanted and are hard to come by. Cameron and the whole dealer treated us like family. Since we were out of state buyers Cameron provided all sorts of detailed pictures that were more we could ask for.When we arrived to El Paso, everything was all said and done and we drove the car away and auto transported back the car back to Miami ourselfs . Stogner will also help with auto transport if you are out of state making a purchase and cannot auto transport the vehicle yourself.I’ve worked with a lot of crummy dealers in the past but I have to admit. These guys are fair and honest nothing is hidden when it comes to the car you’re looking at purchasing. Couldn’t be happier!Thanks again Cameron for everything!!

The owner acts like a loose cannon. I know his from the bars where he constantly drinks. I was going to go get a car here when my friend warned me not to deal with him. I went to look around and though it’s a nice sized lot, the cars looked rough. Some people say they don’t haggle but I can’t speak for that. Off the bat, I wouldn’t buy a car in the condition of what they had to offer.

Awesome car buying experience! I was hesitant to do a deal with Stogner Auto as I was an out of state buyer. After several discussions with Rod and Cameron over the phone and via text, I made the trip to their business. Everything they told me about the car was exact. Cameron sent me many pictures at my request to help me see the car virtually. The nice thing about dealing with Stogner, was that they did not use high pressure sales tactics. They did a great job with the paperwork and the title was delivered to me in a timely fashion. Beyond the great price of the car I bought, they were down to earth people and I will definitely buy another car from them in the future.

Wonderful selection of vehicles in a big range plus the people are super nice and well knowledgeable. Its also a plus that they dont go out and immediately start hassling you. Best used dealership ive ever been to hands down.

My advice: STAY AWAY FROM STOGNER! We looked at cars here and found every car here we’d see here was previously crashed. Each car we saw was repainted poorly and the body parts didn’t line up. Very poor quality! We expected to get a deal and the guy told my husband the prices are fixed. OVERPRICED! Pretty sad when the cars are wrecked and their fixed prices are higher than the big dealerships with the good quality cars. THESE CARS DONT HAVE SALVAGE TITLES BUT ITS CONCERNING WHAT WE SAW HERE! Be fair on the prices and stop over charging on these bad quality cars!

Ok, dont believe it But its true. I bought a car from Rod and Bobby for a very reasonable price and considering it was 20 yrs old didnt expect much. Well I was wrong. They disclosed all they did to make the car roadworthy and then told me everything that they think could be an issue. Well I bought it. The turning signals quit the first day. Called them expecting the usual and to my surprise was told to go to their mechanic. I went to Alex, he found it needed a total switch replacement of signals, lights and wipers. Well he ordered the parts, installed them, cleaned up my car and said thanks. Never saw a bill!! Received a personal call from the owner to make sure I was satisfied. I have lived and bought used cars in many states over the last 30 years. NEVER have I had a satisfactory outcome. These people sell you what you can afford, they back up what they sell, and if you have issues they make it right. I write a lot of reviews from dining to houses. I am am critical always trying to protect the next guy. Never before have I given 5 stars to any business since 2005. If you need a used vehicle I say go by and find your price range. They dont sell JUNK and they back up what they sell. Try them and like my review if you agree. Dont like it if you disagree. I never expected to find an honest used car dealer especially in El Paso. Try them, let me no what you think.

All the men at Stogner, including the owner Rod, took a lot of time with us, making sure we knew everything possible about our vehicle before, during and after the purchase of our 2001 Lexus with only 104,000 miles.We also got the special privilege of speaking to the mechanic, J.C. about the work that had been done on the car and his opinion of the condition of the car. Rod and Cameron were very helpful and courteous when I walked in the door to ask about vehicle consignment and purchasing. Rod and Cameron also disclosed every detail about the BMW SUV that I had purchased to include the complete CarFax and maintenance records. They have a great selection of cars in their lot. Great dealership. They price their vehicles at a fair price. The salesman tells you everything about the vehicle to the smallest details. They dont lie and will tell you if there is anything wrong with the vehicle such as paint scratches, paint fading, dents ect. Highly recommend coming here.

Do you hate car buying and most car dealers? I dread it, and I am in sales!!! Rod & his team could not be easier or more ethical to do business with, period. They buy great luxury vehicles at a deep discount. They send them to a certified factory trained mechanic & then fix most, if not more of what is recommended. Then, they share their purchase price, their repair costs, what they need as profit, provide you with a full CarFax report, & your final purchase price. Everything was on the table & verifiable, & to this day, I still cant find a better price on my wifes Lexus than what I got at Stogner Auto Sales by several thousand dollars! I highly recommend them!

Poor customer service, short staffed and they are very open to letting customers know this. Once again, Stogner Auto sales is business where the customer suffers due to poor management. The owner is very rude, has no customer service skills and feels entitled since he is the owner, this can be verified via phone thru when addressing concerns. I strongly recommend you look else where for a vehicle, I am very glad I found this out now and not after I purchased the vehicle.P.S., You did not reach out and I have proof on this, you had no recovery or concerns, as the owner advised on the phone, We dont need business from your kind felt profiled and very judging

DO NOT GO HEREthe financial manager messed up our paper work and I had to end up paying a payment on my car I traded in plus the AC in the car stopped working the very next day and the “mechanic” they sent me too was some hole in the wall on the east side who then messed up the AC even more so then I was out 1400$ to get it fixed at the dealership and lastly because I had to go make a payment on a car I didn’t own anymore the company sent the title to my old home which is when the owner continued to harass me for it like he did for everything else they messed up your better off going to a real dealership with a real mechanic not someone who tries to duck tape a leaking ac line

EDIT: My trade in was paid off in record time. So, the 5 stars stay. Other dealers have taken months to pay off our trade ins. Would tack a star on if I could.I was a pretty bad customer- I have stopped in at Stogner about 12 times in the last few years to peruse. Almost considered a few vehicles but ultimately went elsewhere due to finding better fits for our familys needs. Cameron was exceptionally friendly and patient, would answer all our questions about different vehicles, but ultimately we didnt purchase any of them.I got into a car that was a pretty poor fit for my needs and my family and found a gorgeous 2006 F150 on their lot that met my needs to a T. Cameron worked to get us into it and we spent all of about 45 minutes signing papers and driving home.Rod Stogner and everyone else there were and are super friendly and while I hope to not be shopping for cars again for several years, I will definitely be suggesting to friends to start their search there.
